Description
From the enclosed car parking area, you go up a few steps to the garden with a lawn and palm trees. A garden seating area and a counter with chairs offer various views. For cooling your food and drinks, a refrigerator is available in the covered pavilion, and a charcoal grill invites you to cozy barbecue evenings. The house is for exclusive use. You can also relax at the private pool on the property, which measures 8 x 4 meters and is equipped with Roman steps for easy entry. Four comfortable sun loungers are available for sunbathing. At the pool, you are again accompanied by the beautiful view out to the sea, which at night transforms into a romantic sea of lights. From the garden, you also have a very beautiful view of the protected Montgo mountain. The villa built in 2008 is located on an 800 sqm property in the beautiful mansion area Marquesa in Denia. Next to the garden, you enter the lower part of the house where all rooms (except the bathroom) are air-conditionable. The air conditioning is integrated in the ceiling and thus enables a pleasant room temperature of your choice (warm/cold). Spread over 86 sqm is a living-dining room with satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet connection, and access to another terrace. The living room is furnished with a 2-seater leather sofa and 2 armchairs. An adequately equipped kitchen with stove/ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, and coffee machine, oven, and everything needed for cooking adjoins the living-dining room.
Two bedrooms each with a double bed (single mattresses) and a wall closet. The large bedroom has a 16 sqm covered terrace. A washing machine and a dryer are available for your use. All rooms are equipped with fly screens on the windows, and shutters are installed on all windows and patio doors.
The modern bathroom has a sink as well as a bathtub with a shower partition and a toilet.
The magnificent view accompanies you even inside the house. From the living room, one can not only see the sea but also has a beautiful view of the Montgo nature reserve. All terraces have a view of the sea. One bedroom and the bathroom have a direct view of the sea, the other bedroom has a terrace from which one can see the sea.
The upper tower of the house is locked and guaranteed to be uninhabited, so the entire property is at your sole disposal.
Smoking in the house is prohibited. Pets are not allowed. Shopping facilities and restaurants are located about 1.5 km away; the sea is about 5 km away. Golf enthusiasts have two golf courses nearby to choose from. ------------------------------------------------------------------------

We thank you for this beautiful holiday. The house was just right for us as sea view lovers. From the living room, you can not only see the sea, but also the beautiful Montgo nature reserve.
All terraces have a view of the sea. One bedroom and the bathroom have a direct view of the sea, the other bedroom has a terrace and from there you can also see the sea. We will gladly come back.....
