this modern, high-quality villa in Denia with private pool is situated on a beautiful private plot with a fantastic view of the sea
Four sun loungers and garden furniture are available at the pool. Seating groups also invite you to linger in the garden. The garden is very well maintained and lovingly landscaped. Here you will find palm trees, lawn and Mediterranean plants. The 8 x 4 metre pool is kidney-shaped and has Roman steps for easy access. An outdoor shower is provided for cooling off in between.
The large, furnished and wind-protected shaded terrace and barbecue can be used.
The villa is laid out on three levels of land. From the enclosed parking space, you reach the pool level via a few steps, where the entrance to the house is located. Through a small entrance you enter the spacious living-dining room with comfortable sofa set, SAT-TV, fireplace, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace and the large shaded terrace. A guest toilet is located at the entrance. An internet connection (WLAN) is available.
Furthermore, the large, well-equipped kitchen with exit to the wind-protected terrace is at your disposal. It has a cooker with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment and enough dishes for 6 people.
Three bedrooms for two persons each and two bathrooms are available for you. You reach them via an interior staircase. All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, satellite TV and seating area and also has its own shaded terrace with access to the garden area.The large bedroom also has its own bathroom with corner bath, shower, WC, bidet and two washbasins.
Two other bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (1.50 metres wide) and two single beds respectively. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, a small sun terrace and an exit to the garden area.
Between the two bedrooms there is another large bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and two washbasins.
For the cooler season, the house has central gas underfloor heating, so from November to the end of April, the house can also be used for long-term rentals. There are roller shutters on all windows.
The villa is situated in the quiet villa area of Marquesa, approx. 5.5 km from the centre of Denia. The extensive sandy beach "Las Marinas" is approx. 6 km away, the supermarket "Mercadona" is approx. 4 km away.

herrlich zum überwintern
wir überwintern noch bis Anfang Februar in diesem schönen Haus und genießen täglich den herrlichen Ausblick, das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen (wir sind schon zum dritten mal hier)

haben uns hier pudelwohl gefühlt, alles konnten wir auch gut zu Fuß erreichen, auch war die Lage toll für Ausflüge ins Hinterland
