Description

This detached holiday home was built on a 950 sqm large, enclosed private property. It directly borders on the Montgo nature reserve and therefore enjoys a very quiet location. The rear garden area was designed to be not overlooked. Large lawns invite you to linger. Four sun loungers and a parasol are available for your relaxation. The pool measures 8 x 4 meters and is equipped with Roman steps for easy entry and exit. The terrace adjacent to the pool is equipped with comfortable garden furniture. Another terrace with garden furniture is located on the other side of the house, from which you have a view all the way to the sea. The living space is approximately 120 square meters. 130 sqm and is divided into a large living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, air conditioning, fireplace, DVD player (also for Blu-Ray) and a new flat-screen satellite TV, as well as a wireless internet connection, adjacent dining room in tower shape with exit to the terrace, from which you can enjoy the aforementioned beautiful view. Next to this exit, there is also an open, well-equipped fitted kitchen (stove with ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, as well as sufficient dishes and glasses). For barbecue enthusiasts, a gas grill is available. The house is equipped with gas central heating, which also ensures a pleasant indoor climate during the colder seasons. The fireplace in the living room can also be used. It has 2 bedrooms, one is equipped with a box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and air conditioning. Adjacent is a dressing room with built-in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed with single mattresses and air conditioning. Another bathroom with shower and toilet is adjacent to this bedroom. In the basement of the house, there is a washing machine, ironing board, and iron available for you, as well as a large fridge-freezer combination. This level also includes the enclosed parking space.

We can wholeheartedly recommend this holiday home. We spent our vacation there with 4 adults. It is furnished with great attention to detail, so you immediately feel at home. It has all the equipment you need, whether it's dishes, kitchen utensils, or clothespins, everything is available in sufficient quantities. The beds are perfect for a good night's sleep. The surroundings are very quiet and offer a great view of the sea, and you can easily reach the beach and the city by car in a few minutes.

Traumurlaub

Unfortunately, our Easter vacation at Villa Gabriele has just ended.
We were able to experience a lovingly and modernly furnished house that is top maintained and equipped in every way.
We enjoyed the cozy time in the house and the tranquility in the garden, which borders the nature reserve of the local mountain Montgó. We especially liked that this peaceful oasis, away from the bustle of Denia and the beach, was easily accessible through several routes. We had a wonderful time here, thanks in no small part to the friendly welcome and ongoing assistance provided by the caretakers. Conclusion: This may have been our first stay, but it will certainly not be our last!

Nicht zufrieden

The house has visibly aged. Mold spots above the windows, black mold in the bathrooms. Some of the shutters don't open fully, darkening the living space even during the day. To cook, one must use chipped, grease-burned pans or buy their own (like us). The house is located a few kilometers away from Denia on Montgo in a quiet but secluded neighborhood. Wild boars have direct access to the garden and use it in the evenings. The road there, with numerous deep potholes, is a daily challenge for drivers and vehicles.
Conclusion: Denia offers a wide range of holiday homes. There are alternatives.

This holiday home delivers what the pictures promise!

It was a dream!

We felt super comfortable there right away, it was like a second home! The house is so lovingly furnished, cozy, and super comfortable! Starting with 2 super comfortable beds with great bathrooms and dressing rooms! Books to browse through. Great kitchen with dishwasher and huge fridge. Air conditioning and electric shutters everywhere, my kids have never slept so long! Super comfortable sofas, which we rarely used, though! Outside, there is a super beautiful seating area under a magnificent terrace with arches, simply fantastic. The garden was both sunny and shady with lovely palm trees, a beautiful lawn, and of course, a great pool. Going for a walk was also great because about 100 meters above, it went directly into the nature reserve, where you could find some shade despite the heat! We would love to book again right away! This house is highly recommended! Not to forget, the organization was perfect and the extremely nice manager was always available to help!

Direct hit!

We spent 14 days in this villa in Denia. A very beautiful and tastefully furnished villa in a prime location. Fantastic view over the city to the sea, especially when it is dark and Denia is illuminated. The cleanliness of the well-maintained property is worth mentioning here. In our opinion, this is due to the nice and friendly, especially very helpful couple on site, who are responsible for taking care of the house, thank you very much! All in all, a dream vacation, just unfortunately too short, that's why we have already made a note for next year. We give it 5 stars +! Thank you.

Regarding the reviews for this house, I just want to add that after arriving at our home away from home, we decided to book the house again immediately. Everything in the house is exactly as you described it, including the service, handover by your local caretaker, and the support provided - it is exceptional. The equipment was also top-notch; we lacked nothing, for example. To serve glasses for the wine, everything in the highest quality and quantity, not your run-of-the-mill glasses like those offered at every gas station. So, in conclusion, with you as landlords and this high level at such a price, always gladly again. Your family Schneider with dog Jack, see you soon.

Both the location and the amenities are excellent.

We liked the house so much that we have already spent our vacation there twice. Both the location and the amenities are excellent, the furnishings are cozy, and the secluded garden/terrace is perfect for enjoyment. The kitchen equipment is also top-notch. The on-site support was very good, with minor issues with the internet and initially with the hot water supply promptly resolved.

We thank you for the wonderful stays and would gladly return to this house.
