Description
The modern and high-quality furnished apartment (first rental from July 2014) has 2 bedrooms, each with a double box spring bed, one bedroom has a flat screen, a shower/toilet with window, storage room, a spacious living/dining room with kitchenette (dishwasher, oven) , chic couch corner with a large flat screen and direct access to the large terrace (south side). All windows have external shutters and some fly screens. A parking lot is behind the house. The best thing about the apartment is the central but at the same time quiet location, since the access road is a dead end; the Kurpark is directly opposite and both the beach promenade and the main street with its shops, restaurants and cafes are only 200m away. The guest house is around the corner (100m) and the Granitzwald is just as easy to reach on foot (500m).

Perfect break

Quiet break with a large apartment
The process from check-in to check-out was smooth. There was nothing to complain about the apartment either. All in all, a very nice destination where there is something for everyone.

This makes holidays fun
We were on site for the first time, from the booking, the contact with the landlord, the contact with the caretaker on site and above all THE APARTMENT - GENIAL!!!!
We can really only recommend it. Everything is available, the flat leaves nothing to be desired, the location is top central. The bakery and shops are around the corner, the pier is less than 5 minutes away - simply wonderful.

Second stay in this "dream apartment"
Those who are looking for an exceptional apartment in the best location of Binz will gladly come back to this apartment. Perfectly equipped and located in a quiet area.
It is less than a 5-minute walk to the main street! Barely more to the pier!
Shopping opportunities are excellent!

Great holiday apartment for relaxing days on the Baltic Sea coast.
The days in Binz were truly fantastic. Booking and communication with the landlady beforehand went very smoothly. The apartment is brand new, equipped with everything you need, and has a great location with a very short walk into town, to the bakery in the morning, and of course to the beach! The wind-protected terrace also invites sunbathing on warm February days. Highly recommended!
