Holiday apartment 2 offers 65 sqm of living space, as well as a cozy living-dining area with a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people and a large panoramic window overlooking the lovingly landscaped 1100 sqm garden, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and oven, a large bathroom with shower, as well as a bedroom with two single beds and a children's room with bunk bed and high chair. You have direct access to the wind-protected, covered terrace. Terrace furniture as well as garden loungers are available for your relaxing vacation days. For our little guests there is a bird's nest swing and a sandbox. When booking both holiday apartments, we grant a 10% discount. (for stays of 7 days or more)

Our beautiful holiday home on the Butjadingen peninsula is in a fantastic location, only 50 metres from the North Sea and 200 metres from the guarded Eckwarderhörne beach, where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets and the best view of the Jade-Weser Port in Wilhelmshaven.
Directly in front of the door is the World Heritage Site "Wadden Sea" , the ferry pier to Wilhelmshaven, the listed lighthouse and a cosy restaurant with a view over the North Sea,as well as the kiosk 'Treff am Deich'.In the immediate vicinity you will find many attractive leisure activities such as mudflat walks ,horse riding,climbing garden,boat trips from Fedderwardersiel to the seal banks or to the island of Helgoland, Tossens with its centre park and Aqua Mundo adventure pool,the large Frisian beach with adventure playground,the play barn in Burhave,even in bad weather,the world's only seawater swimming lake[Nordseelagune]Bremerhaven with its climate house and zoo by the sea,and Wilhelmshaven with its maritime mile are always worth a visit.In Eckwarden the 1000 year old bell tower is waiting for you,the Langwarder Groden between Fedderwardersiel and Burhave is the best place for bird watching,freshly caught fish directly from the cutter in Fedderwardersiel with romantic harbour,animal and leisure park 'Jaderpark',the Varel harbour with Bahlsen outlet and Dangast with the best rhubarb cake in the Kurhaus.Start directly from the holiday home with the bike along the dyke,over 250 km of cycling fun ,country and people to discover.

Cancellation terms:
A necessary cancellation of the trip must be communicated in writing. If you cancel a holiday property up to 30 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the total price. In the event of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price. Thereafter, we will charge the full amount. Of course, instead of canceling, you can also name another visitor. The cancellation fee will be charged against the deposit.

Holiday with dog
We, 2 adults and a small dog, were able to enjoy our short vacation in this beautiful vacation home for 3 days. Very well maintained ambiance, both inside and outside. We were lucky that vacation home 1 was not occupied. So we had the great garden all to ourselves. This property is a dream for grandparents with the family and grandchildren. A big compliment also to the managers. If we had a problem, they would have been available at any time. But we didn't have any. But we still had nice conversations with them. But now my opinion about the beach. It was written on the internet that the beach is supposed to be a hidden gem. One should not have too many illusions about that. So my conclusion: The vacation home is great. But the beach is not that great. Far from being a hidden gem.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung
We felt very comfortable in your holiday apartment: lots of space, good beds, a nice big bathroom, a large garden with a magnificent apple tree. The bicycle shed is also very practical. It is wonderfully quiet at night. And so nice and close to the beach. We'll be happy to come back.

The vacation in this apartment was great. The house, the garden, the neighbors, the service, the contact with the landlord... everything perfect and exemplary. That's how it should be. We will come back.

Recreation at the quietest corner of the North Sea coast
Beautiful large living room, large shower room, children's room with bunk beds, bedroom, kitchen, everything is there. Just a few steps to the sea or dike. Beautiful natural beach about 500m away. I really liked the large well-kept, fenced garden with several seating areas. You can sit on the large terrace even when it rains. At night, it was totally quiet, so you could sleep well. I will definitely come back here for vacation more often. I was lucky to meet the two lovely landlords who used the weekend for a short vacation. This apartment deserves these 5 stars.
