Holiday flat 2 has 65 sqm of living space,as well as a cosy living-dining area with pull-out sofa bed for 2 people and a large panoramic window overlooking the lovingly landscaped 1100 sqm garden,a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher,microwave and oven,a large bathroom with shower,as well as a bedroom with two single beds and a children's room with loft bed,lovingly equipped with filled treasure chest and children's high chair.You have direct access to the wind-protected, covered terrace.terrace furniture as well as garden loungers are available for relaxing holidays.for our little guests there is a bird's nest swing and a sandpit.

Our beautiful holiday home on the Butjadingen peninsula is in a fantastic location, only 50 metres from the North Sea and 200 metres from the guarded Eckwarderhörne beach, where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets and the best view of the Jade-Weser Port in Wilhelmshaven.
Directly in front of the door is the World Heritage Site "Wadden Sea" , the ferry pier to Wilhelmshaven, the listed lighthouse and a cosy restaurant with a view over the North Sea,as well as the kiosk 'Treff am Deich'.In the immediate vicinity you will find many attractive leisure activities such as mudflat walks ,horse riding,climbing garden,boat trips from Fedderwardersiel to the seal banks or to the island of Helgoland, Tossens with its centre park and Aqua Mundo adventure pool,the large Frisian beach with adventure playground,the play barn in Burhave,even in bad weather,the world's only seawater swimming lake[Nordseelagune]Bremerhaven with its climate house and zoo by the sea,and Wilhelmshaven with its maritime mile are always worth a visit.In Eckwarden the 1000 year old bell tower is waiting for you,the Langwarder Groden between Fedderwardersiel and Burhave is the best place for bird watching,freshly caught fish directly from the cutter in Fedderwardersiel with romantic harbour,animal and leisure park 'Jaderpark',the Varel harbour with Bahlsen outlet and Dangast with the best rhubarb cake in the Kurhaus.Start directly from the holiday home with the bike along the dyke,over 250 km of cycling fun ,country and people to discover.

Holiday with dog
We, 2 adults and a small dog, were able to enjoy our short vacation in this beautiful vacation home for 3 days. Very well maintained ambiance, both inside and outside. We were lucky that vacation home 1 was not occupied. So we had the great garden all to ourselves. This property is a dream for grandparents with the family and grandchildren. A big compliment also to the managers. If we had a problem, they would have been available at any time. But we didn't have any. But we still had nice conversations with them. But now my opinion about the beach. It was written on the internet that the beach is supposed to be a hidden gem. One should not have too many illusions about that. So my conclusion: The vacation home is great. But the beach is not that great. Far from being a hidden gem.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Wir haben uns in Ihrer Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt: viel Platz, gute Betten,
schönes großes Bad, ein großer Garten mit einem herrlichen Apfelbaum. Auch der Fahrradschuppen ist sehr praktisch. Nachts ist es wunderbar ruhig. Und so schön nah zum Strand. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Alles super!
Der Urlaub in dieser Wohnung war super. Das Haus, der Garten, die Nachbarn, der Service, der Kontakt zum Vermieter......alles perfekt und vorbildlich. Sooo muss das sein.

Erholung am ruhigsten Eck dre Nordseeküste
Schönes grosses Wohnzimmer, grosses Duschbad ,Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbett,Schlafzimmer, Küche,alles da. Nur ein paarSchritte zum Meer,bzw. Deich. Schöner Naturstrand in ca. 500m. Der grosse geflegte, eingezäunte, Garten mit mehrere Sitzgruppen gefiel mir sehr gut. Auf der grossen Terrasse sitzt man auch bei Regen trocken. Nachts war es total ruhig,so das man gut schlafen konnte. Ich werde auf jeden Fall, noch öfters hier Urlaub machen. Ich hatte das Glück, die beiden lieben Vermieter kennenzulernen, die das Wochende für einen Kurzurlaub nutzten. Diese Wohnung hat diese5 Sterne verdient.

Wonderful relaxation
We spent a wonderful weekend here and were as refreshed as after a 2 week holiday! A very cute cottage with a great big super well kept garden. We enjoyed the time with the dog. Had the luck that 2nd flat was free, so that the garden could be used in wonderful weather only by us. Best to book both sides with friends or family, then it's great! The landlords are super nice. We definitely want to come again. The next time longer!

Pure relaxation ,family holiday in holiday flat 1 and 2
We rented both flats with our parents,we have never had such a relaxed holiday.The children loved the beautiful property,playing games together with the parents was great.I was also able to enjoy the togetherness with my husband,we even went to the beach alone in the evening,the children were well looked after by grandma and grandpa.Conclusion:Best holiday we ever had.The house and the lovely furnishings leave nothing to be desired.Next holiday is already booked.....with parents!!!

Bisher 2 Urlaube dort verbracht und es werden weitere....
Ich kann mich in allen Punkten nur meinen Vorrednern anschließen..... Preis/Leistung Top
Lage: Wer im Urlaub ruhe braucht und trotzdem nicht zuweit vom geschehen weg sein will ist hier genau richtig...
Im Haus hat sich was verändert ......sehr gut
Mit nachsicht betrachte ich das Bad (Besitzerwechsel des Hauses)...es ist Gut und alles drin was man braucht ....es wird aber in Zunkunft leichte Schönheitsreperaturen brauchen wie gerissene Fugen in den Fliesen
DAS HEISST JETZT NICHT DASS DAS BAD SCHLECHT IST!!!
es geht nur um Schönheitsfehler und evtl.Folgeschäden vermeidung.
Und ja wir werden gerne wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus ganz nah zum Wasser,einfach traumhaft
Wir buchten im Juli mit meinen Eltern beide Ferienwohnungen und es war ideal,die Kinder liebten die Schaukel und wir den schönen Garten und die überdachte Terrasse.Toller Strand ,alle Ausflugsziele mit dem Fahhrad erreicht.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne, Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit tollem Garten
Uns hat es in der Wohnung 2 sehr gut gefallen. Waren mit unsere kleine Tochter vor Ort die den großen Garten, die vorhandenen Spielgeräte sowie Sandkasten und Schaukel gerne genutzt hat. Man ist direkt am Deich und kann schöne Spaziergänge machen. Auch in Tossens ist man schnell wo viel für kleine Kinder geboten wird.

The holiday flat gets the full star rating from us in all respects!
The modern and lovely furnishing leaves nothing to be desired, everything has been thought of. And WOW: The cleanliness is exemplary!
The outside area, which is also very well maintained, offers plenty of space for children to play and for adults to enjoy the sun in peace and quiet or to have a barbecue in a cosy atmosphere.
Very ideal for people with walking difficulties (with indoor rollator) inside and outside, as there are only a few steps in the outdoor area and really only a few metres from the beach.
We enjoyed a great, very quiet and relaxing week; a big thank you to the landlord family, especially for the nice birthday greeting!
