Description
The apartment is centrally located on the outskirts of Schagen and is approx 65m2 for 1-4 persons (evt. Plus baby under 2 years) equipped. It is a Non smoking object. Also no pets are allowed. In addition to a spacious bedroom with new box spring beds, bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe, is another bedroom with 2 new box spring, also present with bedside tables and lamps and wardrobe for them. A travel cot can possibly of us. Free to be provided. The new kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and 4 hobs. Also (Senseo) coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Dishes and Bestek is more than enough there. The living room is equipped with LCD television with cable connection (maximum possible German Tuning (about 6) available), DVD player, CD player with Bluetooth radio and a games and book collection. spend pleasant hours on the coach and into the armchair chairs. The dining table is 4 adults plus a high chair (if desired). The apartment is covered with laminate.
On the terrace a small table and 4 garden chairs are available for them.
In the central laundry can be washed for 3 euros or / and dry.

Location and surroundings of object
Callantsoog is one of the most popular swimming and holiday resorts on the Dutch North Sea coast with the blue flag award. Here you have, compared to the rest of the Netherlands, the lowest rainfall and the most sunshine.
Our Beach Apartment 16 is in the first floor and has a terrace on the south. The private parking area in front of the apartment. The beach entrance is opposite and the village are within walking distance. The AH supermarket has all year round 8:00 to 22:00 on Sundays, as well as a butcher and a bakery can be found here, in addition to a drug store, boutiques, restaurants and snack bars.
One can enjoy the sea view from the year-round beach pavilion Woest. In St. Maartenzee is the great Indian / outdoor children amusement parks De Goudvis where only children pay admission.
Within walking distance is the nature reserve 'The Swan in de birds and plants are secretly. A walk around the lake is very beautiful in every season.
Schagen is located 12 kilometers away. Here are numerous boutiques, terraces and takes place in the summer months every Thursday morning the traditional clothes lift to a market. A small town with free parking.
Alkmaar, Haarlem and Amsterdam can be reached well and are good day trips. Possibly within easy reach by train from Schagen Railway.
In Alkmaar, there from April to early September the cheese market, next to old downtown and stroll city.
In Amsterdam including the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh Museum and the Hermitage.

Great vacation
Those who love the sea, long walks on the beach or in nature will find everything they need here.
The Beach Apartment 16 of the family Andre and Gina Bakker also contributed to our wonderfully successful feel-good vacation.
Great location with a small terrace, great and super clean furnishings, excellent location to the beach, to the city . . . simply fantastic . . . we felt very comfortable!
We were in Callantsoog for the first time with the Bakker family and would love to come back . . . With friendly greetings from the Ruhr area

Beautiful vacation apartment
We have been to Callantsoog many times and also to the Beach Apartment House. This apartment was simply unique, on the ground floor and right next to the parking lot. The apartment is very nicely furnished and especially has sufficient cutlery and dishes. I have never experienced that before! The apartment is cozy, it was very clean, the beds were made, and the children's bed and high chair were provided to us free of charge. A perfect vacation with my granddaughter, her little son, and her partner.

Great accommodation for families with children.
We had a very nice time in Callantsoog, also due to the vacation apartment. It was clean, located directly at the beach entrance, well-equipped, and our children (7 and 2 years old) were, whenever we were there, on the (located in the courtyard) playground every free minute. We can only recommend a stay there.

Great short vacation in the beautiful Bavarian Forest.
We felt comfortable here. The direct location next to the beach entrance is just perfect.
The apartment was very clean and well equipped - we just couldn't find a hairdryer.
I found the beds too soft, but that's a personal preference.
Overall, we would definitely recommend the apartment!

We are Andre and Gina Bakker and we have 4 children. We live in Alkmaar. My husband Andre was born in Callantsoog and has squandered his childhood there. I was born in Germany, but since my 11 years living in the Netherlands. As a family we like to make our vacation in Beach Apartmenten 16 or 33. We have apartments by buying equal cleared and renovate. Then we tried the apartment to make as we are also happy during the holidays: comfortable, practical, nice and clean.
