Description
The holiday home Vista Valle, whose extensive restoration was completed only in 2014 is, quiet and elevated above the valley, at the foot of the village of Casanova Lerrone belonging, embossed on olive-growing local part Degna. This comfortable property is part of a typical Ligurian village house complex. Directly from the paved village road to reach the separate entrance via a short rostrum. The apartment rustically furnished is located on two floors and has an area of 110 square meters spacious. On the ground floor are the entrance hall with a cabinet made of pine wood and the furnished with a comfortable sofa and wicker chairs living room. For entertainment you will find an extensive collection of books, a phono device for playing existing CDs, the satellite TV for your gatherings and a DVD player and a video player for the movies of children. Both bedrooms feature a homely atmosphere and extremely relaxing iron beds of 180x200. Equipped with these are quality German slats and brand foam mattresses. Two modern bathrooms with shower and plenty of counter space and real glass doors in front of the showers complete the picture. With the exposure of some stone walls and the preservation of existing chestnut beams and wooden ceilings has been able to maintain the originality of the house as a farmhouse. A wooden staircase, which can be secured for the little ones with a stair gate, you reach the one floor deeper dining kitchen with rustic wooden ceiling and Arcen stone. The "brick" kitchenette offers all the amenities of a technically modern kitchen and a full complement of good electrical appliances, kitchen tools and cooking utensils. From the rustic dining area with nostalgic kitchen table, stylish wooden bench and comfortable wicker chairs the gaze falls through the windows on our overgrown with oak and chestnut mountain across the valley. are adorned the rooms by thunderstorms, yet really "old" furniture. From the kitchen you reach directly the private garden with several furnished terraces, romantic garden house (Casetta) and a POOL for sole use. Here you will find just the access to the large utility room with washing machine.
GARDEN AND POOL: The garden with its walls of old local stones discloses its rustic charm. The view over the surrounding olive groves, the forested mountains of the valley right up to the Passo di Ginestro and down towards Alassio. Proximity to the sea is clearly noticeable. Oleander, rosemary and lavender spray their scents. Olive, laurel and cypress trees donate shade. Under a berankten with pergola it can be excellent breakfast on the furnished breakfast terrace. The equally large furnished garden shed (Casetta) with tiled countertop and brick barbecue fireplace animate to extensive siesta. Immersed in pure nature you can unwind on the comfortable deck chairs and loungers admirably. A steel wall round pool of 4,20x1,20 provides the necessary cooling. For the children there is a decent range of outdoor and water games.
CHILDREN: The house is suitable for children of all ages. The rooms are spacious, the garden and the pool you do the rest. In the master bedroom is a place for your packed Kinderreisebettchen. We also offer the option of high-quality bed guard in bed the "Great" to sleep. A baby monitor brings carefree patio evenings. Moreover, there is a stair gate (without Fußangel), a stool for the sink and a robust adjustable highchair. Vehicle traffic in front of the house is minimal and the landscape around like a big adventure playground.

Location and surroundings of object
LOCATION: The idyllic village is located in the green hinterland of the nearby Riviera delle Palme with the famous seaside resort of Alassio, the picturesque fishing village of Laigueglia and the commercial town Albenga with its historic old town. It is located at about 330 meters above sea level in a valley towards the sea opening of the Ligurian Alps. The rows of mountain ranges that rise in this area up to 2000 meters, form a magnificent backdrop. They allow long walks all levels of difficulty and mountain biking adventurous single trails. The coastal paths invite you to impressive bicycle tours, especially the 24 km Pista Ciclabile del Parco Costiero between San Lorenzo and Ospedaletti (San Remo), bike hire in the coastal town. The nearby sea and the marinas of Alassio, Loano & Co offer all possibilities of water sports like sailing, surfing, kite surfing and more. Loano has a well-equipped dive center. In our neighboring Garlenda there is a passing of silvery green olive trees fantastically beautiful and challenging 18-hole golf course, a well-maintained tennis courts with various indoor and outdoor courts, and riding stables with riding school. There are a variety of cultural, sporting and popular events. Particularly noteworthy are the International Fiat 500 meeting in July in Garlenda, the grandiose fireworks and musical events to Ferragosto (August 15), the wine festival in Ortovero and the music festivals in Laigueglia and Villanova. The announcements along the roads are not to be overlooked. Refreshment brings a passage through the icy halls of the caves of Toirano. In Ceriale is in an area of 80,000 square meters of versatile aqua park Le Caravelle with various pools, slides and other playground equipment. Exotic, green and flourishing, the Hanbury Gardens at present Ventimiglia. In the European Capital of Culture Genoa (2004), there is one of Europe's largest saltwater aquariums with dolphins, sharks and seals. INFRASTRUCTURE: In Degna itself we have a sweet little shop with products of the country, gifts and ceramics. + In the main town Casanova Lerrone there are a pharmacy, a hairdresser, and Bruna Sabrina food shops, Pietro's tobacconist with magazines, the post office, a bar under trees and two farmhouses with good Ligurian cuisine. + In the neighboring Vellego the sensational Ristorante "Pinocchio" by Gian Domenico with 15 courses best Ligurian food is at a reasonable price. + In the nearby Garlenda there are among others a cash machine, tourist information and excellent Pizzeria "Frantoio". + A little further down the valley, in the walled Albenga, can be found in and on the flower-filled streets and squares just about everything you need for body and soul. + The coastal town of Albenga and Alassio leave no shopping wishes.
BEACHES: The Ligurian coast is rich in beautiful seaside resorts. Many have been awarded the "Blue Flag". Of particular popularity, the km long azure Baia del Sole between Alassio and Laigueglia because of its gently sloping natural sandy beach. This stretch of beach is especially suitable for children !!! The Bagni lined up colorful, like pearls on a string, each other. In the pretty Bagni St. Tropez we have a special agreement for our guests. The picturesque fishing village of Laigueglia with its bars / cafes, ice cream parlors, quaint shops, pizzerias and restaurants just near the hotel from here. + Friends of Nature beaches found between Finale Ligure and Varigotti two large, framed by rocky bays with wide pebble beaches.
TRAVEL TIMES: The Riviera and its hinterland offer, with a few exceptions, every season a temperate climate with pleasant temperatures. The summers are not too hot, winters are mild, the spring very pleasant and the autumn until November still wonderfully warm in most cases. Certainly not every day is radiantly beautiful, otherwise the hinterland would not be so green, but keep the rainfall within manageable limits. So it is not uncommon that you can enjoy until October the warm sea and stroll around the turn on the promenades and also can dine. For the not so nice days, the region offers a variety of options such as excursions to interesting cities and museums, hiking and biking tours along the coast or through the green, in autumn yellow and red colored mountains.

Relaxing family vacation in a quiet mountain location
We had a relaxing 13 days in the beautiful house located on a hillside away from the coastal bustle. It is lovingly furnished and has everything you need. The contact with the landlords via WhatsApp was also very nice and helpful. If you like it quiet and don't mind that it takes about 30 minutes to get to the coast by car, this is the perfect place. The pool provides a good refreshment in between and you will always find a shady or sunny spot in the beautifully landscaped terrace garden on several levels. Lush nature all around! :-)

We spent two wonderful weeks at Casa Vista Valle. The house and the garden are really great, tastefully furnished with great attention to detail. Everything was available for our two-year-old granddaughter, even a "pool noodle" The kitchen is perfectly equipped, to our delight there was even an ice cream maker. We can highly recommend the delicious olives and jams from the cellar. The contact with the hosts was very friendly and pleasant. we can recommend this house with the wonderful view to everyone who wants to avoid the hustle and bustle of the coast.

Dream house
We spent a dream holiday in this fantastic house. The house is simply perfect and lovingly and very tastefully planned and equipped down to the smallest detail, architecturally a small masterpiece. We immediately felt at home. Everything was extremely clean and cosy with high-quality materials. And then the way into the garden! This view into the Lerrone valley! The many terraces, the pool, we couldn't get enough of it. We often had to decide whether to go for a walk or just stay on one of the many terraces. The view is pure meditation. The way into the mountains or down to the sea is always beautiful because it leads through this dreamlike landscape. We were lucky that the landlords were present in the neighbouring house at the same time. They gave us lots of tips. And their presence, their so nice and loving manner made us very happy. The two holiday flats are completely separate and cannot be seen. We were thrilled, it doesn't get any better than this, we will be back and hope to see Krista and Peter again.

Oasis of peace
Casa Vista Valle is indeed an oasis of peace in the midst of Ligurian mountains. The house is very well equipped, well maintained and very clean. We were especially happy about the fly screens in front of the windows and the possibility to darken the bedrooms properly. We spent a lot of time on the pool terrace with our children (3 and 5 years old) and were also happy about the great equipment: garden chairs and deck chairs with proper cushions, side tables, parasol, pool noodle & Co
Since the house is built on a slope, the various terraces belonging to the holiday home are connected by relatively steep natural stone stairs. This was very manageable for our children, but for much younger children it would be rather difficult. Unfortunately, there is no infrastructure in the village of Degna, so that in principle all trips have to be made by car - if there are small children with you. (Otherwise you can hike or ride a racing bike, mountain stage). You have to be prepared for that. But in return, the place is totally quiet
The contact with the landlords was very friendly and they always try to help with any questions or needs
Due to the seclusion and the well-equipped holiday flat, we had a relaxing holiday (despite Corona) and can recommend the accommodation without reservation.

Es hat eine Fläche von 110 qm, besitzt 2 vollwertige Schlafzimmer, 2 Duschbäder, einen Garten und Pool in Alleinnutzung. Weshalb dann der Abzug? Mit einer eingeschränkten Infrastruktur muss man in ligurischen Bergdörfern rechnen. Immerhin ist man in 5 Autominuten im Hauptort mit Alimentari, Apotheke und Bar. Dies geht aus unserem Internetauftritt auch klar hervor.

Beautiful holiday home in the Ligurian mountains
We spent a wonderful and relaxing 3 weeks as a family with 2 children in this wonderful holiday home away from the hustle and bustle.
The high expectations raised by the good reviews were met and even exceeded. The equipment and location of the holiday home are perfect and created a holiday feel-good atmosphere from the first day. We were able to set off directly from the front door for mountain bike tours as well as hikes in the Ligurian mountain landscape. Our children loved the pool, but the very beautiful beaches of Alassio and Laigueglia were also within easy reach. We also made use of the many lovingly compiled tips from the hosts in the guest folder - in particular we followed the restaurant recommendations and were not disappointed. All in all, a perfect holiday with very nice and caring hosts! Thank you very much!

Traumurlaub
We had an excellent summer vacation with our three children in this beautiful and uniquely located holiday home. The house is perfectly equipped. It has several fantastic terraces, a beautiful garden where we spent a lot of time and enjoyed absolute peace. The children were very happy with the pool. As we love cooking, we made use of the great kitchen facilities and the regional products of the area, but also followed some of the many great restaurant tips and enjoyed excellent Ligurian cuisine. A totally relaxing holiday with many beautiful impressions - absolutely recommendable!

a wonderful holiday resort...
It was a very nice holiday home. Beautifully situated in the countryside. Lots of sun (already) in the Easter period. The holiday home is very well equipped. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Everything imaginable is available in the kitchen. The landlords have put together and provided many ideas for excursions and day trips. Excellent. During the day on the road, the outdoor area invited in the morning and evening to linger on different terrace levels (slope).

A sun paradise for the autumn holidays
For the second time, we chose the Ligurian Degna as our destination for the NRW autumn holidays, and we were completely satisfied. The vacation rental is highly recommended even with a toddler, you simply do not miss anything and can relax wonderfully.
We were lucky with the weather each time and could have a sun-soaked outdoor breakfast almost every day, while our home was sinking into rain. Even at the beginning of November, it was possible to lie on the beach and swim in the sea. Thanks to the hosts who always strive to make their guests' stay as pleasant as possible!

Dreamy house away from the hustle and bustle
Our family of five had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house for 2 weeks, and we enjoyed it from the very first day. Our expectations were high based on the description and many excellent reviews, and we were not disappointed! Everything is exactly as described. I can only echo our predecessors and would repeat everything in a heartbeat. This house is highly recommended due to its excellent equipment (from the car air pump to mortar, cookbooks, electric citrus press, ironing board, air mattresses for the children, compass hiking maps! and several grills, just to name a few :-)), absolute cleanliness, and fantastic location, away from the hustle and bustle in Finale or Alassio, with its dreamlike terraces! And the very nice contact with the landlords rounds off the whole thing!

absolutely great accommodation in complete peace and beautiful countryside/environment
It was as described: all very great. Super and really fully equipped. Everything very new and well maintained and absolutely tastefully furnished, even the CD collection could have come from our shelf. The terraced garden with pool and several barbecue options was constantly used by us. Absolutely quiet and a great view. Some days we spent only at the house, it was so beautiful there. But other excursions could also be easily started from there. The guest information folder has served us well for that. The basket of delicious food provided at the beginning was also very nice. And the cold drinks in the fridge for the kids.
Even our two sons (12,15) really liked it there despite the small village and lack of Wi-Fi.
We will definitely come back again.

Wunderschönes und komfortables Ferienhaus
We were as a family of three people in this wonderful holiday home, which is carefully furnished and maintained with a lot of love. Besides plenty of space and the latest technology, everything we needed and much more was available. We enjoyed the hours at the pool and on the terrace with a phenomenal view the most. The charming village and its warm-hearted inhabitants were simply great and we immediately fell in love with the region. The landlords also gave us a lot of valuable tips on excursions, beaches, and dining options and were always available to us. We would love to come back to this top property and will recommend it.

Holiday apartment with feel-good atmosphere
After a long and nerve-wracking journey (car breakdown), we were able to enjoy and relax on our vacation upon entering the house. The apartment, lovingly renovated with attention to detail and furnished with warmth and hospitality, left nothing to be desired. The well-maintained property with many seating areas offered our children plenty of room to play. The highlight was, of course, the pool.
Impressive was also the view of the valley which we could enjoy at every meal. Unfortunately, the two weeks of vacation passed by too quickly.
Many thanks again to the landlords, who supported and accompanied us before and during the vacation with great tips (information booklet/phone calls), but especially on the drive there with their knowledge of Italian.

Dream house!
A wonderful, large, and well-equipped house in the mountains. Fantastic view, total peace, and simply pure relaxation. We have never been in a better house before. Special mention should be made of the amenities, starting with a delicious welcome treat, a fully equipped kitchen (almost better than at home), and all the child-friendly items such as a high chair, safety gate, toys, and the great pool :) Thanks to the landlords, you won't miss any highlights in the area; they were always ready to help. Ein Traum
The Casa al Vento overlooks the Valle Vista. The pool and barbecue area are just fantastic, for our 3 children it was always a tough decision between the pool and the sea. We went on excursions to Monaco, San Remo, and Nice. We were not there for the last time. This holiday home is worth recommending. The peace in the hills is extremely relaxing, especially coming from a big city like we do (Hamburg, Berlin). Thank you dear landlords for this oasis in Liguria.

Holiday from the first minute
We spent a wonderfully relaxing holiday with two married couples in this lovingly furnished holiday home down to the last detail! The descriptions did not promise too much and our holiday began with entering the beautifully restored Ligurian village house equipped with every comfort. The landlord has managed to preserve the original charm of the house. We enjoyed the spacious garden and the pool, cooked very happily and extensively in the well-equipped kitchen. We were welcomed with a basket of Ligurian specialties. It was wonderfully quiet and relaxing, the holiday home always our refuge after a day at the beach or visiting nearby villages and towns. The landlord has put together a guest folder with many good tips for activities. The described bar in Villanova is great, we were there almost every day. The restaurant tips were excellent. The landlord was always approachable in the background and even offered to, for example, reserve a table at the restaurant for us. Loaded with delicious oil from the local oil mill and excellent jam prepared by the good spirit of the house, we drove back home. We will definitely not be here for the last time!

Jewel in the Ligurian Mountains
My husband and I with two boys had a wonderful week at Casa Vista Valle. Of course, the time was not nearly enough to try out the many excursion and restaurant tips from the landlord. After interesting sightseeing, bathing stays at natural beaches, coming home to the house in absolute tranquility was always impressive. Here, one could truly feel at home. The beautiful premises, the fully equipped kitchen, the garden with its various terraces in the midst of pure nature, and last but not least, the pool that was gladly used in the evenings. All of this contributed to a perfect holiday. The week was much too short and has whetted our appetite for more. We will definitely come back!

Perfect retreat for a break from everyday life.
In July 2015, the three of us spent two absolutely relaxing weeks at Vista Valle. The charming farmhouse captured us from the first moment, not only due to the thoughtful, stylish, and detail-oriented renovation of the old building. It was also the extremely warm and authentic welcome by the landlords, who were present in the neighboring property at the same time. The welcome basket they put together for us, which awaited us in the kitchen, surprised us with many local delicacies that allowed us to arrive stress-free on Saturday evening without having to worry about shopping and food for the first weekend. Thank you for that! The furnishing and equipment of the house is well thought out, from the living room to the two separate bathrooms and bedrooms, to the kitchen and finally the 4 terraces, and leaves nothing to be desired. Even our question prior to arrival about a mortar and other kitchen utensils not typically found in a vacation rental was answered positively. The highlight of enjoyment were the herbs and the lemon tree on the beautiful pool terrace, from which we could harvest fresh ingredients daily for cooking. Reading the guest folder is recommended from the first day onward, as it greatly enhances the stay and the experience of the region. From the local grocery store's shopping tips to excursion and restaurant recommendations, all the way to renting a beach chair at the Bagni on the coast, no questions remain unanswered, only the desire for another holiday at Vista Valle! Nature, the dreamy views, the fabulous tranquility along with the evening firefly show grounded and deeply relaxed us during this time! We were able to enjoy genuine hospitality! Love Italy friends We, couple best retirement age, to arise in the more rainy heart of Germany are, for decades fond of this stunning country. The friendly people, the gorgeous landscapes, the culture, the music and the food ... just great. Again and again it has led us to the Italian Riviera. Have we mainly admired the coasts at a young age, we discovered sometime also the mountains. The beginning of a long friendship. It came, yanking it began searching for something of your own. So we found our house, and then only the upper level thereof. In a gruesome condition but with a beautiful view and the thought "Here you can make something of ; This idea we have nearly two decades pursued with ups and downs, annoyances, a lot of patience, own welding and not least a large financial commitment to make our country as it is today.
