Description
The holiday home Vista Valle, whose extensive restoration was completed only in 2014 is, quiet and elevated above the valley, at the foot of the village of Casanova Lerrone belonging, embossed on olive-growing local part Degna. This comfortable property is part of a typical Ligurian village house complex. Directly from the paved village road to reach the separate entrance via a short rostrum. The apartment rustically furnished is located on two floors and has an area of 110 square meters spacious. On the ground floor are the entrance hall with a cabinet made of pine wood and the furnished with a comfortable sofa and wicker chairs living room. For entertainment you will find an extensive collection of books, a phono device for playing existing CDs, the satellite TV for your gatherings and a DVD player and a video player for the movies of children. Both bedrooms feature a homely atmosphere and extremely relaxing iron beds of 180x200. Equipped with these are quality German slats and brand foam mattresses. Two modern bathrooms with shower and plenty of counter space and real glass doors in front of the showers complete the picture. With the exposure of some stone walls and the preservation of existing chestnut beams and wooden ceilings has been able to maintain the originality of the house as a farmhouse. A wooden staircase, which can be secured for the little ones with a stair gate, you reach the one floor deeper dining kitchen with rustic wooden ceiling and Arcen stone. The "brick" kitchenette offers all the amenities of a technically modern kitchen and a full complement of good electrical appliances, kitchen tools and cooking utensils. From the rustic dining area with nostalgic kitchen table, stylish wooden bench and comfortable wicker chairs the gaze falls through the windows on our overgrown with oak and chestnut mountain across the valley. are adorned the rooms by thunderstorms, yet really "old" furniture. From the kitchen you reach directly the private garden with several furnished terraces, romantic garden house (Casetta) and a POOL for sole use. Here you will find just the access to the large utility room with washing machine.
GARDEN AND POOL: The garden with its walls of old local stones discloses its rustic charm. The view over the surrounding olive groves, the forested mountains of the valley right up to the Passo di Ginestro and down towards Alassio. Proximity to the sea is clearly noticeable. Oleander, rosemary and lavender spray their scents. Olive, laurel and cypress trees donate shade. Under a berankten with pergola it can be excellent breakfast on the furnished breakfast terrace. The equally large furnished garden shed (Casetta) with tiled countertop and brick barbecue fireplace animate to extensive siesta. Immersed in pure nature you can unwind on the comfortable deck chairs and loungers admirably. A steel wall round pool of 4,20x1,20 provides the necessary cooling. For the children there is a decent range of outdoor and water games.
CHILDREN: The house is suitable for children of all ages. The rooms are spacious, the garden and the pool you do the rest. In the master bedroom is a place for your packed Kinderreisebettchen. We also offer the option of high-quality bed guard in bed the "Great" to sleep. A baby monitor brings carefree patio evenings. Moreover, there is a stair gate (without Fußangel), a stool for the sink and a robust adjustable highchair. Vehicle traffic in front of the house is minimal and the landscape around like a big adventure playground.

LOCATION: The idyllic village is located in the green hinterland of the nearby Riviera delle Palme with the famous seaside resort of Alassio, the picturesque fishing village of Laigueglia and the commercial town Albenga with its historic old town. It is located at about 330 meters above sea level in a valley towards the sea opening of the Ligurian Alps. The rows of mountain ranges that rise in this area up to 2000 meters, form a magnificent backdrop. They allow long walks all levels of difficulty and mountain biking adventurous single trails. The coastal paths invite you to impressive bicycle tours, especially the 24 km Pista Ciclabile del Parco Costiero between San Lorenzo and Ospedaletti (San Remo), bike hire in the coastal town. The nearby sea and the marinas of Alassio, Loano & Co offer all possibilities of water sports like sailing, surfing, kite surfing and more. Loano has a well-equipped dive center. In our neighboring Garlenda there is a passing of silvery green olive trees fantastically beautiful and challenging 18-hole golf course, a well-maintained tennis courts with various indoor and outdoor courts, and riding stables with riding school. There are a variety of cultural, sporting and popular events. Particularly noteworthy are the International Fiat 500 meeting in July in Garlenda, the grandiose fireworks and musical events to Ferragosto (August 15), the wine festival in Ortovero and the music festivals in Laigueglia and Villanova. The announcements along the roads are not to be overlooked. Refreshment brings a passage through the icy halls of the caves of Toirano. In Ceriale is in an area of 80,000 square meters of versatile aqua park Le Caravelle with various pools, slides and other playground equipment. BEACHES: The Ligurian coast is rich in beautiful seaside resorts. Many have been awarded the "Blue Flag". Of particular popularity, the km long azure Baia del Sole between Alassio and Laigueglia because of its gently sloping natural sandy beach. This stretch of beach is especially suitable for children !!! The Bagni lined up colorful, like pearls on a string, each other. In the pretty Bagni St. Tropez we have a special agreement for our guests. The picturesque fishing village of Laigueglia with its bars / cafes, ice cream parlors, quaint shops, pizzerias and restaurants just near the hotel from here. + Friends of Nature beaches found between Finale Ligure and Varigotti two large, framed by rocky bays with wide pebble beaches.
TRAVEL TIMES: The Riviera and its hinterland offer, with a few exceptions, every season a temperate climate with pleasant temperatures. The summers are not too hot, winters are mild, the spring very pleasant and the autumn until November still wonderfully warm in most cases. Certainly not every day is radiantly beautiful, otherwise the hinterland would not be so green, but keep the rainfall within manageable limits. So it is not uncommon that you can enjoy until October the warm sea and stroll around the turn on the promenades and also can dine. For the not so nice days, the region offers a variety of options such as excursions to interesting cities and museums, hiking and biking tours along the coast or through the green, in autumn yellow and red colored mountains.

Relaxing family vacation in a quiet mountain location
We had a relaxing 13 days in the beautiful house located on a hillside away from the coastal bustle. It is lovingly furnished and has everything you need. The contact with the landlords via WhatsApp was also very nice and helpful. If you like it quiet and don't mind that it takes about 30 minutes to get to the coast by car, this is the perfect place. The pool provides a good refreshment in between and you will always find a shady or sunny spot in the beautifully landscaped terrace garden on several levels. Lush nature all around! :-)

We spent two wonderful weeks at Casa Vista Valle. The house and the garden are really great, tastefully furnished with great attention to detail. Everything was available for our two-year-old granddaughter, even a "pool noodle" The kitchen is perfectly equipped, to our delight there was even an ice cream maker. We can highly recommend the delicious olives and jams from the cellar. The contact with the hosts was very friendly and pleasant. we can recommend this house with the wonderful view to everyone who wants to avoid the hustle and bustle of the coast.

Dream house
We spent a dream holiday in this fantastic house. The house is simply perfect and lovingly and very tastefully planned and equipped down to the smallest detail, architecturally a small masterpiece. We immediately felt at home. Everything was extremely clean and cosy with high-quality materials. And then the way into the garden! This view into the Lerrone valley! The many terraces, the pool, we couldn't get enough of it. We often had to decide whether to go for a walk or just stay on one of the many terraces. The view is pure meditation. The way into the mountains or down to the sea is always beautiful because it leads through this dreamlike landscape. We were lucky that the landlords were present in the neighbouring house at the same time. They gave us lots of tips. And their presence, their so nice and loving manner made us very happy. The two holiday flats are completely separate and cannot be seen. We were thrilled, it doesn't get any better than this, we will be back and hope to see Krista and Peter again.

Oasis of peace
Casa Vista Valle is indeed an oasis of peace in the midst of Ligurian mountains. The house is very well equipped, well maintained and very clean. We were especially happy about the fly screens in front of the windows and the possibility to darken the bedrooms properly. We spent a lot of time on the pool terrace with our children (3 and 5 years old) and were also happy about the great equipment: garden chairs and deck chairs with proper cushions, side tables, parasol, pool noodle & Co
Since the house is built on a slope, the various terraces belonging to the holiday home are connected by relatively steep natural stone stairs. This was very manageable for our children, but for much younger children it would be rather difficult. Unfortunately, there is no infrastructure in the village of Degna, so that in principle all trips have to be made by car - if there are small children with you. (Otherwise you can hike or ride a racing bike, mountain stage). You have to be prepared for that. But in return, the place is totally quiet
The contact with the landlords was very friendly and they always try to help with any questions or needs
Due to the seclusion and the well-equipped holiday flat, we had a relaxing holiday (despite Corona) and can recommend the accommodation without reservation.

Liebe Feriengäste, vielen Dank für die Abgabe einer Bewertung. Was uns etwas irritiert ist die Bewertung des Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses. Sie schreiben, dass das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Es hat eine Fläche von 110 qm, besitzt 2 vollwertige Schlafzimmer, 2 Duschbäder, einen Garten und Pool in Alleinnutzung. Weshalb dann der Abzug? Mit einer eingeschränkten Infrastruktur muss man in ligurischen Bergdörfern rechnen. Immerhin ist man in 5 Autominuten im Hauptort mit Alimentari, Apotheke und Bar. Dies geht aus unserem Internetauftritt auch klar hervor.

Love Italy friends We, couple best retirement age, to arise in the more rainy heart of Germany are, for decades fond of this stunning country. The friendly people, the gorgeous landscapes, the culture, the music and the food ... just great. Again and again it has led us to the Italian Riviera. Have we mainly admired the coasts at a young age, we discovered sometime also the mountains. The beginning of a long friendship. It came, yanking it began searching for something of your own. So we found our house, and then only the upper level thereof. In a gruesome condition but with a beautiful view and the thought "Here you can make something of ; This idea we have nearly two decades pursued with ups and downs, annoyances, a lot of patience, own welding and not least a large financial commitment to make our country as it is today.
