Description
High above the Lerronetal which opens to far out to sea, is surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, this sensitively restored farmhouse from the 18th century. It consists of three units, two of which stand out as holiday homes available. The establishment of both objects is in a country style with rustic elements, but modern equipment and technology where necessary. The apartment "Patio" has an area of generous 90 sqm and is suitable for an occupancy up to six people. The bedroom has a double bed (1,80x2,00) and a sofa bed, the children's room with two single beds (1,00x2,00) equipped. The beds have good German mattresses. In the cozy living room with SAT / TV can also be found even a pull-out sofa bed (1,40x1,94). The comfortable bathroom has a large shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer and spacious storage areas. In the kitchen with modern fitted wardrobes and appliances (dishwasher, oven, hob, KGS, espresso and coffee machine) you find all the amenities you need for the preparation of his meals. Dishes and glasses are extensively available. On cold days, a fireplace for cozy warmth. The dining room has a large dining table for up to six people. The real highlight is the area surrounded by thick stone walls patio in front of the dining room door, which invites both hearty meals and romantic evenings by candlelight. Location and surroundings of object
In the immediate hinterland of the Riviera delle Palme with its magnificent beaches, the intact village Ligo lies above the valley sublime with views of the surrounding mountain ranges of the Alps and on azure sea. Alassio with its kilometers-long promenade, the handsome marina and the fashionable shops is quickly reached. In the immediate vicinity and the historic noteworthy Albenga lies with its baptistery from the 5th century., The medieval famous towers and the lively old town. Sea and mountains offer a variety of holiday activities such as water sports of any kind, whale watching, golf, tennis, horseback riding, climbing and mountain biking. Especially interesting for families are the nearby Acqua Park, the seawater Aquarium of Genoa and the Pista Ciclabile, a great hiking and biking path along the sea.
The village of Ligo is part of the municipality of Villanova d'Albenga. The reinforced walls Villanova is the center of the valley. In the flower-filled alleyways and squares you will find everything you need for life, bars, good butchers, bakers, doctor, pharmacy, hairdresser and several restaurants. For larger purchases, you will find only a few kilometers, a commercial area with several supermarkets. Typical Ligurian, good and inexpensive food can be well with us in Ligo, in only 300m away agriturismo with lovely outdoor terrace.

Dream vacation
The apartment is very spacious, very clean, and above all furnished with great attention to detail, which makes the feel-good character soar. We were fortunate to personally meet the landlords of this apartment. From the first moment on, it was a very warm interaction. Insider tips were also shared, such as the large tomato harvest from their own garden. There is nothing missing in the accommodation, outside the apartment there is a large pool available with many seating and lying options in the lovingly designed garden. We can only warmly recommend this accommodation. We ourselves will spend our vacation there again next year...

Great house in a dream location!
We went on vacation with our dog for the first time and can only say one thing: we couldn't have had it better! The apartment is beautifully furnished with great attention to detail. We will definitely come back!!! We were relaxed here and our dog was deeply relaxed! Absolutely perfect. Good food, beautiful landscape, nice people! We can only recommend it.

Fantastic !!
This was our first time in Ligo at Casa Frantoio and certainly not the last. It is a dreamlike domicile with a beautiful Mediterranean garden. We were lovingly welcomed by Gerhard, the landlord. The flat was super clean and absolutely nothing was missing. We were also allowed to help ourselves to tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, courgettes, herbs etc. in the garden
The sea is about 15 minutes away by car.
All in all, a super, super nice holiday, pure relaxation. Thank you for that !

Pure relaxation
We had seven wonderful holidays at Casa Frantoio with our three toddlers. Ligo is a small Ligurian village with charm, very close to the Ligurian coast. We were impressed by the hospitality of the landlords. We felt very comfortable from the first minute and will definitely come again. The shared use of the garden and the pool made for an unforgettable holiday for our children. It was sometimes difficult to motivate ourselves to go on an excursion, as we felt very comfortable in the house and garden. The house and the garden are very lovingly furnished and everything is there that makes a holiday in Italy perfect. The sightseeing and restaurant tips are also great. We gratefully accepted the offer to use the vegetable garden. The tomatoes, cucumbers and herbs were delicious. Also that there is a washing machine for use makes it much easier as a family. Many thanks to Birgit Schweng and Gerhard Molzberger for this wonderful holiday!

Super!!!
We spent a wonderful holiday in this great holiday home in the summer with our three children (14, 12 and 4 years)
On the day we arrived, Birgit and Gerhard gave us a very warm welcome. The flat is very well equipped and everything is clean and well maintained
The garden is even more beautiful, as you can see in the pictures. A real dream!
We and especially our children immediately felt at home here

Little Paradise in Liguria
This was our first time at Casa Frantoio and, although we decided on this destination at very short notice, we can only describe it as a complete hit.
The 2 flats in the very lovingly and tastefully restored old oil mill are perfectly equipped, according to the motto: how would I like to live in it myself. From the furniture, kitchen and bathroom equipment to the many "little things" such as satellite TV, mosquito repellent, books, games etc., a pleasant stay is guaranteed. There is no Wi-Fi (which we found to be more of an advantage), but internet mobile phones work everywhere
The small but very fine garden with its seating and sunbathing areas and the dining table offers a nice spot for everyone to read, let their eyes wander or simply enjoy the dolce far niente. A pool is just the right size for cooling off. The garden also has something of a land of plenty with its vegetables, salads, herbs and spices, as you can help yourself to everything to your heart's content after consultation
In general, we were warmly welcomed by Gerhard and Birgit (who were still present at the beginning of our holiday), so that we immediately felt at home.
The old oil mill is situated at the edge of the small village of Ligo (without shopping facilities) in the midst of olive groves in a hilly area typical for Liguria. Within approx. 20 - 30 minutes by car you are in alpine surroundings or at the beach, depending on the direction. Hikers, climbers, mountain bikers and motorcyclists can get their money's worth, as can bathers on the sand and pebble beaches (which are not lonely at this time of year).
Good food and drink at reasonable prices are available everywhere in Liguria, not least in the family restaurant of the "Tre porcellini" 200 m from Casa Frantoio.
This destination is a clear recommendation for a relaxed or, depending on your preference, sporty holiday.

An oasis of peace with perfect ambience
We decided to stay at Casa Frantoio at very short notice and didn't regret it for a minute. The owners organised everything necessary for our stay in a very short time. We received a friendly welcome from the on-site manager of the holiday home, Adriano, who explained all the important things to us and could always be contacted if we had any queries. The flat is very well furnished, the equipment leaves nothing to be desired, the cleanliness and tidiness anyway. The garden and the many outdoor seats offer many nice places outside. As we were the only guests, we felt like lords of the castle. However, the layout of the garden and the secluded places is such that privacy is guaranteed even with full occupancy. It was a very relaxing, unfortunately much too short stay in this beautiful place.

Urlaubsparadies für alle, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen
Wir haben wunderschöne und entspannte Ferientage in diesem sehr liebe- und stilvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus verlebt. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Vermieter haben bis ins Detail die alte Ölmühle wirklich zu einem kleinen Ferienparadies umgebaut. Alle Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet, die Küche ist schön und praktisch und überdurchschnittlich gut eingerichtet. Der Garten lädt zu jeder Tageszeit zum Verweilen ein mit vielen kleinen Sitzecken, einem Pool. Und für das leibliche Wohl sorgen Salat- und Gemüsebeete. Die Umgebung lädt zum Spazieren und Wandern oder zum Radfahren ein (Es gibt sogar hauseigene Räder.) Wir kommen sicher ganz bald wieder. Vielen Dank für Ihre Mühe und Arbeit, damit wir Gäste es so schön haben.

Wir hatten als Familie zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Italien.
Das Haus ist sehr groß und jeder findet seinen Platz zum entspannen.
Die Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich gut, alles was man braucht ist da und noch mehr.

We spent a wonderfully relaxing holiday in the mountains and by the sea with 3 children. The house leaves nothing to be desired and all the pictures of the house and garden match the ones we found. The children, as well as we, immediately felt at home. Everything is just right here, the house, the garden, the pool and the surroundings. When the gills fall silent in the evening, there is absolute peace and quiet. A dream that we will definitely repeat.

Eine wunderschöne Woche
Die ruhige Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft,es ist aber auch hervorragend gelegen für Ausflüge.Die Ausstattung im und ums Haus lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig.Alles ist mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und eingerichtet.Im ruhigen Garten mit Pool lässt es sich wunderbar entspannen.Insgesamt ist alles super gepflegt und ordentlich und absolut weiter zu empfehlen.Daumen hoch...wir kommen wieder!

Einmalige traumhafte Ferienwohung
Das ganze Anwesen wurde von Birgit und Gerd sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Wir sind dort angekommen und fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause. In der Wohnung fehlt nichts! Selbst Teelichter und Servietten sind vorhanden. Der Außenbereich auf den Bildern ist tatsächlich nur für die Wohnung, einfach traumhaft. Das Haus selbst liegt absolut ruhig, wir fanden dort Erholung pur. Adriano, der täglich nach dem Rechten sieht, hat uns bestens mit Salat und Gemüse versorgt. Eigentlich sollten wir das alles nicht schreiben, denn dann buchen zu viele und wir finden vielleicht keinen Platz mehr! :-) Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Die wunderschön und großzügig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, der Pool, der Garten, die Umgebung, Meer, Berge, gutes Essen und nette Menschen - ein Platz, wo man sich erholen und mal wieder richtig durchatmen kann.

Traumhafte Ruheoase
Wir haben unseren Pfingsturlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht.
Eine Oase der Ruhe,der Garten ein Traum die Wohnung wunderschön mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Kinder hatten ihren Spaß im hauseigenen Pool .
Wir hatten Glück und durften die Vermieter persönlich kennenlernen und haben sofort gemerkt, wieviel Herzblut in diesem wunderbaren Anwesen steckt. In dem hauseigenen Garten durften wir uns nach Herzenslust bedienen, der
