Description
The Backhaus is a small holiday cottage on a farm in Ruh, without stairs, and with a few animals and green nature around it. The bakehouse has a living room of 4.1 x 4.8 metres with a wooden beam ceiling, seating area, kitchenette and patio door, a double bunk (mini-bedroom) with 2 sleeping places, 1 bunk with double bed, shower/WC and covered terrace. And of course everything is at ground level, so you don't need to climb any stairs.
Facilities: cable TV, radio, WLAN, freezer, Senseo, washing machine and microwave, as well as garden furniture and barbecue.
On the farm there is a playground with swing, slide and seesaw; domestic poultry and petting animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, cats, chickens, geese, ducks. Ponies for little horse lovers. In summer, the ponies are parked at the holiday home. Pony rides and walks with ponies on the reins in groups in the presence of a competent person by arrangement. Also for adults. In winter the ponies are kept in our calf stable in Meerhausen
Riding helpers of school age may accept a thank you in coins.

Man and nature have shaped the area in a special way. The first people settled here as early as the Neolithic Age
Today, a diverse recreational landscape opens up here: The Hesel forest, the Geest with quiet villages, the Fehn with its canals, the green expanse of the Hammrich with dikes and canals, and the wide green meadow landscapes with black and white cattle herds. In addition, there are always arable fields with grain and maize, as well as former peat bogs, where very often young cattle spend a carefree youth on remote pastures, but which are also partly overgrown as birch wilderness.

Small but fine!
The holiday apartment is super cozy and homely. In my opinion, it is equipped with everything you need for 4 people. Very, very clean and lovingly furnished. Surrounded by animals and very friendly cats. The children were all very excited about it. You can definitely relax and unwind here. We would love to come back anytime! Very nice contact with the landlords, who are also available as points of contact at any time.
recommend for: adventure and experience, holiday with children, romantic holiday
