Our 'De lütte Ostseedrom' presents itself in the classic dove-blue-white garb.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious dining area with a fitted kitchen that fulfils all your wishes.
Here, the large-capacity refrigerator is just as much a matter of course as the potato peeler.
In the cosily furnished living room with tiled stove, you will find a flat-screen TV, radio, DVD player with films for children and adults. Wifi and telephone are a matter of course and free of charge.
The 40 sqm south-facing terrace is equipped with teak garden furniture and sun loungers. Here you can relax and unwind.
There is also a utility room on the ground floor with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet and sauna

Our house is situated on a quiet and leafy private road with a fenced plot so that the kids/dogs don't get out on their own.
The traffic-calmed promenade with various shops and restaurants is only 3 minutes away.
Edeka & bakery 2 min. A bicycle rental is in the pedestrian zone, 3 min.
The footpath to the endless, white dream beach gently sloping into the sea as well as to the pier is a 6-minute walk (wheelchair-accessible beach)
A winter fairy tale: In the cold months, the Baltic Sea has a very special charm. It is the time of deceleration, of silence, of cosiness. Watch the raging sea, enjoy the cold salt and the smell of the sea and then warm up again by the fireplace with a grog or a hot cup of tea or chocolate in our cosy holiday home.

Rostock (Warnemünde, harbour with cruise ships, ferry to Denmark, old town, Karl's farm) and Stralsund (maritime museum, Ozeaneum, huge Hansedom fun pool) as well as Rügen can be reached quickly by car within an hour. Hiddensee, Barth and Born can be visited by boat from Zingst harbour. The Darßer Ort lighthouse is 11 km away from Prerow by horse-drawn carriage, bicycle or on foot. A new climbing forest is located in Born, about 20 minutes away by car.
Zingst is located on the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula, in the middle of the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschft nature reserve. The former fishing village has developed into a popular Baltic Sea spa, but has managed to retain its charm. The unique natural landscape with its fauna and flora is breathtaking and can be explored by bike or on foot along kilometres of well-maintained paths.
A special kind of spectacle is offered every autumn from September to November, when tens of thousands of cranes visit the peninsula as a resting place on their flight south. During a boat trip on the Bodden, the evening flight of the cranes can be observed particularly well. The annual New Year's Eve party at the pier is legendary and attracts thousands of visitors every year.

Well-equipped holiday home
We were able to spend the New Year with 7 people in this house. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. A very well-equipped, cozy house. Both the landlord and the property management service were very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much!

Discover Zingst
Although we were only able to stay a short time in the maritime holiday home De lütte Ostseedrom, we thoroughly explored Zingst and the Darss. We really liked the lively town of Zingst. The Darss, with its rustic and untouched nature, left a deep impression on us. The new Boddenhafen has been super modernized and is worth seeing. In addition, the amenities in the holiday home De lütte Ostseedrom rounded off our days perfectly. Zingst did us good. We will definitely come back.

Elegant holiday home
We spent a very nice holiday week in the perfectly equipped holiday home, furnished with attention to detail. Ideal for a holiday with a dog for a walk. Everything is available in the house, from the complete kitchen equipment to plenty of crockery and glasses to the sauna, washing machine and dryer. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus
This holiday home is highly recommended. Cozy and with a lot of attention to detail, the house is furnished.
The beach can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
The dog-friendly beaches in Prerow and Zingst are great. Zingst offers good shopping options and great restaurants.
