The holiday flat is furnished for 4 people. On the ground floor you will find the comfortably furnished living and dining area, as well as a guest toilet with shower. The very well equipped kitchen contains: Induction hob, oven, refrigerator , dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and everything you need for cooking. On the second floor there is a bathroom with bathtub and two bedrooms with double beds. The flat has access to the garden. You can of course use the garden (also for barbecuing). You can park your car on our locked property. We have a charging station for e-cars VW Elli Wallbox (11kW).

Our holiday flat in Kamminke is located on the island of Usedom on the Szczecin Lagoon, just a few minutes' drive from the Imperial Spas. It is a small, romantic fishing village with about 300 inhabitants. From here you can take tours into the partly untouched hinterland of Usedom or visit the three imperial spas and Swinemündee with its white beaches and long promenades. Swinemündee in Poland is also always worth a trip. Enjoy peace and relaxation.

Rental conditions
The rental conditions regulate the contractual relationship between tenant and landlord and are considered accepted with the down payment. A binding reservation is made after our confirmation by e-mail
The prices for weeks with public holidays and during holidays differ from the standard prices. All prices for orientation only. Please ask for our daily offer!
The rented holiday home is located in Dorfstr. in Kamminke. The holiday home is rented out for the exclusive use of the tenant and the persons specified at the time of booking. Any other use (overcrowding) is expressly prohibited. Deviations only by agreement.
The furnishings are to be kept in a well-kept condition. Damages are to be reported and reimbursed by the tenant.
We endeavour to keep our objects in perfect condition at all times and to hand them over to the guests. Any objections to the rental properties, their furnishings, etc. must be reported to the landlords within 24 hours or we will not be able to accept them. The possible shortcomings will then be rectified by us in the shortest possible time. The occurrence of such cases will generally not lead to a refund of the rental fee.
In case of loss of a key, a fee of 50 EUR will be charged. Any damage to the furnishings must be reimbursed by the tenants.
The rented holiday flat is a non-smoking flat. Smoking is therefore only permitted in the garden. The place of jurisdiction is Swinoujscie.
The tenant may withdraw from the contract in writing at any time and pay an appropriate compensation. The tenant has to pay the following cancellation fees to the landlord in case of withdrawal from the contract:
- in case of cancellation up to 60 days before the beginning of the rental period 100,- EUR
- in the event of cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the rental period 60 % of the rental amount
- in case of cancellation up to 2 weeks before the start of the rental period 90 % of the rental amount
Arrival: Saturday from 16:00 hrs
Departure Saturday until 11:00 a.m.

Beautiful flat with well-kept large garden
In the small fishing village on the Szczecin Lagoon, a beautiful flat over 2 floors with complete equipment, which lacked nothing. The wonderful garden with various seating furniture and barbecue area was available to us without restriction. The landlord couple was very friendly and helpful, we received worthwhile tips for activities, especially in Swinemünde and the surrounding area. We will be happy to come back.

Nice vacation rental
I find the term holiday home exaggerated. It is a nice apartment. Estimated max. 60 sqm. 3 bedrooms is also exaggerated. Here, the living room is probably counted as a bedroom. The second bedroom and the stairs are one room. The apartment smelled of smoke. When we arrived, the landlord was just having a barbecue party. The landlord's garden, grill corner, lawn, etc. can be used. Access to the landlord's apartment passes by the small terrace, so that every visitor can watch you eat. WLAN is only possible to a limited extent. Polish network on mobile phones.
We spent a few nice days on Usedom.

Very beautiful holiday
Very friendly landlord who also lives right next door if you have questions he helps you immediately
It is very clean and sufficient for 4 persons
We didn't notice anything of the pandemic before our arrival, everything was disinfected
To the Baltic Sea via Swinemünde Poland to Ahlbeck it is only 9km
to Poland with the bicycle 300m only unfortunately no restaurants on the side
but there are 3 nice ones in the village where you can eat well

Not far from the neighboring country
The reception by the daughter and mother was very nice. Pretty accommodation furnished with great love and care. The Czajkowski family is and was very, very friendly and helpful. Dr. Czajkowski helps where he can. The cucumbers and tomatoes given to us from the garden tasted delicious. You can enter Poland by car or on foot. Bus stop in Poland is about 800m or directly in the village or at the port. Fish smoking recommended.
