Wonderful vacation
A really wonderful house, great for larger families. We felt very comfortable and were able to have a great time there. The location is unbeatable and you can reach everything you need on foot. Thank you very much for a holiday home feeling ?

Kurze Auszeit
Zum zweiten Mal in diesem Ferienhaus und wieder nicht enttäuscht worden.
Die Lage ist einfach super, ruhig und trotzdem in wenigen Minuten mitten im Geschehen.
Ein super netter Vermieter, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Tage in Zinnowitz
Wir fanden unser Ferienhaus von Familie Lipp super :-)!
Wir waren mit drei Kindern hier und alles war dafür sehr gut geeignet. Wenn man mal etwas vergessen hat ist der Lidl direkt vor Ort und auch zum Strand ist man zu Fuß in nicht einmal 10 Minuten da. Die Sauberkeit ist sehr hervorzuheben und mit insgesamt 6 Personen sind zwei Bäder einfach nur optimal, damit alle fertig werden :-). Sehr gerne kommen wir irgendwann wieder.

Super Ferienhaus
Wir haben eine tolle Urlaubswoche in dem modernen, geräumigen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus der Fam. Lipp verbracht, die im Übrigen sehr nett und hilfsbereit ist. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Selbst mit Kindern hat man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß den Strand erreicht. Ein Lidl-Markt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bäcker und Restaurants sind ebenfalls gut zu erreichen.
Wir können das Ferienhaus zu 100% weiter empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Top Lage
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Top Lage. Strand in der Nähe ( ca 7 minuten zu Fuß ). Einkaufsläden auch sehr schnell zu erreichen. Restaurants sind auch in der Nähe egal ob Griechisch oder z.B Fisch Restaurant.
Zum weiterempfehlen.

Toller Urlaub!
Kann dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen: Zentrum- und Strandnah, mit hohem Erholungswert auch aufgrund der ruhigen Lage. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sympathische Vermieter!

Gerne wieder!
Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Ferienhaus der Familie Lipp. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, geräumig und sehr modern eingerichtet. Zum Strand sind es 10 min Fußweg. Ein Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe und die Terrasse überdacht, so das man auch bei Regen draußen sitzen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Ferienspaß in Zinnowitz
Wir waren die letzte Juliwoche in dem schönen und modernen Ferienhaus der Fam. Lipp. Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen. Man hat zum Strand nur etwa 10 min. Fußweg, was auch mit kleinen Kindern super zu bewältigen ist. In der Nähe ist auch ein Supermarkt. Im Haus ist alles modern und die Ausstattung ist wirklich super und neuwertig. Vom Platzangebot bleiben auch keine Wünsche offen für ein Ferienhaus. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kind dort und hatten auch genügend Platz. Es wird nicht unser letzter Urlaub bei der Fam. Lipp sei, die im Übrigen sehr freundlich ist!!
Von uns gibt es eine klare Empfehlung für alle anderen Urlauber für dieses Haus!!!

Nichts auszusetzen
Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in Zinnowitz verbracht. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber; für uns als größere Familie war vor allem der Geschirrspüler Gold wert. In 5 Minuten erreicht man Strand und Stadtzentrum; ein Supermarkt ist sogar direkt nebenan, ebenso wie ein Kinderspielplatz. In Summe gab es an der Unterkunft nichts auszusetzen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Super Wochenende! Ideale Lage. Zum Strand zu Fuß 8 min. Einkauf u. Bäcker um die Ecke.Bei leichtem Regen kann man auch auf der Terrasse sitzen (überdacht). Wir haben schon den nächsten Urlaub gebucht!!!
