Our cosy MehrZeit holiday flat has 3 rooms for 4 people and is located on the ground floor of a small residential complex built in 2011. Via a separate entrance you reach the extensively equipped MehrZeit on approx. 65 sqm. Adjacent to the spacious hallway area you reach the 2 bedrooms. One of them is equipped with a double bed (1,80mx2,00m) in comfort height as well as TV, the other one with two single beds and space for an additional children's travel bed. Also accessible from the hallway is the shower room with a ground-level shower and washing machine as well as a separate WC. From the modern and spacious and fully equipped kitchen with dining area you reach both the living area and the south-facing terrace with garden furniture and beach chair for your moreTime.
The entire holiday flat is equipped with underfloor heating so that you can enjoy your MehrZeit even in winter. Electric shutters complete the equipment of the holiday flat.
A high chair, a handcart, a storage room for bicycles, a parking space on the property and WiFi are available free of charge. A travel cot can be booked on request.
In the interest of all guests, smoking and pets are not allowed.

Location and surroundings of object
The MehrZeit holiday flat is within walking distance of the fine white sandy beach, the pier, the Bernsteintherme spa and the train station. Everything can be reached in about 8 to 10 minutes on foot. The centre of Zinnowitz with its promenade, numerous shops, restaurants and a playground for the little ones can be reached just as quickly. The nearest supermarket is about 200m away.
Zinnowitz is one of the pearls on Usedom's 42km long sandy beach. With the Usedomer Bäderbahn you can also easily reach all the seaside resorts on the island as well as the Hanseatic cities of Greifswald and Stralsund.

Zinnowitz is one of the pearls on the island of Usedom with a fantastic location and very good water quality. You can do all kinds of water sports on the beach. The Bernsteintherme, which is centrally located and not far from the holiday flat, allows you to go swimming or relax even in the colder seasons or in rainy weather. The island of Usedom has very well-developed cycle paths, so that all the other Kaiserbäder can also be explored by bike. A visit to Karl's adventure village in Koserow, about 10 km away, is a must for both young and old guests. Culturally, there is something for everyone in Zinnowitz - whether the open-air theatre show "Vineta" or the spa concerts on the promenade.
The boutiques and shops within walking distance invite you to do some extensive shopping. Cafes and restaurants in a beautiful location offer a wide range of dishes to suit every palate.
