Description
The apartment is located in 1st row to the sea and has a beautiful sea view. It is located on the 1st floor and is fully equipped. It offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday, including patio furniture, umbrella and two additional sun loungers on the 15m² balcony. Living room, bedroom, full kitchen incl. Microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Bath with tub / shower and washing machine. facilities are also part of an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer.
The condominium is overall very quiet, no road or aircraft noise and no noisy neighbors.

Location and surroundings of object
The property is located in Costa Teguise, one of the most beautiful resorts in Lanzarote. It is a very clean, beautiful and well secured residential complex (120 apartments) with reception. The plant is U-shaped built with open sea. In the middle of the complex is the pool, the pool bar, playground and a ping pong table and a billiard table.
Sunbeds are always sufficiently available and both the large palm trees and the thatched sun mushrooms worry in the big beautiful garden for shade and relaxation.
The complex also includes (but chargeable) a tennis court, a gym and a sauna.
A small cozy restaurant with live music is also able to enter directly from the plant and from the street.
The complex has direct access to the kilometer-long beach promenade. From there you reach the first sandy bathing area in 150 meters. The second, artificial beach is 800 meters away. At both beaches obtained fee chairs and umbrellas, as long as you want.
On the street side the system is on a cozy shopping street that offers everything you need for daily life. A supermarket is directly opposite the plant, more within 1 Km. Also pharmacy and banks.
Restaurants, coffees, bars, etc. can be reached in a large selection also close in a few steps.
And the bus stop in front of the plant.
The main shop and the airport are approx. 20 km away.

Super place
We had a great stay. The apartment is very well equipped and clean. Beautiful sea view. The owner is very responsive and kind. The beach is accessible by foot in about 10-15 minutes. Beautiful pool in the residence. We recommend without hesitation. We will come back with pleasure.

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation here.
A very beautifully located apartment, just a few meters from the beach. The apartment is great!!! And we would book it again. It is exactly as pictured and very clean! Fully equipped. The large balcony, of course with seating area and loungers incl. cushions, invites you to relax at any time. During the day you can enjoy the sun and at night the stars and the sound of the sea. We felt very welcome and comfortable. The bedroom is equipped with super good mattresses that deserve at least 5 stars, we slept wonderfully on them. A very nice and friendly landlady. We could discuss everything in a short way. Everything just fit!!!

Great holiday!
Lanzarote is a quiet island. During our stay in January 2021, it was even more tranquil than usual because of Corona, which we enjoyed very much. During our third visit to the island, we were allowed to stay in the beautiful flat of the Radloff family for the first time. It is very spacious, quietly located and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We slept wonderfully in the comfortable beds. The bathroom was recently renovated and now has a large shower - very successful. The sea with beaches and the kilometre-long promenade is only a stone's throw away. Sometimes we just enjoyed the large terrace with table and chairs and two sunbeds including parasol
Shopping facilities were partly closed because of Corona, but still everything you need was within ten minutes walking distance
Unfortunately, the beautiful pool area and the pool bar were also closed. Restaurants and bars were also partially closed, but there were still plenty of options nearby to eat something or enjoy a drink.
The service in the complex leaves nothing to be desired. When in our clumsiness we left the house key stuck inside, the caretaker was on the spot in no time and freed the key.
We had an all-round relaxing holiday - despite Corona - and of course also because of the uncomplicated and friendly hosts. Thank you very much!

Very nice flat
This is the second time we have stayed in this flat.
A beautiful location with a great view from the balcony to the sea. Large pool area within the complex, very clean and quiet. In the immediate vicinity sandy beaches and bays to the sea. You can make excursions with the rental car or book everything next door. We will definitely come again

Beautiful holiday
We were very satisfied with the flat and the complex. Everything was exactly as described, very quiet complex and very cosy flat, we immediately felt at home. The view of the sea and the palm trees from the beautiful balcony was fantastic. And with only a few steps you are on the promenade at the sea and at Playa Bastian. We will definitely be back. The communication with the landlords was also very good!

Adventurous and relaxing
Lanzarote offers a lot of things to see and when you come back to such a beautiful accommodation after an eventful day, it is the icing on the cake of a relaxing holiday. The location of the flat is fantastic. The view of the sea from the very well-equipped terrace is the best start to the day. The bathroom and kitchen have everything you need and the beds are great. At the reception, there was a packet of nuts and a bottle of wine on the table. We did not use the large pool area of the complex because we were always on the road. On arrival and departure, everything was arranged in an uncomplicated way. We can highly recommend this flat.

Had a great time - went by way too quickly!
We spent our vacation on Lanzarote in August/September in this modern, cozy and very quiet apartment. The large balcony with 2 sun loungers for sunbathing and a seating area for a cozy breakfast or dinner in the evening, as well as the fantastic view of the Atlantic and the promenade of Playa Bastian gave us a special holiday feeling. We felt very comfortable here and had a wonderful time. The pictures and descriptions of the holiday apartment are completely accurate. Our next vacation in Costa Teguise would always lead us to this holiday apartment (as long as it is available).

Wonderful vacation!!!

Great vacation and highly recommended
Departed at 22 degrees there and arrived back here at -9 degrees... would love to fly back there right away.

Perfect vacation!

A beautiful, relaxing yet active holiday
In June/July 2016, we took a vacation to the Canary Islands with island-hopping, and during that time, we stayed in this holiday apartment for a week. The accommodation and the location of the apartment were simply amazing. We felt almost most comfortable here. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Clean, tidy, and cozy. Not luxurious, but everything we needed was available. The proximity to the sea, the clean beaches (no need for water shoes as they are sandy beaches), and the large pool with a separate children's pool were particularly beautiful. You have to carry the cushions for the sunbeds to the pool yourself, but you can always find free sunbeds at any time. Reservations at 7:00 am are no longer necessary. So, pure peace and relaxation. Highly recommended is a bike ride along the waterfront, which can be accessed directly from the residential complex. Supermarkets and restaurants (breakfast to dinner) in large numbers in the immediate vicinity. It is 300 to 400 m to the town center and boutiques (affordable to expensive). Mrs. Kati from the reception was particularly nice and helpful (11:00 am - 1:00 pm). She speaks German, English, and Spanish. She provides answers to all questions and great tips for excursions. We also enjoyed the loving welcome gestures, so everything was very pleasant and can only be recommended.
We will definitely come back, but for 14 days next time.

We have to fulfill a long-awaited dream by purchasing the apartments. It was love at first sight. And if you love beach holidays, then we are sure that it will happen to you as well. Since we are currently no pensioners unfortunately remains us just the holiday to the beautiful surroundings and the mild climate in Costa Teguise to enjoy. Therefore, we decided our apartment until retirement about our good friend and friend Diego Hellebrandt for rent to vacationers. We wish all our travelers a great time and good rest. Diego is available for all questions. His office is just opposite the residence. But of course you can get help at our reception in time 11:00 to 13:00. It is German, English and Spanish spoken.
