The house is located in a quiet residential area (Costa-Nova) of Javea close to the sea. Javea is located right on the coast between Alicante and Valencia. Javea offers everything one desires for a beautiful, relaxing and varied holiday. Many small bays with crystal clear water invite you to swim and dive. The place has a charming, historic old town with attractions, many narrow streets and rustic bars, a romantic harbor and a sandy beach with beautifully landscaped promenade. From Javea one can take a lot of trips, such as to romantic bays, amusement and water parks in Benidorm, boat trips to nearby places, hikes in the hinterland. Javea and the surrounding area is characterized by its green landscape and a constant Mediterranean climate. In summer, many small beach bars, so-called 'chiringuitos' to relax, eat and celebrate. Of the, only 5 km away, Denia can be reached by boat take a trip to Ibiza or Mallorca.
