Description
The house has a living area of about 100 square meters and offers a cozy living room with fireplace, satellite TV with Astra and Hotbird reception (also Swiss programs), radio with CD player and an adjacent dining area with space for up to 4 people, and a cozy corner sofa, from which you can again enjoy the magnificent view of the garden and the pool.
Of the two bedrooms, one is equipped with a double bed 160 x 200, the other with two single beds. The bright bathroom has a shower and toilet. In the basement you will find a laundry room with washing machine ironing board and iron. The modern kitchen offers everything that is needed as well as a dishwasher.
For the contact to the outside world provides an internet access with WLAN.
From the roof terrace you have a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains
On your arrival, you will be welcomed by our local host, who will hand over your house and assist you with help and advice if necessary. On request we can also provide you with a cot or a high chair

Location and surroundings of object
Javea is located halfway between Valencia and Alicante with its international airports, both about 100 kilometers or about 1 ½ driving hours away. Alicante is reached from Switzerland by Swiss, Vueling and charter flights, to Valencia Swiss flies from Zurich twice a day. Further connections from Basel to Alicante with Easy Jet. Both airports offer numerous connections to the whole of Europe.
With its diverse landscape, both on the coast and inland, a wonderfully mild climate throughout the year and a nature-friendly infrastructure, this place offers the visitor a tempting holiday.
Jávea has a variety of facilities and opportunities: 6 beaches, a yacht and fishing port, 3 tennis courts, 2 golf courses, etc., shops, such as supermarkets that meet the highest standards, boutiques, a market hall, weekly market, banks, Restaurants for every palate, cultural institutions and exhibitions are abundant. The medical care is good.
A large part of the urban area is under nature protection. You will find small secluded rocky coves, but also the wide sandy beach Arenal with its palm promenade, many restaurants and shops.
In the old town, time seems to have stopped, while the modern harbor area is bustling with activity.
Jávea is simply "in", the city has history and future. Here lives between the old grown city center, the new present with their demands on their guests.
The hinterland of Javea is mountainous and offers numerous hiking opportunities, even quite demanding tours. Even the local mountain of Jàveas, the Montgò is a sporting challenge and only experienced mountain climbers recommended. You can also explore the surrounding area by bike or mountain bike. However, in the summer it is too hot for cycling tours and hikes, these are recommended especially for the winter months from October to April. Especially from February, numerous cyclists are on the winding roads in the hinterland of the coast and often at temperatures around 20 degrees.
Our house is located in the preferred residential area "Balcon al Mar" in Javea. The upper terrace, which can be reached via an external staircase, has a wonderful and breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains.
The house has a fenced plot of 1700 m2 with a spacious garden with palm trees and beautiful Mediterranean plants and citrus fruits. A pool brings the necessary cooling. Right by the pool there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and an outdoor shower. Garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols are available. The house has air conditioning units and insect screens on the windows.
You also want to do something different than spending the day at the pool? How about a day at the beach? No problem, at the end of the street, in 10 minutes on foot is the famous Ambolo beach. You can also visit the popular sandy beach in Javea directly. The Granadella bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in the region, is also nearby.
The house offers a good comfort for a relaxing holiday, so that certainly no homesickness arises!
