Comfortably and modernly furnished house with large pool, spacious garden and garage as well as further parking spaces on the closed property.
All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. The house has gas central heating in all rooms.
The new kitchen is modern equipped with a large gas stove, American fridge and microwave.
Unseen roof terrace above the garage with views over the garden and the adjacent nature reserve.
In the separate laundry room washing machine and dryer are available.
Both bathrooms are equipped with showers. One bathroom is designed as an en-suite for the master bedroom.

SUPER LOCATION: great location
Great, beautiful house and highly recommended with DOG.
Interior equipment is of high quality and above all, very clean!
Nice location on the mountain and with the dog you have plenty of exercise opportunities.
Centrally located to explore the surrounding area.
And with the motorway connection, you can quickly reach Alicante / Valencia & Co.

Sehr chillig, tolle Lage, sehr gepflegt - eir kommen wieder!
Wir haben einen segr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr privat, ruhig gelegen und top gepflegt.
Besonders gut zat uns gefallen, dass alles, was man braucht, zu Fuß erreichbar ist: Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt, Resraurants und die wundervollen Buchten an der nah gelegenen Küste.
Zum großen Sandstrand und ins Ortszentrum Jávea fährt man mit dem Auto.
In dem schön angelegten Garten kann man rine herrliche Zeit am Pool genießen.
Draußen an der Garagenwand kann man als Basketballer sogar seine Wurftechnik trainieren oder einfach so ein bisschen spielen. :-)

Quiet, clean, spacious, well maintained
Four of us stayed at Villa Bienestar over Easter and enjoyed our stay very much.
The location is very quiet near the coast and doesn't feel like a tourist area, but is surrounded by naturally built family homes. Every now and then you can hear the seagulls from the coast. Ambolo Bay is nearby and it is also not far to the Granadella.
Supermarket, bakery and restaurants are still within walking distance.
We had an excellent night out in Jávea at Arenal beach.
The house was clean and well maintained, the property is spacious and green. At the pool or on the roof terrace we could enjoy our holiday undisturbed and protected from view.
We will come again! :-)

Beautiful winter retreat
Super nice communication with the owner and the management.
Beautiful fenced property with many sunny spots to feel good. Well maintained pool, unfortunately too cold in winter. It is not far to great restaurants and a well-kept beach is also a few minutes away by car.
There is a risk of a repeat visit :)

Top Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend in der Nähe der Steilküste und der Buchten Granadella und Ambolo. Gut ausgestattet und gepflegt.

Wunderschönes gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung
Geschmackvoll und gepflegt eingerichtet. Großes eingezäuntes Grundstück, so dass die Kinder in Ruhe spielen konnten.
Der Pool ist groß und gut grlegen und wurde zweimal pro Woche gereinigt.
Wir haben zweieinhalb tolle Ferienwochen hier verbracht.
Nächstes Jahr gerne wieder!
