Our standardized claim for cancellation fees amounts to 20% up to 45 days before the trip, 50% from the 44th to the 35th day, 80% from the 34th day before the start of the trip, and 100% from the 14th day before arrival. It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance. For rebookings, we charge a flat fee of 20.00 euros.
