Description
The modernly furnished house with its green roof ensures a pleasant living climate in every season. The heat wave radiators additionally support the healthy indoor climate. The large windows facing the lake provide plenty of light in the house
The living room, with integrated kitchen, has a sofa bed (1.60 m wide), dining area as well as a satellite TV, games and books for entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, 4 plate cooker, oven and all cooking utensils. The bedroom has a half-timbered loft bed. There is a 1.60 m wide double bed downstairs and a 0.90 m wide single bed upstairs. Fly screens and blackout blinds ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
In front of the house is a large terrace facing south and the lake. The terrace is covered and equipped with seating furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. You can safely lock your bicycles in the cellar. The free parking space is directly in front of the house. Your dog is very welcome. For small children, we are happy to provide a high chair and travel cot free of charge. Bed linen and towels are also available for a fee.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located on a small southern hand towards Groß Labenzer See. The landscape around the house is characterised by pure nature. Anglers, water and nature lovers as well as cyclists will feel right at home here. But the region also offers countless recreational opportunities and excursion destinations. The Groß Labenzer See lake, a jetty and boat rental are only 100 m away. The beach/beach with snack bar, playground, table tennis table and volleyball court can be reached in 300 metres. In a few hundred metres you reach the fishing ponds with fish sale. You can also get fishing permits here. Supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, bank, bicycle rental, petrol station, bakery etc. can be found in Warin, approx. 3 km away.
From the house you can start hiking and cycling tours through the nature reserve Sternberger Seenland. A huge forest and lake area of the nature reserve starts only 100 m from the house. You can discover almost 100 lakes, rivers, museums, resting places and bathing spots, cafés, art galleries, cosy inns, water mills, nature park centre, potteries and much more
In the region you can go on canoe tours, herb walks, horse-drawn carriage rides, boat trips or boat tours. Families can visit the zoo in the Hanseatic city of Wismar or Schwerin, the Schwerin Climbing Forest and TV Tower, the Mumpitz Children's Land in Wismar or the Wonnemar adventure pool with sauna area in Wismar. The Pirate Open Air Theatre in Grevesmühlen and the Nature and Environment Park in Güstrow are also highly recommended. The Hanseatic city of Wismar and the beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea can be reached in about 30 km. The state capital Schwerin, with one of the most beautiful castles in Germany, is about 40 km away

Autumn holiday in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern
Very nicely located, very quiet, ideal for hiking, cycling, or trips to Schwerin, Wismar, the Baltic Sea, or smaller towns like Neukloster, Sternberg, Warin, etc.

Beautiful short vacation
Small beautiful vacation apartment. Limited space well utilized. Quiet location. Very clean. Good value for money.
Only downside: The bed was very hard and the mattress very soft.

Beautiful and clean cottage on a hill. Extensive walks in nature around Lake Labenz. One can enjoy peace and quiet. We only met nice neighbors.

Enjoy nature and tranquility
For us (a couple in our 60s with a Havanese dog), it was a fantastic two-week vacation with lots of peace, nature, and very nice neighbors.
Thanks to the description and pictures provided by the owner, we found the house without any problems. It's a small house, but it offers enough space and freedom to move around, even in bad weather. The house is very bright, thanks to many windows. Large bathroom. View from the bed into the greenery. The furnishings are well thought out. Everything was very clean. We just would have liked a slightly larger refrigerator. Fresh vegetables, sausage, meat, drinks... it was very cramped. Other than that, everything was great! Everything needed in the kitchen area was available. Sufficient cutlery, cups, plates, bowls, and everything else needed for cooking. Even large cups (mugs) were there. The terrace is well usable even in the rain thanks to the overhead cover.
No WiFi and the cell phone reception is moderate or non-existent, depending on the network. This didn't bother us. In Warin at the tourist information, the reception is quite good, and you can connect to the WiFi there. Very nice people at the tourist information.
It's only a few steps to the lake and you can enter the water there right next to the jetty - even with a dog. The beach is right next door. Like everything else there, it's very well maintained and clean. Dogs are not allowed there. The house also includes a rowboat that can be used.
If you like untouched nature and tranquility, this is the right place for you. However, a car is necessary here. There are no shopping facilities nearby (about 4 km away). Cycling here is only recommended with an e-bike, as it is very hilly. Or you are physically very fit.
