Enjoy nature and tranquility

For us (a couple in our 60s with a Havanese dog), it was a fantastic two-week vacation with lots of peace, nature, and very nice neighbors.
Thanks to the description and pictures provided by the owner, we found the house without any problems. It's a small house, but it offers enough space and freedom to move around, even in bad weather. The house is very bright, thanks to many windows. Large bathroom. View from the bed into the greenery. The furnishings are well thought out. Everything was very clean. We just would have liked a slightly larger refrigerator. Fresh vegetables, sausage, meat, drinks... it was very cramped. Other than that, everything was great! Everything needed in the kitchen area was available. Sufficient cutlery, cups, plates, bowls, and everything else needed for cooking. Even large cups (mugs) were there. The terrace is well usable even in the rain thanks to the overhead cover.
No WiFi and the cell phone reception is moderate or non-existent, depending on the network. This didn't bother us. In Warin at the tourist information, the reception is quite good, and you can connect to the WiFi there. Very nice people at the tourist information.
It's only a few steps to the lake and you can enter the water there right next to the jetty - even with a dog. The beach is right next door. Like everything else there, it's very well maintained and clean. Dogs are not allowed there. The house also includes a rowboat that can be used.
If you like untouched nature and tranquility, this is the right place for you. However, a car is necessary here. There are no shopping facilities nearby (about 4 km away). Cycling here is only recommended with an e-bike, as it is very hilly. Or you are physically very fit.

Peace and great nature

The accommodation was clean and adequately well-equipped as described and shown in pictures.
We could contact the landlady at any time and, for example, reorder towels.
If you are looking for peace and intact nature, this is the right place! Well-maintained playgrounds and the beach resort are in close proximity and invite you to play and swim.

Short trip to Mecklenburg-Vorpommern =)

We were 3 adults and a dog (dachshund). I would not recommend booking this accommodation with a large dog. The accommodation is very small.

We were lucky with the weather, so we could sit outside permanently and also eat, for example. Hence we could use the dining table in the house as a surface and for cooking (preparations, etc.). Otherwise, cooking would be somewhat difficult as the kitchen has no counter space.

The kitchen utensils are precisely for three people (e.g., 3 forks, 3 spoons, 3 knives). 3 cups).
In addition, some utensils would need to be replaced (e.g. plastic bowls, cooking spoons).
As a result, we didn't want to cook at all...

What was also annoying was that the information/mini-market was not open despite the displayed opening hours.

The bathing opportunity for the dog was the pier 100m away. On the grassy area in front, you couldn't sit down due to the droppings of some wild geese, so you had to share the pier with all the other vacationers with dogs. Access to the lake through the playground is not allowed for dogs. It was not what I had imagined.

Otherwise, we had a nice holiday with a lot of peace. The neighbors were all very nice and helpful. If we had a question, we could contact the owner of the accommodation and we quickly received a response.

House at Lake Labenzer See 5

We were very satisfied and enjoyed the beautiful terrace. Everything in the bungalow was to our satisfaction. Boat and bathing jetty are also available. It's only a stone's throw away from Wismar and Schwerin. Everything was great.

Perfect location.

Very pretty bungalow with a large terrace that invites you to linger. The location is ideal - just a few steps to the lake. Perfect for canoeing or stand-up paddling, which I have also done extensively. I will definitely come back.

Small but fine.

The bungalow is really very clean and practically furnished. Each room is equipped with infrared heaters. The entire property is fenced, but the bungalow itself is not, so if you arrive with a dog, you cannot just let it out the door, as there are other unfenced bungalows all around. Otherwise, the location is 100m away for bathing with dogs and 200m away for children and travelers without dogs (dogs are not allowed at the beach).

Arriving without a car is hardly recommendable, as it is really very remote without shopping facilities nearby.

We felt very comfortable.

The little house is very pretty and clean, completely modernly furnished, the beds were also new and very comfortable. Everything you need was available. We were here over New Year's and really enjoyed the peace, our dog also felt very comfortable. The surroundings and landscape are very beautiful and you can relax well. The landlady is very nice and took good care of us. It is also a good starting point for trips to the Baltic Sea and Schwerin. We will gladly return.

Even on winter days, it feels like being on vacation here.

Wonderful tranquility, a few birds singing, and a beautiful view of the lake and the forest. In addition, the small cottage is lovingly and practically furnished and very clean! I really enjoyed my days here. I will definitely come back.
