The flat Villa Una, Croatia is located only 200 metres from the beach and is fully furnished. It consists of the following flat
25 m2 is the size of the apartment.
French bed, kitchen, WC - bathroom, SAT - TV, microwave, coffee maker, Internet - Wi-Fi, and large covered terraces protected from rain and sun.
The flat has its own entrance. You can enjoy the sunrise and the sea from the large terrace.
The accommodation is regularly adapted. Led TV, air conditioning, washing machine and WLAN are a matter of course for us.
Parking spaces are also available in the shade if possible.

Villa Una flats are located in one of the tame bays of the Lower Velebit Riviera, in the small and quiet village of Karin in the heart of Dalmatia, surrounded by four national parks (Kornati, Krka, Paklenica and Plitvice Lakes) and numerous places worth visiting, such as the Zrmanja River Canyon, Telasica and Lake Vrana, which are ideal for one-day excursions.
Karin is situated in Dalmatia, "Riviere Zadar" in a quiet and clean bay - Karin sea. There is a mixture of the Mediterranean and continental climate, which makes the nights pleasant for sleeping. There are no industrial facilities in the neighbourhood, so the air is exceptionally clean, which has a beneficial effect on various forms of lung diseases such as asthma, chronic bronchitis, etc. Parts of the Karin submarine are covered with mud, which is used to alleviate complaints caused by rheumatic and other diseases.
All this provides relief for the body and soul.

For lovers of mountaineering , only a 30-minute drive separates you from the heart of the Velebit National Park , where you can enjoy the unspoilt nature by walking along the regulated trails at an altitude between 1000 and 1600 m above the sea with an overwhelming sea view .
