Our cosy House is one hundred years old. It was renovated and refurbished in 2002 from the ground up. This was sure that a harmonious overall impression is created. The establishment has been lovingly selected in country-style. Old furniture and fixtures give this House its special #xD;
The living room is comfortably furnished and is bordered by the open dining room. The beautiful old fireplace with window creates a homely atmosphere. In the kitchen you will find everything they need in order to prepare delicious #xD;
Upstairs you will find a more comfortable living room, is equipped with a TV and music system. Here are the two bedrooms, equipped with a double bed and the other with two single beds is.

Not quietly located
We really liked the house itself; the decor was very nice and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the house is located on a main road with very high traffic (cars, trucks, and large tractors with trailers were speeding by), which was quite fast and loud from morning until evening. Speed limit 50 was apparently not acceptable for everyone. It's a pity, we had wished for a quiet holiday...

Liebe Gäste,
es tut uns leid, dass Sie die erhoffte Ruhe nicht ganz gefunden haben. Leider waren Sie zur Haupterntezeit Gäste in unserem Haus. Dann gibt es tatsächlich ein erhöhtes Aufkommen von landwirtschaftlichen Geräten, die im Sommer auch länger unterwegs sind. Dies ist vorher nicht planbar und wir bedauern es sehr. Normalerweise ist es bedeutend ruhiger und nachts ist es sogar sehr still.
Noch kurz zum Service: die Betten sind bereits für unsere Besucher bezogen, wir legen ausreichend Handtücher bereit und sind stets telefonisch erreichbar. Dies ist alles im Mietpreis inbegriffen.

Great family vacation in Rysum
We were with our children in the little house and are completely thrilled. Super cozy and charming, everything you need is there, and around it is the wonderful round dike village, the sea, the mudflats, and some great excursion destinations.
We will definitely come back!

Beautiful house
Unfortunately, we were only there for a short time, but we felt very comfortable. For us, the location is great. Very quiet for relaxing, so just right. It's only 16 km to Emden, and we reached Greetsiel by bike in about 1 hour.
The holiday home itself has everything you need in daily life. Everything was clean, and the living room was very cozily furnished. Outside, there was an electric grill from Weber. There was also a lockable shed where we could charge and securely store the e-bikes. We had no reason to complain.
We are happy to come back!
