Beautiful vacation home
You lack nothing. The holiday home is very cozy, lovingly furnished, and very well equipped, even in the kitchen area. The beds are as comfortable as one rarely experiences in accommodations. We slept wonderfully. Unfortunately, we missed the chance to use the fireplace. That would have surely been nice.
By car, you can quickly reach the beach in Upleward, the lighthouse in Campen, in Greetsiel or Pewsum or Pilsum. The whole area is lovely, and you can go for many walks. There are some cultural highlights in the area such as the Rysum Church with the oldest organ in Northern Europe, various museums, etc. . .
Conclusion: We had a wonderful week in a wonderfully quaint little house in beautiful Rysum.

Not quietly located
We really liked the house itself; the decor was very nice and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the house is located on a main road with very high traffic (cars, trucks, and large tractors with trailers were speeding by), which was quite fast and loud from morning until evening. Speed limit 50 was apparently not acceptable for everyone. It's a pity, we had wished for a quiet holiday...

Liebe Gäste,
es tut uns leid, dass Sie die erhoffte Ruhe nicht ganz gefunden haben. Leider waren Sie zur Haupterntezeit Gäste in unserem Haus. Dann gibt es tatsächlich ein erhöhtes Aufkommen von landwirtschaftlichen Geräten, die im Sommer auch länger unterwegs sind. Dies ist vorher nicht planbar und wir bedauern es sehr. Normalerweise ist es bedeutend ruhiger und nachts ist es sogar sehr still.
Noch kurz zum Service: die Betten sind bereits für unsere Besucher bezogen, wir legen ausreichend Handtücher bereit und sind stets telefonisch erreichbar. Dies ist alles im Mietpreis inbegriffen.

Great family vacation in Rysum
We were with our children in the little house and are completely thrilled. Super cozy and charming, everything you need is there, and around it is the wonderful round dike village, the sea, the mudflats, and some great excursion destinations.
We will definitely come back!

Mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Strand in Upleward, am Leuchtturm im Campen, in Greetsiel oder Pewsum oder Pilsum. Die ganze Umgebung ist herrlich und man kann viel spazieren gehen.
Es gibt einige kulturelle Highlights in der Umgebung wie die Rysumer Kirche mit der ältesten Orgel Nordeuropas, diverse Museen, etc ...
Fazit: Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in einem wunderbar urigen Häuschen im schönen Rysum.
Super gemütlich und charmant, alles da, was man braucht und drumherum das tolle Rundwarftendorf, das Meer, das Watt und einige tolle Ausflugsziele.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
Das Ferienhaus selbst hat alles was man im täglichen Leben braucht.Alles war sauber und die Stube sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Draußen war ein Elektro Grill von Weber vorhanden Dazu ein abschließbarer Schuppen wo wir die E Bikes laden und sicher verstauen konnten.
Wir hatten keinen Anlass uns zu beschweren.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Leider steht das Haus an einer Durchgangsstraße mit sehr hohem Verkehrsaufkommen (schnell unterwegs waren PKW, LKW und große Trecker mit Anhängern), die von morgens bis abends auch sehr flott und laut unterwegs waren. Tempo 50 war wohl nicht für jeden akzeptabel. Schade, wir hatten uns einen ruhigen Urlaub gewünscht.......
