Spend wonderful holidays with us in a familiar, cosy atmosphere. Our house is situated in a sunny and central location in the National Park community of Uttendorf/Weißsee.
The entire 1st floor (approx. 95m²) is available to you as a holiday apartment. The apartment was completely renovated and newly equipped at the end of 2015. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.
Our spacious apartment with 4 bedrooms, large eat-in kitchen, two showers and two WC's - offers space for 6-10 people.
Facilities:
3 bedrooms with double beds, flat TV, washbasin with cold/hot water, hairdryer and balcony with wonderful mountain views. 2 extra beds possible.
1 bedroom with double bed, washbasin with cold/hot water and hairdryer.
The well-equipped kitchen-cum-living-room with large sitting area invites you to a cosy get-together.
A small bathroom with shower and WC as well as a separate shower and WC, completes the premises of our holiday apartment.
You are also welcome to spend your time in our large garden. Barbecue facilities are available. To end the day in a sociable round, you can also use our garden house.
Parking spaces are available for you in front of our house.
WIFI/WLAN is free of charge for our guests.
In the kitchen there is a Saeco coffee machine for you to prepare coffee or tea
Furthermore, you will find in the kitchen also egg boiler, toaster, kettle, blender, dishwasher and much more.
Washing machine and tumble dryer use is possible for a small extra charge.
Our house is a non-smoking house. Smokers can enjoy their cigarette outside or on the balcony.

In the immediate vicinity are hiking and biking trails, children's playground, cross-country ski trail, ice skating rink and ski bus stop. An inn, pizzeria, snack bar and shops are within walking distance.
The Uttendorf adventure swimming lake is only 5 minutes away. A great offer awaits you there: Water slide, diving tower, children's area, iceberg, trampoline, volleyball court, tennis court, football pitch, playground, boulder park, skater park, asphalt shooting range, pizzeria.
In winter, many surrounding ski areas can be reached in max. 30 minutes. Ideal for the Salzburg-Ski-Card.

Dear guests! I rent out two holiday apartments in my parents' house, which I took over in 2015. Together with my husband and our three children I live right next door. The rental gives us great pleasure. In 2015 we completely renovated and refurnished the apartment on the 1st floor. In winter 2016, our new holiday apartment in the attic was completed.
