The apartment 1103, renovated in 2016 and comfortably equipped for high demands, is part of a holiday village that is equally suitable for young and old. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
In addition to a spacious living area with a double bed, there is a separate bedroom with two additional beds. A modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher and oven, and a microwave make your vacation a pleasant one.
On the beautiful, large balcony facing south and west of the apartment you can enjoy a great view of the beautiful nature and the sun until the evening.

The apartment is located in the beautiful nature of the southern Bavarian forest. In the border triangle, there are only a few kilometers to the 3-river city of Passau, to the Czech Republic or to the largest ski area in Austria outside the Alps.
Hundreds of kilometers of marked hiking trails nearby. Skiing on excellent slopes and trails. Stone worlds, graphite mine, trips to the treetop path, bike tours along the Danube. Bavarian gastronomy and much more.
Immediately opposite the apartment is the indoor pool with sauna and in summer the small outdoor pool of the holiday village. The children's playground of the holiday village is not far away. Hauzenberg is a lively small town framed by numerous granite mountains in the southern Bavarian Forest. The location in the border triangle Germany - Austria - Czech Republic is decisive for the development of the place towards the state-recognized climatic health resort.
Culture and customs are cultivated here and are firmly established in the course of the year. Sights such as the Bavarian Forest Granite Center impress our numerous visitors who spend their vacation days in the "Granite City" every year. The nearby skiing and hiking areas, the Freudensee as a natural adventure pool, modern sports and leisure facilities, the spa and community park with floating stage and adventure playground offer a wide range of options for attractive leisure fun and relaxation.

Great vacation rental
The vacation home is beautiful and every little detail has been thought of. It is very lovingly furnished and we were very happy that our little dog was also welcome. The area is enchantingly beautiful for hiking. The sauna and the indoor pool were the highlights for us. Thank you for this magical time-out.

Feel-good apartment
We felt very comfortable in this beautiful and wonderfully equipped vacation rental. It was exactly to my taste in terms of furnishings. Everything we needed was there and very clean. We slept wonderfully in the beds. From the balcony of the apartment, we had a wonderful view. Our dog also arrived after a short period of getting used to it and could hardly wait to explore the beautiful area and forests on our hikes. The contact with the landlord, the local contact person was via telephone, and the staff of the holiday village were also happy to help us with any questions. Overall, a very successful, although much too short, vacation. We would love to come back.

Very good
It was a wonderful vacation. We experienced a lot and were very enthusiastic. The only thing I didn't like so much were the regulations regarding dogs, so we decided not to bring our dog. Otherwise, everything was really great and I would recommend it to everyone, and book it again. Thank you very much, Fam. Gärtner.

Dream flat
Spotlessly clean, beautiful flat, with attention to detail. Nothing is missing in the kitchen. We had a pool and sauna across the street and pure nature all around us.
Everything is well explained about the flat and there are great recommendations for tours, sightseeing or restaurants. The holiday village is worth a visit.
Especially in this flat, we will be back. We had a great rest.

Great holiday flat
