Description
The house is located behind the owner’s house. The garden is enclosed with lots of greenery and you have plenty of privacy. The location is quiet and beautiful, and there is always a sunny spot in the garden. The house is tastefully and cozily furnished.
On the ground floor you will find the sunny and bright living room with a comfortable sofa and television. Dining area with large wooden table and the open kitchen, fully equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher and combination oven. Next to the kitchen is a storage room with washing machine. There is also a bathroom with shower, washbasin, and toilet on the ground floor. A bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. Next to the bedroom there is a second toilet.
On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms with double beds and one with two single beds. The beds are made up upon arrival.
There is a covered bicycle shed.

Location and surroundings of object
House 'Chayenne' - just a short walk from the forest and dunes. Very close there is the 'Klimduin' and especially children have in this biggest sandbox of all of Holland, a lot of fun while climbing up and descending buzzing.
The beautiful bike paths in the area are really worth experiencing.
Due to the broad nature area between Schoorl and the coast, only pedestrian and bicycle paths lead to the beach. Thereby, the beaches are an oasis of calm with plenty of space for recreation in Schoorl.
In the surrounding towns Groet / Hargen / Camperduin (5 km), the beach is also accessible via beautiful cycling and walking paths through the woods and dunes.
But even with the car is the beach in Camperduin very easy to reach. There is plenty of parking and nice beach pavilions.
The pleasant center of Schoorl offers everything - Bakery, BioMetzger, large supermarket, all kinds of shops, boutiques, bike rental, excellent restaurants and cozy terraces.
Schoorl, together with the artists' village of Bergen, Groet and Camperduin beautiful café terraces, beautiful churches, art fairs, exhibitions and many other offers - all in a small scale. The nearby polder landscape is perfect for hiking and biking. The city of Alkmaar and the IJsselmeer are also nearby. From Alkmaar reach you travel by train in approximately 40 minutes in the center of Amsterdam.

Absolutely recommendable
The most beautiful holiday home we have ever had. Everything is there to feel at home. The Karges family is very nice. It is in a very beautiful environment. The best way to get to the beach is by bike, so you pass the dunes. Everything you need is in Schoorl. We will be back. It was a great holiday for our little daughter. We felt absolutely comfortable in the house. Thank you to the Karges family.
