250 sqm large finca for exclusive use in a beautiful location near Denia, only meters from the Las Marinas sandy beach.
The spacious finca is situated on a three thousand sqm private property with its own private pool measuring 5 x 10 meters. Sun loungers are available on the pool terrace.
The living-dining room has SAT-TV and an internet connection via WIFI. The kitchen is extensively equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combination, coffee machine, and toaster. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also included in the amenities. The finca has a total of three bedrooms; two are furnished with a double bed (1.50 meters wide), one with 2 single beds. All three bedrooms have air conditioning, the large bedroom on the upper floor is additionally equipped with a satellite TV. One of the bathrooms has a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The second bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin, and toilet. In another, smaller room, 2 additional beds for children can be provided upon request. For the cooler season, an oil central heating system is available. Parking spaces and a garage are located on the fenced private property.
