Beautiful stay with plenty of space and a perfect garden! ??

We spent a wonderful week in this holiday home together with my wife and our two dogs. The house is very clean, modern, and well-equipped – we lacked nothing. The highlight is the large, fenced garden where our dogs could run around and play freely – they were overjoyed! For us, it was a quiet and relaxing stay in a peaceful environment. The location is ideal for exploring Istria, and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back and warmly recommend this house! ? ? ?

Beautiful small accommodation with an extra beautiful garden.

Very clean and well-equipped house with a large garden that is completely fenced! We could let our dogs run 24/7 and they loved it. The landlord is very nice and also gave us restaurant recommendations that were great. The house is a bit smaller and I wouldn't travel with more than 4 people, even though it is possible with the sofa bed. However, you don't really need it, we were outside on the beautiful veranda almost all day and evening. The pool is just right and regularly cleaned by the landlord. For the vacation, I would definitely recommend a car.

Very beautiful bungalow with great facilities.

We stayed as a family of 4 in Villa Vrt. The accommodation is conveniently located and beaches and sights are quickly reachable by car (between 15-30 minutes). The property offers space for the whole family, is well-maintained, and has a great pool. The house is very well-maintained and clean! There is a covered parking space with a gate for the car. The owners are very nice and helpful. They live right next door and are always available. A clear recommendation from us for this property!!! We will definitely come back!

Feeling good from day one

We can highly recommend this house. We have never experienced such hospitality anywhere else. Upon arrival, there was already fresh bread, cold cuts, eggs, and various drinks. We have never had something like this before. In the meantime, there were fresh figs from the garden on the garden table. The pool and everything else was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. When we had questions about excursion destinations, there was an immediate answer. We felt very comfortable and our dog was also well received and felt comfortable in the huge garden. There were various games (including table tennis and badminton) and an air mattress. Everything was simply taken care of. The only flaw was the hard bed, but everyone is different in that regard. ;-) As a goodbye, we even received gifts/souvenirs. We were very happy and would come back anytime.

Holiday2021

We enjoyed our two weeks with family Z. very much, they live on the property next door, so in case of emergency they can be reached quickly but totally unobtrusive, almost invisible.
The house was very clean, the garden nice and big, the covered hammocks often used.
At the house/pool there are now permanently covered sun loungers with an external electricity connection, which we also liked very much. We sat outside every day to eat, it was very cosy. Unfortunately, we had to deduct one star from the equipment, but that was only due to the lack of a dishwasher (but that was our own fault, we did not pay attention to it at all when booking)
The next bigger town, Pazin, is easy to reach and has a Lidl supermarket at the entrance to the town
We would like to thank you for the hospitality and the gift when we left, we were very happy
Should our holiday go to Croatia again, we would consider the house, even without a dishwasher ;-)

Top!

We were very satisfied. The house, the building, the freedom to be at any peak in a maximum of 40 minutes is great.

The pool was cleaned often and was always clean.

The best landlords I have ever met. They were also hospitable and helpful.

Great holiday home with great hosts.

We were able to experience a wonderfully relaxing vacation in the holiday home. There were 4 people and 2 dogs. The house, property, and everything that goes with it were perfectly clean and in top condition. We have our own holiday homes in the Sauerland and know how much work it is. I have never experienced such hospitality as from the Zufic family. Thank you. My wife and I enjoyed the tranquility by the pool while our daughter and her friend visited the beaches in the area. The house is located in a beautifully quiet area, you have to drive a bit for shopping. The nearest restaurant is within walking distance. What more could you want. . . We will definitely come back again.

Ferienhaus VRT

We stayed in July with 2 children and a small dog in the beautiful holiday home in the middle of Istria. We were warmly welcomed and it was simply wonderful. There is absolutely nothing to complain about; the pool and the large garden with all its beautiful details invite to absolute relaxation and recovery. We can recommend the house with a clear conscience and will definitely come back. Greetings to the nice landlords.

Tolles Ferienhaus

It was a wonderful holiday. My daughter, I, and our dog could not have imagined a lovelier vacation. The house has everything you need, it is decorated with a lot of love and very clean. The pool is great. The sea can be reached in a short time in all directions. The house is quiet, you can relax and unwind there. Our landlords, the Zufic family, are very nice and accommodating. You couldn't wish for better landlords. Thank you for this lovely holiday, we would love to come back.

It doesn't get any better than this!

Hello dear travellers,

we returned from this accommodation yesterday. We are a family with 2 sons (13 & 17) and a dog.

All I can say is that it doesn't get much better than this. The cottage was by far the best we have ever had. The equipment is absolutely top - from the washing machine, which is as good as new, to the fly screens on all the windows, to the well-maintained and absolutely clean pool. The house is air-conditioned and very well maintained and clean (really clean - not just superficially). For a quick cleaning in between, there is a hoover and several utensils. Even an iron and ironing board are available. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Absolutely everything has been thought of here - the large ice compartment of the fridge (incl. prepared ice cubes), the useful contact grill and coffee machine etc. should be mentioned here.
WiFi is available and can sometimes fail during a thunderstorm - but the host is very keen to get everything back in order as quickly as possible.
The mobile phone reception is excellent - the whole family had 100% LTE network ( by the way in the whole of Istria ).
The location was ideal for us. You were about 30 km away from the bigger cities in all directions. We made some great trips such as Pula, Porec and Rovinj. There are also several restaurants in the immediate vicinity (one is only about 5 minutes walk away). You can shop in Pazin (about 5 km) at Lidl, Plodine or Konzum.
Now I have to write something about the hosts. The hosts are a lovely young family with 2 children, who make every effort to ensure that everything is to our complete satisfaction. We have never been welcomed so warmly and during our stay they were always good for a nice surprise. Family Zufic.... thank you very much for a great holiday.

Hallo liebe Reisenden, wie sind gestern aus dieser Unterkunft zurückgekehrt. Wir sind eine Familie mit 2 Söhnen ( 13 & 17 ) und einem Hund. Ich kann nur sagen, dass man es nicht viel besser treffen kann. Das Ferienhaus war mit Abstand das Beste, das wir je hatten. Die Austattung ist absolut top - von der neuwertigen Waschmaschine über die Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern bis zum gepflegten und absolut sauberen Pool. Das Haus ist klimatisiert und sehr gepflegt und sauber ( wirklich sauber - nicht nur oberflächlich ). Zum kurzen Putz zwischendurch stehen ein Staubsauger und etliche Utensilien bereit. Sogar ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sind vorhanden. Auch die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Hier wurde an absolut alles gedacht - zu erwähnen ist hier das große Eisfach des Kühlschranks ( inkl. vorbereiteter Eiswürfel ), der nützliche Kontaktgrill und Kaffeemaschine etc. WiFi ist vorhanden und kann bei einem Gewitter auch mal ausfallen - aber der Gastgeber ist sehr bemüht alles schnellstens wieder in Ordnung zu bringen. Der Handyempfang ist hervorragend - die ganze Familie hatte 100% LTE Netz ( übrigens in ganz Istrien ). Die Lage war für uns ideal. In alle Richtungen war man ca. 30 km von den größeren Städten entfernt. Wir haben einige tolle Ausflüge gemacht wie z.B. Pula, Porec und Rovinj. Gleich in der näheren Umgebung sind auch etliche Restaurants ( eines ist nur ca. 5 Min zu Fuß ). Einkaufen kann man in Pazin ( ca. 5 km ) bei Lidl, Plodine oder Konzum. Nun muss ich auch noch etwas über die Gastgeber schreiben. Die Gastgeber sind eine liebe junge Familie mit 2 Kindern, die sich extrem Mühe geben, das alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit ist. Wir sind noch nie so herzlich empfangen worden und auch während des Aufenthalts waren sie immer wieder für eine liebe Überraschung gut. Familie Zufic.... vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub.
