Description
Villa Dolores, just outside the town of Pazin, is a spacious hotel ideal for large groups and families with 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. This beautiful restored old stone house is completely private and peaceful. The large pool and large covered outdoor terrace are surrounded by meadows and woods. The villa lot is large and there are no neighbors overlooking the property. You will find that the house has a lot of character and will bring home wonderful memories.
The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The large kitchen with all cutlery and appliances.
Comfortable sofas, a large TV with DVD and satellite channels are located in the large living room. The entire interior is air conditioned.
Outside there is a fireplace with barbecue (grill), the outdoor terrace with dining table and many sofas. Around the pool there are sun loungers.
There is also a pool table, table tennis, badminton equipment, a large map of Istria with.

Location and surroundings of object
Pazin is a 1000 year old town and the center of Istria County. It is located on a large cave, a natural phenomenon. Above the cave is a medieval fortress, which houses a museum. Everywhere there are small medieval towns with very good value for money and excellent food and drink. The coast is 30 min away. Grocery, restaurant, supermarket, bank etc are 5 min from the villa.
Possible activities in the area: zip line; bungee jumping; waterfall jumping, jazz bar with good live music.

There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor, each with its own bathroom suitable for wheelchairs. The pool, living room, kitchen and outdoor dining area are all conveniently accessible by wheelchair.

Rundum geniales Ferienhaus!!!
Absolute Weiterempfehlung!
Wir waren im Sommer 2021 mit einer Gruppe von 22 jungen Erwachsenen Mitte 20 für eine Woche in der Villa Dolores. Und sind rundum begeistert von diesem tollen Ferienhaus!
Das erste was nach der Anreise auffällt: Das Haus ist groß, wirklich groß! Nicht nur gut fotografiert, sondern echt weitläufig. Sowohl der Pool als auch die großzügige Terasse reichen leicht um auch größere Gruppen aufzunehmen. Und auch die Ausstattung (Geschirr etc.) reicht selbst bei Vollauslastung mit 22 Personen bequem aus. Echt gut.
Und das zweite was auffällt: Alles ist super sauber und gut gepflegt! Das hatte ich wirklich noch bei keinem Ferienhaus bisher erlebt. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl.
Der Vermieter ist SEHR hilfsbereit, begrüßt einen herzlich und schaut auch die Woche über immer mal wieder, ob er noch mit etwas helfen kann. Gar nicht aufdringlich, sehr zuvorkommend. Sehr angenehm.
Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, von den Nachbarn bekommt man fast nichts mit. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Touren zu Zielen in ganz Istrien. Und der großzügige Pool und die Volleyball-Wiese laden zu entspannten Tagen vor Ort ein.
Vielleicht die einzige Möglichkeit sich noch zu verbessern: das (kostenlose!) W-LAN war während unsrer Anwesenheit nicht sehr zuverlässig (unregelmäßiger Neustart des Rooters erforderlich). Aber das schafft es definitiv nicht, die Begeisterung zu drüben.
Zusammenfassend:
Die Villa Dolores ist das mit Abstand schönste Ferienhaus, das ich bisher erlebt habe.
Unsere Gruppe hat einen rundum schönen Urlaub dort verbringen können, von dem wir noch lange erzählen werden.
Die Vermieter-Familie Paulisic war sehr sehr gastfreundschaftlich und hilfsbereit.
Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung!
