Description
The detached, typical Ligurian country house is situated in a panoramic position at 400 meters far from the nature park Cinque Terre, overlooking the Gulf of La Spezia and Lerici.
It offers 100 m² of space for 8 people (1 baby bed can be placed) in 4 sleepingroom and 2 bathrooms.
Pets welcome on request.

The Rustico, formerly an old Saracen tower of the 17th century, over 3 floors, which houses the bedrooms extends. The adjoining living area with fireplace, large table and chairs and the well equipped kitchen has grown to 1800's.
All rooms are set up with great attention to detail and care.
On the ground floor is accessed by the entrance into the living / dining room with large fireplace and integrated kitchen, here you have access to the terrace to enjoy the fantastic view.
There is also on this level is a double bedroom, a bathroom with bath and a laundry room with washing machine.
On 1st floor there are two rooms with bunk beds (they guard) and a bathroom with toilet and sink.
The basement has a bedroom with 2 single beds, can be converted into a double room.
In each bedroom there are mosquito screens and a cot (for children up to 3 years) have been unsuccessful.

A special highlight this quiet holiday is the colorful blooming garden, which is laid out in terraces. From here, guests can enjoy their meals outdoors, relax in a hammock under a shady pine tree or simply enjoy the beautiful views of the nearby coast.
The property uphill a 700 m long private, paved road, which is suitable quite narrow and not recommended for sports cars.
There is private parking on the premises.

Holiday for the soul
We enjoyed our family holiday here very much. The beautiful and historic house is very idyllically situated in the hills above the town of La Spezia. The quiet surroundings in the middle of the greenery make the heart of all nature lovers beat faster. From the terrace you have a fantastic view over the bay Golfo dei Poeti. The location is ideal for those who are looking for an active nature, bathing or cultural holiday
Due to the hillside location, there are some stairs to master before you reach the house from the street. Elderly people or visitors with physical disabilities may need assistance here.
The furnishings in the house are lovingly designed.
The landlords are very warm and hospitable. They also gave us many good tips for things to do in the region. We all felt very comfortable here.

The country house is a charming cottage in a beautiful, well-kept garden

However, the hillside location also means that you are dependent on the car for any ventures
