Exclusive, 2021 renovated holiday flat only 100m from the white Baltic Sea beach. The 75 sqm domicile is located on the first floor and impresses with its spacious room layout and comfort. On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with box-spring double bed, the bathroom with modern shower, the combined living-dining area and the kitchen. In the large attic there is a second double bed, as well as a 1.40m sofa bed. A furnished balcony is adjacent to the living-dining area. Equipment: The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, ceramic cooker with oven and dishwasher. A baby travel cot, changing table and stool await the little guests. A washing machine with combined tumble dryer is at the guests' disposal, as well as beach windbreaks and toys (shovels, moulds, etc). A reading corner and many board games ensure that no boredom arises. In the flat you will find Wi-Fi, 2 smart TVs, satellite TV and a stereo system. Of course, a parking space is available free of charge directly in front of the house. The building also has a bicycle shed.

In the middle of life and yet so quiet! Germany's most beautiful beach is 100m away, the pier less than a 4-minute walk. The same goes for the pedestrian zone, which invites you to take a stroll. The Bodden harbour is a 15-minute walk away, and bakers and grocery stores are only 5 minutes away. On what is probably the most beautiful peninsula in the Baltic Sea - Fischland-Darß-Zingst, in the middle of the "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft" National Park - you will find endless white beaches, deep forests, idyllic meadows and lots and lots of water. Zingst - holidays by the sea! Rapid development: seafaring village, then Baltic seaside resort and today Baltic seaside health resort with modern charm. Individual, small-scale, close to nature - that is Zingst. The town scores with numerous facilities for children and adults, photography to participate in and experience all year round, the environmental photo festival, diverse cultural events, the cranes, the 18 km long beach, the pier and its location embedded between the Bodden and the Baltic Sea on the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula. The tenant can cancel the trip at any time before it starts. The cancellation should, for your interest and for proof, always be made in writing. Our standardized claim for compensation (cancellation fees) amounts to: - Cancellation up to 90 days before the rental starts: 25% of the rental price - Cancellation up to 60 days before the rental starts: 50% of the rental price - Cancellation up to 30 days before the rental starts: 80% of the rental price - Cancellation less than 30 days before the rental starts: 100% of the rental price - The cancellation fee is €40.00

Dear Guest, as a family that likes to travel, we know what it takes to feel completely at home. We have furnished our Lummennest with these aspects in mind. You will find everything you need to spend a relaxing holiday. With a loving eye for detail, we are constantly striving to provide our guests with all the amenities they need. We love to cook, so in the kitchen you will of course find plenty of plates, glasses for all occasions, large bowls, a blender and decent pans as well as plastic dishes and a high chair for the little guests. Games, beach windbreaks, a beach chair and big shovels (also for the parents!) are part of the equipment.
