Relaxing vacation

Beautiful holiday home in a quiet location
Ideal as a vacation destination with a dog due to the fenced property. The house is equipped with everything needed. Small welcome gifts as a gesture from the landlord. The house manager is always reachable by phone and very accommodating.

Schöner Urlaub

Super nice pool and garden. It is completely fenced, which our dog liked. By car, you can reach the sea or the city in 10 minutes. Landlord and real estate agent take care well if there are any problems. Taking over and handing back the house is completely uncomplicated, and the landlady speaks German.

Urlaub mit Hund

Very nice landlords, always open to everything! The house is lovingly furnished, nothing is missing. All rooms are very clean. Even our dog was welcome. It is highly recommended, we will definitely come back. Greetings from the Palatinate, family Schlosser.

The villa is great! Nothing was missing, very well equipped house, clean pool, plenty of space. Very close to the beaches in Medulin (10 min by car), Hidrobaza, Fažana, Banjol.

Great house, super beautiful pool!

It was a super beautiful, relaxing vacation! A perfect house for a family, with up to five or six people. The bedrooms are small but adequately equipped with everything important. The beds are comfortable. The house, pool, towels, bed linens, etc. were clean and freshly cleaned. The bathroom was nice and large, and the washing machine was great. We have never driven home with so little dirty laundry. The kitchen has everything you need. Dishwasher tabs were also provided. Everything top. The house is unfortunately a bit noisy, but you get used to it. The pool is directly next to the covered terrace, where there is always shade if desired. If there are small children, you always have to watch that they don't jump into the pool alone. But the arrangement worked well with our five-year-old son. We would love to come back to this house. All agreements with the real estate agent worked very well. She is very nice, friendly, and very helpful! Always a pleasure!

Beautiful holiday with dogs

My wife and I arrived with our 2 small dogs.
Due to traffic jams etc. we arrived not at 3pm as planned but at 7pm. After a call on site, Mrs. Saric, who looks after the property, was there immediately, welcomed us warmly and also gave us tips so that the first days could begin without having to search for long. Mrs Saric is also available at all times if there are any problems or questions.

House:
The house is small, but has 3 bedrooms for 6 people, a bathroom with tub and washing machine and a living room with kitchen and dining area. A nice covered terrace with a pool in front of it. In the kitchen everything is available. Coffee machine, microwave, gas stove/oven, refrigerator with freezer. Cutlery, pots and dishes are enough. Air conditioning is only in the living room. The property is completely fenced in so that you are protected from view and dogs do not get lost. The house itself is located in a suburb of Pula in a dead-end street. There are other holiday homes as neighbours, but also permanently inhabited houses. The pool was a dream. Clean and well maintained

Location: The location was ideal for us. About 5 minutes by car to Pula, where you can really get everything. Lidl, Kaufland, City Mall with DM, Müller, Deichmann, Spar etc etc. The city centre is also not far away. There were plenty of parking spaces in September. With our dogs we mostly went near the beach. Especially the area around Verudela beach is beautiful. You can walk around here for hours. It is especially fun with dogs, as there were really a lot of holidaymakers with their dogs.

Conclusion: For us, a wonderful, relaxing holiday in a beautiful accommodation. At this point we would like to thank Mrs. Saric again for the nice service
We will come again next year.

Perfect for holidays with family and dog

Sanja speaks perfect German and is very friendly and helpful. She also gives you great tips on where to go and where to swim with dogs.
The house offers enough space and is very clean and cosy. In the kitchen you will find everything you need, we only took our small Nespresso machine from home. But there is also a filter coffee machine!
The garden is fenced throughout. The pool is also very clean, the lighting in the evening is particularly beautiful!
The terrace is really big! Everything as described.
Thank you Sanja, we will surely come back and recommend you with pleasure!

We will gladly come back!

The house and the property look exactly like in the pictures. It is modern and cozy furnished, and everything is available for daily use. Dogs are welcome!
In the village, there is a supermarket for essentials; a trip to Pula is recommended for a larger shopping trip (Kaufland, Lidl, Spar, hardware store, etc., all in one place).
Very nice and cozy is the Caffe Bar RediCool, which is open almost daily from morning until 11-12 pm. The contact with the travel agency was always excellent, and any issues or questions were answered and resolved immediately. Sanja also likes to give tips on good local Konobas :-) (Thanks again Sanja, Stari Cook was great!!!)

In conclusion: we actually didn't want to go home, it was sooo beautiful here.

Schöner Urlaub mit Hunden 2018-09-09

Meine Frau und ich waren mit unseren 2 kleinen Hunden angereist. Aufgrund von Stau usw sind wir nicht wie geplant um 15 Uhr sondern erst um 19 Uhr angekommen. Nach einem Anruf vor Ort, war Frau Saric , die das Anwesen betreut, sofort da , hat uns herzlich empfangen und gibt auch Tipps , sodass die ersten Tage ohne lange zu suchen beginnen können. Ebenso ist Frau Saric jederzeit erreichbar wenn es Probleme oder Fragen geben sollte. Haus: Das Haus ist klein, aber hat 3 Schlafräume für 6 Personen, ein Bad mit Wanne und Waschmaschine und einen Wohnraum mit Küche und Essplatz. Eine schöne überdachte Terrasse mit direkt davorliegenden Pool. In der Küche ist soweit alles vorhanden. Kaffee Maschine, Mikrowelle, Gasherd/Ofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Besteck , Töpfe und Geschirr reicht. Klimaanlage ist nur im Wohnzimmer. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingefriedet, sodass man vor Blicken geschützt ist und Hunde nicht "abhanden" kommen. Das Haus selbst steht in einem Vorort von Pula in einer Sackgasse. Als Nachbarn sind weitere Ferienhäuser , aber auch fest bewohnte Häuser vorhanden. Der Pool war ein Traum. Sauber und gepflegt. Lage: Für uns war die Lage ideal. Circa 5 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Pula, wo man wirklich alles bekommt. Lidl, Kaufland, City Mall mit DM, Müller, Deichmann, Spar usw usw. Auch die Innenstadt ist nicht weit entfernt. Parkplätze waren im September ausreichend vorhanden. Mit unseren Hunden sind wir meistens in Strandnähe gefahren. Besonders die Gegend am Verudela Strand ist wunderschön. Hier kann man Stundenlang herum spazieren. Besonders mit Hunden macht es Spaß, da wirklich sehr viele Urlauber mit Ihren Hunden da waren. Fazit: Für uns ein wunderschöner, erholsamer Urlaub in einer schönen Unterkunft. An dieser Stelle nochmals Danke Frau Saric für die nette Betreuung. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.
