Our comfortable holiday flat is located on the ground floor and offers approx. 120 m² of space for 2-9 people.
The flat has 3 bedrooms with tiled floors "allergy friendly" (box spring bed + sofa bed, 1x2 beds, 1x1 bed), spacious dining and living area with additional sofa bed.
If required, 2 baby beds, 2 highchairs and a changing table are available.

1x bathroom with WC and shower
The flat is a non-smoking flat, for smokers ashtrays are available on the terrace or by the front door porch.

5 stars for a great family vacation
The holiday apartment "Waldwichtel" is located in the beautiful district of Braunlage and is the perfect accommodation for couples or families. The apartment features a brand new kitchen with everything your heart desires (refrigerator, stove, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, etc.). Next door, there is a large living space with a cozy dining area and a TV corner with a flat screen (there are even plenty of DVDs/children's movies, books, and boxes of children's toys available in case the weather is not good). Furthermore, there are 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom with toilet, shower/bathtub, and a changing table, 1 guest toilet, and a large cozy terrace.
The landlords are very friendly and helpful, no wishes remain unfulfilled. All rooms are very clean and well maintained. We felt very comfortable.
We give 5 stars! ! !
We will come back and are already looking forward to the next vacation in this holiday apartment!

Great holiday apartment for families, also perfect for toddlers!
Very nice landlord family who cares a lot about the well-being of their guests, the holiday apartment exceeded our expectations, nothing was missing; very quiet location.
Super, super equipment, everything was very clean.
Even the children felt very comfortable.
We will definitely come back!
