Our comfortable holiday flat is located on the ground floor and offers approx. 120 m² of space for 2-9 people.
The flat has 3 bedrooms with tiled floors "allergy friendly" (box spring bed + sofa bed, 1x2 beds, 1x1 bed), spacious dining and living area with additional sofa bed.
If required, 2 baby beds, 2 highchairs and a changing table are available.

1x bathroom with WC and shower
The flat is a non-smoking flat, for smokers ashtrays are available on the terrace or by the front door porch.
The new comfortable fitted kitchen is fully equipped !

5 Sterne für einen super Familienurlaub
Die Ferienwohnung Waldwichtel befindet sich im schönen Ortsteil Braunlage und ist die perfekte Unterkunft für Paare oder Familien. In der Ferienwohnung befindet sich eine nagelneue Küche mit allem was das Herz begehrt (Kühlschrank, Herd, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine usw.)
Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein großer Wohnraum mit gemütlicher Essecke und einer Fernsehecke mit Flachbildschirm (es liegen sogar genügend DVD´s/Kinderfilme, Bücher und Kisten mit Kinderspielzeug bereit, falls das Wetter einmal nicht mitspielen sollte). Desweiteren gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer, ein großes Badezimmer mit WC, Dusche/Badewanne und einem Wickeltisch, 1 Gäste-WC und eine großen gemütliche Terasse.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Alle Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Von uns gibt es 5 Sterne!!!
Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt auf den nächsten Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung!

Super Ferienwohnung für Familien, auch Top für Kleinkinder!
Sehr nette Vermieterfamilie, der das Wohl ihrer Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt, die Ferienwohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen, es fehlte nichts; sehr ruhige Lage.
Super, Super Ausstattung, alles war sehr sauber.
Auch die Kinder fühlten sich sehr wohl.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
