Super family vacation right on the beach

We stumbled upon the beach villa Felix by chance and spent a wonderful vacation there as a group of four. The well-equipped house is perfectly located in a quiet area just a few meters from the beach and some great restaurants. At night, you can hear the sound of the sea with the window open, and in the morning, you can enjoy a coffee while watching the sunrise from the small balcony. Due to its proximity to the beach, one can easily switch between the beach, pool, and house during the day, which is especially practical with children. The house offers everything one needs for a relaxed and successful holiday and is furnished with great attention to detail. Everything has been considered to make everyday holiday life practical. There are mosquito nets and iron grilles on all windows, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a clothes drying rack, etc. The small kiosk right next door was also very convenient for us - we bought fresh bread or ice cream there daily. We were lucky both weeks and had friendly neighbors - so everyone had their own space in the garden and by the pool. The landlords and the local manager are pleasant, and communication went smoothly; the deposit was refunded promptly, etc.

We can recommend the house and would be happy to return there.

Vacation at the beach

Yes, what can one say? We could hardly wait to be here again this year in Villa Max after 2018. Just for the location, one doesn't really need to say more; the beach is right at the door. 1000 points! We've known the people there for so many years, and it was a joyful reunion. Familien Urlaub am Strand

The accommodation impresses with its great location on the beach, where there are restaurants and a small supermarket. The pool at the house was regularly cleaned and was a great change for the children. We recommend the accommodation 100% to families with children!

Fantastic vacation

We stumbled upon this dream house by chance. Everything is perfect!!!! The location of the villa, the amenities, the landlords... all excellent. It was one of our most beautiful vacations. Thank you to the landlord for allowing us to spend our vacation in your villa.

Unbeatable proximity to the beach -really SUUUPER!!!

We already know Miami from other holidays, ebnso the beach section, and this time we had searched specifically and found Villa Felix. We rented Villa Felix with two families (6 people) and it was a great holiday! The interior of the villa was as described on the internet and shown on the pictures, but in reality it seems a bit smaller (thanks to the wide-angle lens) and the driveway, at least on our side, we could not use. Be it that we had somewhat "larger" cars or also the parked cars on the opposite side had made manoeuvring almost impossible. So we always parked outside on the street,...not too bad until you had to leave the car park because of shopping or something else.... In the early morning hours there was a good smell of fresh baguettes from the small supermarket (where you could get almost everything you needed), but you could also hear the small trucks that did all the deliveries for the supermarket and the restaurants. Our children loved the pool, just as we used the barbecue a few times, most of the time we sat outside anyway. The proximity to the beach is IMPOSSIBLE, we took our beach umbrellas for free. You could eat delicious food in the area, but we can also recommend a short drive to Miami (unfortunately the main road is a huge construction site this summer). As we had a hot summer this year, air conditioning in the bedrooms would have been worth its weight in gold, but unfortunately we only had fans. In the age of the internet, a somewhat stronger wi-fi would almost be expected, unfortunately we had weak (from the neighbouring villa) to no network at all in our villa. The manager, Gabi, was very nice and helpful and always available, as was the landlord. From us a 100% recommendation for this house, we will be happy to come back in the next few years!

Holiday directly by the sea

We rented both houses and found everything as described in the advertisement. Our children and grandchildren were very enthusiastic and enjoyed the short distance to the sea and the restaurants and we old people enjoyed the clean, beautiful pool. The caretaker was very nice and fulfilled all our wishes. If we were younger, we would stay there and in this house more often. But maybe the children will do it? We can only recommend this beach villa!

Dream villa by the sea

My life partner Meggi and I have been in this area 5 times already. We often looked at villas in La Riviera and always stopped at "Felix and Max" and dreamed of renting one of them. Unfortunately, we didn't have a contact address until we found them on the internet this year. Now the matter was clear, and we booked Villa "Max" for the first two weeks of October. It's the "ultimate" in every way: by the sea, private pool, restaurants, small supermarket, quiet area, what more could you want? We will gladly return here in the coming years.

Summer vacation 2016

We have now been to the Beach Villa Max for the second time. We didn't miss anything. The people are very friendly everywhere. The location is fantastic. You are just a few meters from the sea, so the pool is almost unnecessary. The beach is not as crowded as elsewhere, so you can still enjoy some peace and quiet. There are also restaurants and small bars. Everything is there for a peaceful beach holiday. But you should definitely have a car, otherwise it will be difficult to go shopping. When arriving with two cars like we did, parking can be a bit difficult. While two cars fit in the driveway, it becomes very tight as the pool is right next to it. One car always needs to be parked outside, but that's where the problem lies. If you drive away with the car, the parking spot is immediately gone. This means walking a bit and frequently changing parking spots. However, as I mentioned, we got used to it and it doesn't bother us. Still, I give my 100% recommendation for this house. We are already planning our next vacation in the villa.

Holiday in the Beach Villa Felix

My husband and I had rented Villa Felix for two weeks. When we arrived, we were already completely thrilled by the entire property from the outside. Everything was exactly as indicated on the internet. The beach was right outside the door. After a few meters, you already had sand between your toes. The pool was clean and was regularly cleaned, maintained, and checked. There is a shower on the property to rinse off after visiting the beach and then jump right into the pool. The complete interior of the house was exactly as described on the internet and seen in the pictures. The only thing we used daily in the villa was the kitchen. Since the weather was always nice 99% of the time, we were constantly sitting outside, at the beach, or by the pool. The house is well-equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. We really didn't miss anything. What is absolutely great is that the house came with an outdoor grill/fireplace. We grilled very often or simply lit firewood in the evenings to wind down and enjoyed the tranquility. The house is located so perfectly that we didn't notice any street noise or crowds of people going to the beach. Directly in the house opposite, there is a small supermarket that had the most necessary things on-site, so you didn't have to constantly drive into town if you forgot something. The beach is simply a dream, just as you know it from Spain. Kilometers of sandy beach that is cleaned daily and so wide that you don't have direct neighbors when you find a quiet spot on the beach. Simply delightful and perfect for relaxation. The beach bar FRIENDS was perfect for a daily snack or lunch in between. The people there are very nice and friendly, the food was just delicious and great so that we were there almost daily.
If we had any questions or problems regarding the house, the German caretaker was immediately on hand and solved everything right away.
By car, you were also in Miami Platja in a few minutes for shopping or more dining options. There is absolutely nothing to complain about!!!
We are so happy that we found this house by chance on the internet and can say 100% that we would rent it again immediately.
After 2 days, we had fallen so in love with the house, the location, and the beach that we spontaneously extended our two-week vacation by a week. Since there were no new tenants yet, this worked seamlessly. We are very excited and super rested and will definitely come back! ! !
