Description
15 meters from Villa Felix is the wide and long sandy beach, where you can already set up your lounger, or at the villa’s own large freshwater pool. You can rent one or two villas for the large family or with friends. Each villa can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms each. Together, the villas offer space for a maximum of 12 people. They are newly built in the Spanish style, quietly located in a cul-de-sac without car traffic and in a special location with sea view, standing as the second-to-last villas by the sea. The above-average furnishings and pleasant atmosphere will delight you and contribute to your relaxation. This includes solid wood or... modern furniture in the living-dining area, two kitchens fully equipped with all necessary appliances, wide and comfortable beds with good mattresses (1.80x2.00), and beautiful bathrooms with double sinks. Living-dining room and all bedrooms are air-conditioned. In the outdoor area, you can practically jump directly into the pool from the respective terrace or comfortably enjoy the sun in the plentiful loungers. Location and surroundings of object
Mostly private villas characterize the quiet place Miami-Playa, which is equipped with all necessary amenities. Long, gently sloping sandy beaches alternate with intimate sandstone coves and developed waterfront promenades of the region.
In the area of Villa Felix there are no high-rise buildings. You can easily dine in the neighborhood, at the beach bar "Friends", run by a very friendly Dutchman, or at the year-round restaurant 'la Riviera', with Fran, serving typical Spanish food. In the summer months, you can do your shopping—whether it’s fresh rolls in the morning or meat for grilling—at the small market right next door, without having to drive. Anyway, any parking problems during your daily visit to the beach are eliminated, because you can conveniently park your vehicle at the villa. The tiresome hauling of beach gear, often from far away, is unnecessary for you, because your residence is 15 meters from the sandy beach. If you have forgotten something for the beach, or just want to go to the refrigerator, it is not far to the villa.
The pleasant climate and the hilly landscape invite you to go on excursions. It is worth taking inexpensive trips with the regional train, which runs in the hinterland. You can visit Barcelona without worrying about parking, take a city tour there by bus, or visit the Port Aventura park, or Tortosa in the Ebro valley. The old town of Reus, about 20 km away, is absolutely worth seeing. Excursions and visits to Tarragona and Cambrils are also worthwhile, as well as to the mountains that begin 14 km inland from the coast, with the Siurana and Montsant area always being worth a visit, especially for wine connoisseurs.
Golf: The 'Bonmont' golf course, with tennis courts, is about 3 km away, and another 18-hole course, 'Mont Roig', is about 7 km from the villa.

Super family vacation right on the beach
We stumbled upon the beach villa Felix by chance and spent a wonderful vacation there as a group of four. The well-equipped house is perfectly located in a quiet area just a few meters from the beach and some great restaurants. At night, you can hear the sound of the sea with the window open, and in the morning, you can enjoy a coffee while watching the sunrise from the small balcony. Due to its proximity to the beach, one can easily switch between the beach, pool, and house during the day, which is especially practical with children. The house offers everything one needs for a relaxed and successful holiday and is furnished with great attention to detail. Everything has been considered to make everyday holiday life practical. There are mosquito nets and iron grilles on all windows, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a clothes drying rack, etc. The small kiosk right next door was also very convenient for us - we bought fresh bread or ice cream there daily. We were lucky both weeks and had friendly neighbors - so everyone had their own space in the garden and by the pool. The landlords and the local manager are pleasant, and communication went smoothly; the deposit was refunded promptly, etc.
We can recommend the house and would be happy to return there.

Vacation at the beach
Yes, what can one say? We could hardly wait to be here again this year in Villa Max after 2018. Just for the location, one doesn't really need to say more; the beach is right at the door. 1000 points! We've known the people there for so many years, and it was a joyful reunion. So we hope we can come for many more years. Best regards, the Waschniewski family.

Familien Urlaub am Strand
The accommodation impresses with its great location on the beach, where there are restaurants and a small supermarket. The pool at the house was regularly cleaned and was a great change for the children. We recommend the accommodation 100% to families with children!

Fantastic vacation
We stumbled upon this dream house by chance. Everything is perfect!!!! The location of the villa, the amenities, the landlords... all excellent. It was one of our most beautiful vacations. Thank you to the landlord for allowing us to spend our vacation in your villa.

Unbeatable proximity to the beach -really SUUUPER!!!
We already know Miami from other holidays, ebnso the beach section, and this time we had searched specifically and found Villa Felix. We rented Villa Felix with two families (6 people) and it was a great holiday! The interior of the villa was as described on the internet and shown on the pictures, but in reality it seems a bit smaller (thanks to the wide-angle lens) and the driveway, at least on our side, we could not use. Be it that we had somewhat "larger" cars or also the parked cars on the opposite side had made manoeuvring almost impossible. So we always parked outside on the street,...not too bad until you had to leave the car park because of shopping or something else.... In the early morning hours there was a good smell of fresh baguettes from the small supermarket (where you could get almost everything you needed), but you could also hear the small trucks that did all the deliveries for the supermarket and the restaurants. Our children loved the pool, just as we used the barbecue a few times, most of the time we sat outside anyway. The proximity to the beach is IMPOSSIBLE, we took our beach umbrellas for free. You could eat delicious food in the area, but we can also recommend a short drive to Miami (unfortunately the main road is a huge construction site this summer). As we had a hot summer this year, air conditioning in the bedrooms would have been worth its weight in gold, but unfortunately we only had fans. In the age of the internet, a somewhat stronger wi-fi would almost be expected, unfortunately we had weak (from the neighbouring villa) to no network at all in our villa. The manager, Gabi, was very nice and helpful and always available, as was the landlord. From us a 100% recommendation for this house, we will be happy to come back in the next few years!
