15 meters from Villa Felix is the wide and long sandy beach, where you can already set up your lounger, or at the villa’s own large freshwater pool. You can rent one or two villas for the large family or with friends. Each villa can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms each. Together, the villas offer space for a maximum of 12 people. They are newly built in the Spanish style, quietly located in a cul-de-sac without car traffic and in a special location with sea view, standing as the second-to-last villas by the sea. The above-average furnishings and pleasant atmosphere will delight you and contribute to your relaxation. This includes solid wood or... modern furniture in the living-dining area, two kitchens fully equipped with all necessary appliances, wide and comfortable beds with good mattresses (1.80x2.00), and beautiful bathrooms with double sinks. Living-dining room and all bedrooms are air-conditioned. In the outdoor area, you can practically jump directly into the pool from the respective terrace or comfortably enjoy the sun in the plentiful loungers. Mostly private villas characterize the quiet place Miami-Playa, which is equipped with all necessary amenities. Long, gently sloping sandy beaches alternate with intimate sandstone coves and developed waterfront promenades of the region.
In the area of Villa Felix there are no high-rise buildings. You can easily dine in the neighborhood, at the beach bar "Friends", run by a very friendly Dutchman, or at the year-round restaurant 'la Riviera', with Fran, serving typical Spanish food. In the summer months, you can do your shopping—whether it’s fresh rolls in the morning or meat for grilling—at the small market right next door, without having to drive. Anyway, any parking problems during your daily visit to the beach are eliminated, because you can conveniently park your vehicle at the villa. The tiresome hauling of beach gear, often from far away, is unnecessary for you, because your residence is 15 meters from the sandy beach. If you have forgotten something for the beach, or just want to go to the refrigerator, it is not far to the villa.
The pleasant climate and the hilly landscape invite you to go on excursions. It is worth taking inexpensive trips with the regional train, which runs in the hinterland. You can visit Barcelona without worrying about parking, take a city tour there by bus, or visit the Port Aventura park, or Tortosa in the Ebro valley. The old town of Reus, about 20 km away, is absolutely worth seeing. Excursions and visits to Tarragona and Cambrils are also worthwhile, as well as to the mountains that begin 14 km inland from the coast, with the Siurana and Montsant area always being worth a visit, especially for wine connoisseurs.
Golf: The 'Bonmont' golf course, with tennis courts, is about 3 km away, and another 18-hole course, 'Mont Roig', is about 7 km from the villa.

Everything you need
We lacked nothing, the location with 2-3 meters to the beach is perfect. Unfortunately, one has no influence on the weather, but it also rains in Spain sometimes. The amenities are sufficiently available, we felt comfortable both in the pool and at the very nearby beach. Forget Empuriabrava, we checked it out, here is much better suited.

Super vacation!!!
We had 3 dreamlike weeks as a family. The house has everything you need and more. Sufficient dishes and cutlery, also large pots and pans. Everything was clean and well-maintained upon arrival, and the beds were made (you can book bed linen and towels for a small fee). The location is unique, in the 2nd row to the sea. The pool is clean and well-maintained, the pool boys come 2x/week and take care of it briefly and unobtrusively. The contact with both the landlords and the caretaker on site was very friendly, quick, and uncomplicated! We thank you for a dreamlike vacation and can highly recommend the house!

We spent two wonderful weeks with our family of four in this vacation rental and can only highly recommend it!
The location is simply unbeatable – the beach practically starts right at the driveway! For us with the kids, it was an absolute dream; you only had to cross a few meters on foot. Right next door, there are restaurants and a small beach shop, so you don't have to walk far for anything you need. We were particularly excited about the pool – clean, well-maintained, and simply wonderfully refreshing after a day at the beach in the Spanish sun. This way, each of us could use what we wanted without the whole family having to choose between the pool or the sea.
The accommodation itself was very well equipped and spotless upon our arrival. You could really tell that quality and comfort were prioritized here. The entrance by car was challenging but usable without problems with a large car (Mercedes E-Class station wagon). This allowed us to carry the groceries from the trunk directly into the kitchen through the side entrance. A big compliment also goes to the landlords and the caretaker on site – both were always helpful, friendly, and quickly reachable if we had questions. This gave us a very safe and pleasant feeling throughout our entire stay. We will definitely come back – thank you very much for the wonderful two weeks!

Es war bei Ankunft alles sauber und gepflegt und die Betten gemacht (man kann Bettwäsche und Handtücher für kleines Geld buchen).
Die Lage ist einmalig, in 2. Reihe zum Meer. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt, 2x/Woche kommen die Poolboys und kümmern sich kurz und unauffällig.
Der Kontakt sowohl zu den Vermietern als auch dem Hausmeister vor Ort war sehr freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert!
Wir danken für einen traumschönes Urlaub und kônnn das Haus bestens weiterempfehlen!
Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – der Strand beginnt praktisch direkt vor der Einfahrt! Für uns mit den Kindern war das ein absoluter Traum, man musste quasi nur paar Meter Fußweg überqueren. Direkt nebenan gibt es Restaurants und einen kleinen Strandladen, sodass man für alles Nötige nicht weit laufen muss. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Pool – sauber, gepflegt und einfach herrlich erfrischend nach einem Tag am Strand in der spanischen Sonne. So hatte jeder von uns was es gerade nutzen wollte, ohne dass die gesamte Familie sich für Pool oder Meer entscheiden musste.
Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr gut ausgestattet und blitzsauber bei unserer Ankunft. Man hat wirklich gemerkt, dass hier auf Qualität und Komfort geachtet wird. Die Einfahrt mit dem Auto war herausfordernd aber ohne Probleme mit großem Auto (Mercedes E-Klasse Kombi) nutzbar. So konnte man die Einkäufe aus dem Kofferraum über den Seiteneingang direkt in die Küche tragen.
Ein großes Lob geht auch an die Vermieter und den Hausmeister vor Ort – beide waren jederzeit hilfsbereit, freundlich und schnell erreichbar, falls wir Fragen hatten. Das hat uns ein sehr sicheres und angenehmes Gefühl während des gesamten Aufenthalts gegeben.
Wir kommen definitiv wieder – vielen Dank für die schönen zwei Wochen!
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, die jederzeit erreichbar waren und uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben haben.
Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!
Super Lage, da die Häuser direkt am Meer liegen.

Das gut ausgestattete Haus liegt perfekt in ruhiger Lage wenige Meter vom Strand und einigen tollen Restaurants entfernt. Nachts kann man bei offenem Fenster das Meeresrauschen hören, morgens gemütlich mit einem Kaffee den Sonnenaufgang vom kleinen Balkon aus sehen. Durch die Nähe zum Strand kann man tagsüber bequem zwischen Strand, Pool und Haus wechseln, was insbesondere mit Kindern sehr praktisch ist.
Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten und gelungenen Urlaub braucht und ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es wurde an alles gedacht, auch um den Urlaubsalltag praktisch zu gestalten. So gibt es Moskitonetze und Eisengitter an allen Fenstern, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, eine Wäschespinne usw.
Der kleine Kiosk direkt nebenan war für uns ebenfalls sehr praktisch - wir haben dort täglich frisches Brot oder Eis geholt.
Wir hatten in beiden Wochen Glück und hatten sympathische Nachbarn - so dass jeder im Garten und am Pool seinen Freiraum hatte.
Die Vermieter und die Verwalterin vor Ort sind sympathisch und der Kontakt hat reibungslos funktioniert, Kaution wurde umgehend erstattet usw.
Wir können das Haus empfehlen und werden gerne dorthin zurückkommen.
Das Pool beim Haus wurde regelmäßig gesäubert und ist eine super Abwechslung für die Kinder gewesen.
Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft zu 100% an Familien mit Kindern!

Als wir ankamen waren wir schon von außen total begeistert über das komplette Anwesen. Es hatte alles genauso gestimmt wie es im Internet angegeben war. Der Strand war direkt vor der Tür...nach paar Metern hatte man schon den Sand zwischen den Füßen.
Der Pool war sauber und wurde regelmäßig geputzt, gereinigt und kontrolliert. Es befindet sich direkt auf dem Grundstück eine Dusche um sich nach dem Strandbesuch kurz abzuduschen und dann direkt in den Pool zu springen.
Die komplette Innenausstattung des Hauses war auch genauso wie im Internet beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Das einzigste was wir täglich in der Villa benutzt hatten, war die Küche. Da das Wetter zu 99% immer schön war, saßen wir sowieso ständig draußen, waren am Strand oder am Pool. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Was absolut super ist, dass bei dem Haus ein Außengrill/-kamin dabei war. Wir haben sehr oft gegrillt oder abends zum Ausklingen des Abends einfach Brennholz angezündet und die Ruhe genossen. Das Haus liegt so perfekt, dass man vom Straßenlärm oder Menschenmassen die zum Strand gehen nichts mitbekommen hat. Direkt im gegenüberliegenden Haus befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt der die nötigsten Sachen vor Ort hatte, so daß man nicht ständig in den Ort fahren musste, wenn man mal was vergessen hatte.
Der Strand ist einfach nur ein Traum, so wie man es aus Spanien kennt. Kilometerweiter Sandstrand der täglich gesäubert wird und der so breit ist, daß man keine direkten Nachbarn hat, wenn man sich ein ruhiges Plätzchen am Strand sucht. Einfach herrlich und zum Entspannen einfach perfekt. Die Strandbar FRIENDS war perfekt für den täglichen Snack oder Mittagessen für zwischendurch. Die Leute dort sind sehr nett und freundlich, das Essen war einfach nur lecker und super so dass wir fast täglich dort waren.
Hatten wir irgendwelche Fragen oder Probleme, was das Haus angeht war die deutsche Hausmeisterin sofort zur Stelle und hat alles gleich gelöst.
Mit dem Auto war man auch nach paar Minuten Fahrtzeit in Miami Platja für Einkäufe oder weitere Essensmöglichkeiten.
Es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden!!!
Wir sind so froh, dass wir durch Zufall dieses Haus im Internet gefunden haben und können zu 100% sagen, dass wir es sofort wieder mieten würden.
Wir hatten uns nach 2 Tagen so sehr in das Haus, in die Lage und den Strand verliebt, so dass wir spontan unseren zweiwöchigen Urlaub um eine Woche verlängert hatten. Da es noch keine Nachmieter gab hat das auch problemlos funktioniert.
Wir sind sehr begeistert und super erholt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!
