The comfortable holiday flat, newly renovated in 2016 and furnished in alpine style, is located in the very well-maintained holiday apartment complex Residenz am Kurpark with a beautiful panoramic view over Braunlage. The apartment complex has a lift that takes you comfortably to the with your luggage. The flat faces south-west, which provides optimal sun exposure and makes the flat bright and friendly. Tasteful furnishings and loving design of the flat ensure cosiness and a relaxing holiday. Light natural tones, noble high-quality materials and a cosy chalet flair ensure a complete sense of well-being in this flat. You will immediately feel at home and spend carefree holidays!
After an active day of hiking or in the snow, you can relax on the comfortable sofa and read a good book or enjoy the TV programme on the large 40" flat screen TV. For musical entertainment, a Bluetooth stereo system is at your disposal
The holiday flat has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and oven as well as a dishwasher. Furthermore, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and pots belong to the inventory. With a view over Braunlage, you can start the evening romantically in the cosy dining area with candlelight, a glass of wine and a delicious meal
The chalet-style sleeping area has a cosy box-spring bed (160x200) in comfort height and offers you the highest sleeping comfort. As soon as you wake up, you can look out over Braunlage from your cosy box spring bed
A wardrobe with plenty of storage space is available for your holiday wardrobe.
The high-quality bathroom with ceiling spots, rain shower, towel radiator and hairdryer as well as various storage areas is adapted to the most modern style requirements.
In the hallway there is a wardrobe with a large mirror.
Free Wi-Fi access is available to our guests.
Outdoor area
You can also spend pleasant hours in the fresh air on the large balcony with a fantastic unrestricted view over Braunlage. You can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine in the high-quality outdoor furniture on the balcony. These are available for you all year round. In summer, an awning provides sun protection.
A single garage belongs to the holiday flat, which can be used exclusively by you, so that your car can be parked safely and free of snow in the winter months. Our guests with mountain bikes can also park their bikes here. Also for motorcyclists, our holiday flat offers optimal conditions for storage and a super starting position for winding day tours.

In the winter months, we provide our guests with a sledge for a toboggan ride.
In the basement of the house, a small fitness area and a table tennis table are available to all guests for free use. Furthermore, there is a sauna with shower, WC and relaxation area, which can be reserved in advance for each holiday flat and is then available to the guests of each holiday flat alone

The apartment complex Residenz am Kurpark is one of the best apartment complexes in Braunlage and is situated in a quiet and central location above the Kurpark. From here, the many restaurants, cafés, bars and shops in Braunlage can be reached quickly on foot. The local toboggan hill, the mini golf course and the ice stadium as well as the Wurmberg cable car are also within easy walking distance (10 minutes). Various hiking trails and mountain bike routes start right outside the front door. The swimming pool is only a few minutes away. The central location of the holiday apartment complex makes your holiday an optimal starting point for your adventures. Braunlage is a climatic spa and winter sports resort surrounded by the Harz National Park at an altitude of 550 m above sea level in the village and up to 971 m above sea level on the Wurmberg. A modern cable car takes passengers up in less than 15 minutes. North Germany's largest ski jump is located here. From the Wurmberg you have an excellent view over the entire Harz region. Braunlage is located in the Harz Mountains south of the Brocken in the district of Goslar
Braunlage offers attractive health, fitness and wellness facilities all year round. Spa park, cultural highlights and sporting action provide attractive variety in the summer and winter months.

Es gibt alles was man braucht und man hat einen tollen Ausblick über Braunlage.
