Its just 5 minutes by foot to the beach and 15 minutes to the town centre of Cuxhaven Duhnen. Cuxhaven offers the world an unique mud flat landscape which counts as an UNESCO world heritage.
You can start mud flat hikes from the apartment directly and the flats are very far reaching and solid.
Fine white sand can be found along the whole beach area of Duhnen district and the longest sandy beach can be found at the lower saxony mainland.
A tourist program is available in the Duhnen district all year long. The waterfront in the town of Cuxhaven is the starting point for ship and seaborne trips ( Helgoland and Neuwerk islands and sand banks for seals).

Occupation of parking spaces by strangers not acceptable - no solution provided -
same situation for other guests in the house - lockable parking barriers should be installed - according to the landlord, a negative response! No desire to look for a parking space during my vacation when it is booked!

Very nice holiday flat
We spent two beautiful weeks here. The flat is TOP !!! equipped. Everything you need in terms of crockery and glasses is available in sufficient quantities.
The kitchen with its additional appliances is very well equipped.
The mattresses are excellent.
We will gladly rent this flat again.

The holiday apartment is beautifully and modernly furnished, however, the description is misleading. There is only 1 enclosed bedroom and a combined living-dining room with a sofa bed.
