Representing 100 holiday flats in the Residenz Hohe Lith, we present to you

The beachfront holiday flats (70 -85m²) with balcony are located in the "Hohe Lith" residence.

Each apartment is equipped for up to 6 people: 1 bedroom with double bed (180 x 190) and 1 bedroom with double bed or separate beds, 1 x flat screen TV.

A large bright living and sleeping room with comfortable double sofa bed ( for the 5th and 6th person).

Separate dining area, SAT-TV (flat screen) and mini HiFi system with DVD player.

In addition to a dining area, there is also a modern kitchen. This is equipped with:
Pad coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, coffee machine, electric cooker with grill oven and hoover.

The beautiful shower room also has a toilet, hairdryer and vanity mirror.

Furnished balcony. Parking space for car in the underground garage.

Location and surroundings of object

Residenz Hohe Lith is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach (50 m) directly behind the dyke.

The 4 houses accommodate holiday flats (2 to 8 persons). Lift, bicycle storage, coin-operated washing machine/dryer.

Unfortunately currently closed due to Corona hygiene requirements: Use of wellness area with swimming pool, sauna and steam sauna for a fee.

Coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the cellar. You will also find a car parking space in the underground garage.

A deposit of up to € 100.00 can be collected on site by the local service, which will be returned to you on departure.
