The holiday home is comfortably furnished and has satellite TV, radio with MC and CD, WLAN, children's travel cot, children's high chair.
Garden furniture, sandpit, handcart, bicycles and washing machine can be used free of charge.

Neßmersiel - the smallest seaside resort on the East Frisian North Sea coast with a recognized stimulating climate and a large range of leisure activities for families and those seeking relaxation. Besides tranquility and rest, Neßmersiel offers a sandy beach with a playground and rentable beach chairs. The well-maintained bathing beach is located near the harbor. Admission is free with the mandatory guest card. A spacious children's playground and sanitary facilities are available, and beach chairs can be rented. Dogs are not allowed on the swimming beach; they must make do with the dog beach. Directly at the swimming beach, there is a restaurant. Design your active vacation with guided mudflat hiking tours to the island of Baltrum, boat trips to the East Frisian Islands and the seal banks, or on the extensive, well-signposted hiking and biking trails to rewarding excursion destinations in the vicinity.
Playgrounds and a soccer field accommodate the needs of our younger guests. The "Anderswelt" Adventure World, opening in the summer of 2025, offers over 3000 square meters of creative, sporting, and relaxing activities for the whole family. A fully equipped technical stage enables theater and show performances. An adventure cinema with 35 seats is integrated. The rumble seats let viewers experience the films up close. Those who prefer to surf the net can use the computers in the internet café. Young people are likely to be enthusiastic about the driving simulator or the "Cyber Room" with Nintendo Wii and Singstar.
Next door is the paddle and pedal station. Explore the canals and surroundings with canoes and/or bicycles - great recreational fun! Afterwards, treat yourself in the Winter Lounge with tea or in the Wellness Oasis with a relaxing massage or wonderfully scented sauna infusions. Lean back and take in the beautiful view - the observation platform about 1.5 km away at the harbor entices you to do just that, with a magnificent panoramic view of the North Sea and the East Frisian Islands Norderney, Baltrum, and Langeoog. By the way, this is where most of the mudflat hiking tours along the coast start.
