The holiday home is comfortably furnished and has satellite TV, radio with MC and CD, WLAN, children's travel cot, children's high chair.
Garden furniture, sandpit, handcart, bicycles and washing machine can be used free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object
Neßmersiel - the smallest seaside resort on the East Frisian North Sea coast with a recognised stimulating climate and a wide range of leisure activities for families and those seeking relaxation.
In addition to peace and quiet, Neßmersiel offers a sandy beach with a playground and rentable beach chairs. The well-kept bathing beach is close to the harbour. Admission is free with the obligatory guest card. A spacious children's playground and sanitary facilities are available, and beach chairs can be rented. Dogs are not allowed on the bathing beach, they have to make do with the dog beach. There is a restaurant directly on the beach. Make the most of your active holiday with guided mudflat walks to the island of Baltrum, boat trips to the East Frisian Islands and the seal banks, or on the extensive, well-signposted hiking and cycling trails to worthwhile excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity.
Playgrounds and a football pitch cater for the needs of younger guests. The "STURMFREI" adventure world, opened in 2007, offers creative, sporting and relaxing activities for the whole family on more than 3000 m². Among other things, "Sturmfrei" offers an indoor golf course as well as a sports field for volleyball, streetball and badminton tournaments, climbing castles, trampolines, a climbing wall, a mini bowling alley and a toddler area. A technically fully equipped stage enables theatre and show performances. An adventure cinema with 35 seats is integrated. The vibrating seats allow the audience to experience the films particularly close up. Those who prefer to surf the net can use the computers in the internet café. Young people are likely to be particularly enthusiastic about the driving simulator or the "Cyber Room" with Nintendo Wii and Singstar.
Next door is the paddle and pedal station. Explore the canals and surroundings with canoes and/or bicycles - great leisure fun! Afterwards, let yourself be pampered in the winter lounge over tea or in the wellness oasis with a relaxing massage or wonderfully fragrant sauna infusions. Sit back and take in the beautiful view - the viewing platform at the harbour, approx. 1.5 km away, with its magnificent panoramic view of the North Sea and the East Frisian islands of Norderney, Baltrum and Langeoog, will entice you to do so. By the way, most of the mudflat walks along the coast start from here.

Haus mit Wiederholungswert.
Sehr schönes Haus. Alles auf einer Ebene, genau was wir gesucht hatten. Das Haus war mit allen Gebrauchsgegenständen versorgt, die man zum urlauben braucht. Nein, man hätte auch auf Dauer dort einziehen können.
