Our holiday home is located at the edge of the village - forest of Sautens a small
quiet village at the beginning of the Ötztal. ........ GATE TO THE ÖTZ VALLEY
...opens undreamt-of perspectives: High mountains, wild water - a single leisure paradise at the foot of the 3008 m high Acherkogel. As an ideal starting point for excursions, the entire Ötztal - dimension unfolds here. The also family-friendly place itself brings the wishes of young and old under one hat. Due to its quiet location at 810 metres above sea level, stress sufferers are guaranteed to find relaxation. At the same time, there are no limits to the activities in the fantastic nature.
Those who love sports will find a unique adventure programme around Sautens.
Under expert guidance, the most beautiful paths and trails of the Ötztal can be explored by mountain bike or on foot. You can also visit the outdoor highlight AREA 47 as well as the Piburger See - the warmest bathing lake in Tyrol - where you can also rent rowing boats.

Cancellation terms:
We require a deposit (20%) within 14 days of booking confirmation. This finalizes the booking. The remaining balance (80%) is paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. For last-minute bookings, the total amount (100%) is paid at once. We offer free cancellation up to 14 days after booking confirmation. Since things can always happen, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. If you do not take out cancellation insurance, you accept the risk of cancellation and agree to pay cancellation fees if you cancel your booking. Up to 6 weeks before arrival, you will pay the deposit as a cancellation fee. After 6 weeks before arrival, you will pay 90% of the agreed rental amount as a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are waived if you find a replacement tenant for the cancelled contract.
