The Moritz holiday home is ideal
if you want to spend a relaxing holiday on the sunny island of Usedom with family or friends. Up to 6 people can spend their holidays in the house.
The holiday home of approx. 75 m2 extends over 2 floors, a spacious living/dining area incl 2 sleeping possibilities (2x sofa bed with bed function each 1.30x2.00 m ) with a 2021 renewed kitchen incl dishwasher Ceran cooker as well as a bathroom with new shower on the ground floor of the house, as well as 2 bedrooms upstairs of the house.
To the semi-detached house belongs a terrace for breakfast or to let the evenings end comfortably as well as an own car park on the property
If you are travelling with small children, you can use a baby cot free of charge.
The price already includes the bed linen for the indicated persons as well as the final cleaning.

The remise, which was completely renovated and rebuilt in 2002, is located on the outskirts of Benz. The property offers a 500 m" shared natural playground for chilling and romping, ideal for families with children (football goal/table tennis table)
A small goldfish pond and sun loungers complete the picture
The small village of Benz is located 5 km behind the Ostseekaiserbad Bansin, in a quiet location but still not far from the hustle and bustle
You can explore the island's nature and sights via the well-developed network of cycle paths
Only 2 km away from Benz is the Achterwasser in Neppermin with a beach, playground and the possibility to stop for a bite to eat
Directly behind the property are fields and forests that invite you to hike and walk. The Schmollensee lake is only 300 m away. Anglers and boaters can enjoy themselves there.
In the direction of the village centre, it is a 2-minute walk to a beautiful children's playground or 4 km to the golf course.

Damage
When we arrived, it already smelled very musty/moldy. The accommodation is very noisy, worse than in a prefabricated building. There was no greeting; the lady who lives on the property didn't even look at or greet us. We were only given a sideways glance by another family member. We can only say negative things about cleanliness and hygiene. In the kitchen, everything felt sticky (cabinets, dishes, coffee machine...). The coffee machine was dirty. How old the oil, vinegar, and coffee were could not be estimated. The salt shaker was rusted so that we couldn't even open it to change the old dirty salt.
One day we cooked pasta with pots that we first had to clean, then waited 1 hour for the water to boil on the highest setting. We understand that one does not provide the most expensive pots in a vacation apartment, but these pots are an imposition. Bad: way too little shelf space and storage options (we were 4 and the apartment is designed for 6 people) there was a small shower shelf hanging which was also rusty. The sink cabinet also has plenty of signs of wear.
The living room is nicely furnished, but we couldn't properly ventilate because the decor on the windowsill was glued down.
There is a washing machine but no drying rack. One could hang out the laundry, but not everyone needs to know what kind of underwear you wear. The seat cushions for the outdoor chairs are completely inappropriate and stained. We couldn't use the table soccer because one of the rods was rusty and bent. The beds are a complete imposition; with every movement, anyone in the living room thinks the furniture is going crazy. The single beds are only equipped with simple slatted frames and thin mattresses. For children it may be fine, but for adults it is not relaxing. We left a night earlier.

es tut uns sehr Leid das es ihnen bei uns nicht gefallen hat und sie so viel an dem Ferienhaus zu beanstanden hatten . Wir hätten uns allerdings gefreut wenn sie sich damit direkt an uns gewand hätten , dann hätten wir einige Problem bestimmt schnell beseitigen können .
Denn das Problem mit der Sauberkeit hätten wir zum Beispiel sofort beheben können indem die Putzfirma nachgearbeitet hätte , da wir auch nicht immer vor Ort sind können wir das nicht immer überprüfen .
Das es feucht gerochen hat kann sich aber auch daraus erklären das die Putzfirma gerade raus war und alle Räume feucht durchgewischt hat , damit sie wie es ihr Wunsch war
2 Stunden vor Anreisezeit einziehen konnten .
Auch das es keine persönliche Schlüsselübergabe gibt habe ich ihnen geschrieben .
Wie groß das Bad ist und welche Abstellmöglichkeiten dort existieren ist auf dem Foto des Bades eindeutig zu erkennen.
Auch ein Wäscheständer zu bekommen wäre durch eine einfache Frage ( Email oder Telefon ) kein Problem gewesen .
Die Betten sind Holzbetten mit einem Rollrost das ist richtig , diese waren beim Kauf genau dafür vorgesehen , auf ihren Hinweiß hin bestellen wir jetzt dafür noch 5 cm Topper um das schlafen bequemer zu gestalten .
Desweiteren geht nun die Saison auch zu Ende, das ein oder andere kann über den Sommer abgenutzt sein wird aber nach der Saison ausgetauscht , wie Sitzkissen für draußen mal ein Topf oder eine Pfanne oder wie sie sagen ein Badezimmerschrank , diese Dinge werden zur nächsten Saison natürlich erneuert .
Wobei man natürlich auch bedenken sollte das man bei einem Übernachtungspreis von
14 Euro pro Nacht pro Person kein Luxusappartment bucht sondern ein einfach aber funktionales Ferienhaus .
Trotz allem werden wir uns ihre Beanstandungen zu Herzen nehmen und an uns arbeiten .

Again with pleasure
The house is very well furnished, maybe with slightly old-fashioned furniture, but it was clean and tidy. In less than 15 minutes we were in Bansin and Heringsdorf. The landlord was always friendly and responded quickly. We will definitely come back.

Nice quiet accommodation
The holiday home is beautifully quiet, Bansin and Heringsdorf are not far away. The house is comfortably furnished. However, it was very hot in the bedrooms in the first few days, you could hardly sleep. A terrace is available, but a sun umbrella or similar is missing. It was hardly possible to sit outside in the afternoon on the warm days. Unfortunately, grilling was also not possible because the grill was overgrown by the hedge from the fence. That was a pity.

Hello we rent here our well-kept holiday home on the Baltic Sea about 4 km behind Bansin , this was built in 2001 and since this year now also rented because we ourselves can not use it so often , we ourselves have 2 children and for 4 people the house is optimal .
