The individual and comfortable furnishings with cosy, high-quality furniture in elegant country house style
invites you to a relaxing holiday. The tile-covered fireplace with a stove bench round off the typically
the typical East Frisian ambience
The house has a luxurious country kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave and oven.
The living area is equipped with comfortable upholstered furniture and a TV system.
From there you can access the terrace with windbreak and garden furniture for 7 people.
The large garden borders directly on a field.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and toilet.
On the upper floor there are 2 large bedrooms furnished in country house style, each with a double bed.
One bedroom also has an additional single bed. A cot is also available.

The holiday home is located in the East Frisian coastal resort of Neßmersiel, directly on the dyke. Neßmersiel is a quiet, tranquil place directly on the North Sea.
The ferry to Baltrum departs from here. Neßmersiel has its own 25000 square metre beach with a large playground
The indoor swimming pool "Sturmfrei" offers children extensive entertainment in all weathers.
The wellness oasis with several saunas and massage offers invites you to relax.
Well-signposted cycle paths, along the dyke or through the countryside invite you to exciting and interesting tours. Experience the unique sunsets on the beach with a view of the Norderney lighthouse.

Great house in a great location

The house is located directly behind the old dyke. On one side, there is another holiday home, and on the other side, there is an occupied residential house. Behind the house are several fields. The location is therefore completely quiet. Nevertheless, you are not "in the middle of nowhere." By car or bicycle, you can quickly reach Neßmersiel or Dornumersiel at the beach or harbor. And just as quickly, you can get to Dornum, where there is a discount store and two supermarkets. The house is barrier-free as long as one can overcome a staircase alone or with assistance. It is very generously sized, well-equipped, and lovingly furnished. We felt really comfortable and were able to completely unwind during our few days here.

We will definitely come here again!
