Description
The lovingly refurbished holiday home is located directly on the dyke and has everything you need for a relaxing North Sea holiday. There is a conservatory on the south side where you can enjoy the peace and quiet for a long time in the evening. The large adjacent garden of approx. 1000sqm borders on a field. On the ground floor there is a large living-dining kitchen with adjoining living room. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a shower/bathroom on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. In one bedroom there is an additional bed (120x200). A 2nd shower/bathroom is on the 1st floor.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located directly on the dyke - from the 1st floor you have a view over the dyke. A field borders the large garden on the south side. It is approx. 2.7 km to the 25,000 sqm sandy beach and the harbour of Nessmersiel. Nessmersiel is a paradise of peace and relaxation, where nature lovers get their money's worth - just right to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, to enjoy family friendliness or to take a healthy North Sea cure. There is no mass tourism here. Everything is quiet and tranquil. In addition to excellent gastronomy and cultivated tradition, a sandy beach of 25,000 square metres awaits you. There is a wellness oasis in the village, as well as the largest indoor swimming pool "Sturmfrei" on the North Sea coast.

Quiet vacation
The house is beautiful and clean, nothing is missing. The kitchen also has everything one needs. The key handover went smoothly. The only thing that could be improved would be blackout blinds on the bedroom windows. Overall, a recommendable house.

Unfortunately not clean.
Beautiful location and nice furnishings. However, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Upon arrival, we had to clean for an hour as a couple so we could feel comfortable. In the bathroom, for example, we could still see the edges of our predecessors' shower gel bottles on the windowsill. Lots of dust and cobwebs everywhere. Many dead flies. The shower doors are so damaged that the bathrooms were flooded after showers; according to the manager, they are supposed to be completely replaced. In the guest book, we could read that the conditions have been like this for a while. My complaint afterwards was not responded to, they already have their money. The manager is very nice and accommodating. Too bad, because the house really has potential.

Good location, good facilities
The house is located slightly outside right on the seaward embankment and is exactly what we wanted. Our bedroom on the 1st floor has a beautiful view over the seaward embankment to the dyke and the cows and horses grazing in the meadows. Cows walk back and forth on the seaward embankment, and in the morning, one is looked at by a curious cow. The furniture is high quality and offers plenty of seating space. We especially liked the large table in the kitchen area. There is one downside, however, the shower enclosure on the upper floor was broken and was not repaired during the 14 days we were in the house. The shower is usable, but one has to push the enclosure slightly with skill. The bicycle rental at the dike delivers and picks up the bikes and is recommended. Good selection and reasonable prices with friendly service. We would love to come back again.

Wunderbar
A super beautiful weekend for two families from the Ruhr area. We would have loved to take the house home with us. Everything you need in a super beautiful location. Lovingly furnished. The view into the garden was enhanced by 5 deer. We felt very comfortable. The contact was also smooth and uncomplicated. Thanks to the landlords and Mrs. Janssen. Warm greetings from the Ruhr area.
