It offers island views of Baltrum and Norderney. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, suitable for allergy sufferers. The furnishings are upscale and loving, with self-painted tiles in typical East Frisian motifs in the bathrooms (additional underfloor heating), wood-burning stove, roller shutters, utility room, child-friendly furnishings, through age-appropriate toys, books, etc., and a large garden.

The holiday home (semi-detached) is located directly on the dyke in a dead-end street, not in the holiday area. A bicycle rental shop is just around the corner.
It is about 1.8 km to the beach. Neßmersiel is a paradise of peace and relaxation, where nature lovers get their money's worth - just right to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, to enjoy family friendliness or to take a healthy North Sea cure. There is no mass tourism here, and neither high-rise buildings nor ruined buildings spoil the landscape. Everything is quiet and tranquil. In addition to excellent gastronomy and cultivated tradition, a sandy beach of 25,000 square metres awaits you at a distance of approx. 1.8 km. There you can take the ferry to the island of Baltrum. In the village there is a wellness oasis and the largest indoor swimming pool "Sturmfrei" on the North Sea coast.
