Spend a great holiday in our house. House Mira is beautiful and kommfor'Ferienhaus with pool located on the outskirts of Kastel near the Croatian-Slovenian border and 7 km from the beautiful pebble beaches in the tourist resort Kanegra. The surrounding area is for quality restaurants and taverns (typical Istrian taverns), bike and hiking trails, as for remarkable winery and olive oil producer known most famously but the delicacy of the white truffle is ideal for gastronomic experiences. Kaštel - Castelvenere The hilltop from which the view extends to the valley of the river Dragonja, was already settled in the historical time ago. The archaeological excavations on the slopes clearly indicate the presence of a fortified castle, which was in terms of its location, is of strategic importance. After the Roman conquest, the castle is the Castrum and bears the name Castrum Veneris, probably in connection with the temple, which was dedicated to a pagan goddess. According to another interpretation, the toponym refers to Castrum veins, on which the settlement is along the line of the hill. Near the new settlement, a few hundred meters has evolved from the ancient settlement, where you can still see the ruins of the ancient fortress walls, there are some villages like Plovanija, Kaldanija and others.

Dream vacation
We had an unforgettable vacation.
Beautiful, sunny weather, warm sea, clean pool.
The house is well-maintained and well-equipped. Everything matches the description in the ad.
The hosts are nice and friendly.
They speak German, which helped us a lot when we needed something.

Beautiful holiday home
The house is very nice, well maintained, clean and well divided for large families or groups. There was also everything necessary in the kitchens and there are three floors, each with air conditioning. The outdoor pool was also pleasantly warm, we spent many hours at the covered seating area in the garden. We always enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace on the 1st floor.
We booked this privately and can only recommend the holiday home
Thank you very much for everything, we would like to come again, next time it will certainly work out with our friends!

We have never experienced anything like it. It is even more beautiful than on the photos
The landlords are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Thank you again for organising a birthday party for our child.
The house is very high quality and tastefully decorated. We were welcomed with a bottle of sparkling wine and a cheese and grape platter. Everything is perfect and we had a wonderful rest.
We will definitely come again.

Recreation and relaxation
Very nice clean and well maintained house.The hosts who live on the property are very friendly and helpful. We were always catered for by Mira and Mato with homemade delicacies.The barbecue evening by Mira and Mato was very nice.We really liked the pool for our own use.Very quiet place,ideal for relaxing.The neighbouring towns of Umag,Novigrad,Porec are also easily accessible by car and are worth a visit. We had a very good rest and will come again.
