VILLA MONTSENY for 6 people is an absolute new building with first occupation from 2016 and is located in a quiet central location in Street Montseny 400 meters to Alberes Center (with supermarket, bakery, cafes, restaurants, newsagent etc.). The patio area and swimming pool with Roman steps is sheltered from the wind on the sunny side (south side) so that you can already morning breakfast on the terrace. Very large partially covered terrace with dining table u. Chairs and cozy lounge, barbecue, sun loungers and an additional outdoor refrigerator. 1 studio with separate entrance and terrace:
Air, sofa bed (with good slatted, orthopedic mattress and mattress support 160 x 190 cm), wardrobe, satellite TV with flat screen TV, table and chairs, electric roller blind.
Attached bathroom with toilet, vanity, hair dryer, walk-XXL shower and a washing machine, with window to the pool area.

The whole property is finished, with electric entrance gate.
The large atrium provides ideal place for children to play and for parking of vehicles, bicycles, trailers etc.
A washing machine, iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner and all cleaning utensils are provided.
The swimming pool (4 x 4 m, and m depth) with roman steps is open all year round with pool service.
The patio area provides pleasant shady spot but also sufficient space for sun loungers. The Outdoor Refrigerator can accommodate a cool drink directly on the terrace.
Cosy lounge area with a small sofa and 2 armchairs
The underfloor heating throughout the house (in the studio) ensures even in the cooler seasons comfortable warmth, all rooms can be regulated individually.
All windows and patio doors can be darkened or secured with electric blinds

1000 m from the center and beach Ampuriabrava is the largest marina in Europe and is a modern resort with very good infrastructure. At the more than 30 km of navigable seawater canals determine villas with private moorings and beautiful gardens the image.
In addition to the quiet residential are in the center, a wide range of restaurants, bars, cafes, boutiques, shopping malls etc.
The marina has boat ramps and cranes (up to 50 tons). There are also several multi-lingual doctors and pharmacies in the town.
The conditions in Ampuriabrava are particularly excellent for water sports: sailing, windsurfing, diving, fishing or boat the beautiful coastline with its idyllic coves and crystal clear water discover- anything is possible. In the neighboring town of Figueres Dalí was born, then in another neighboring town of Empuriabrava in Cadaquez, settled and a whole life was inspired by this area. Also in the area is available in all areas a high recreational and entertainment value. This starts with two excellent golf courses and does not end on a hike to the beautiful monastery of San Pere de Rhodes.
