The apartment is just down the road, 100m from the sandy beach
The bay is well suited for family holidays.
From the house to the beautiful beach of Cala Romantica is only about 100m. (1 min walk)
From here you can continue to the two northern, also very beautiful, walk sister bays or for about 2km southern natural Cala Varques hike.
There are around the bay only 2 bungalow-hotels. The rest consists of private bungalows. The urbanization Playa Romantica is located on the east coast of Mallorca and is away from Porto Cristo 3 km. As an established port town of Porto Cristo has all-year life with perennial infrastructure.
Mallorca's second largest city, Manacor, is located only about 12 km away. Supermarket and several restaurants and bars are nearby to find in the urbanization. The image of urbanization is characterized by single-family homes. No skyscrapers!

We were on vacation as a family with 2 children (10 + 13 years old).
The apartment is located about 1 hour's drive from the airport. It is situated on a hillside and thus offers a wonderful view of the bay. The apartment is top equipped and offers optimal conditions for a relaxing vacation.
It has 2 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fantastic outdoor shower. We exclusively used and enjoyed this outdoor shower, so the sand stayed outside the apartment :-) There are enough towels available. If needed, they can be washed in the new washing machine and quickly dried in the dryer.
The kitchen offers a very large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove and an oven, as well as a microwave and an air fryer, and plenty of space for cooking. Perfectly suitable for self-catering and very well equipped for a vacation rental.
We enjoyed breakfast on the small terrace in front of the pond with goldfish and in the evenings we could comfortably barbecue and sit together until late at night on the very spacious terrace overlooking the beach and the sea. The adjacent hotel is not really audible, so it is very quiet in the evenings and at night.
The apartment is very clean and the landlord is extremely attentive and friendly. We were very happy about the welcome basket (wine, olives, and snacks, etc.).
We can highly recommend this vacation apartment and will definitely come back.

Beautiful holiday home on Cala Romantica
Very close to the beach of Cala Romantica is the beautiful holiday home with a very large terrace. We felt comfortable right away because of the good equipment of the house. Behind the house there is a practical outdoor shower, a fish pond, and shady spots if you are looking for them.
The two bathrooms and two air conditioning units make life in the house easier. There was a television, telephone, and internet connection available and usable - if you feel like it under the Spanish sun.
The kitchen was very well equipped and we could cook normally. There are books and games in the house. Towels and bed linen were sufficiently available, the washing machine and dryer also help to get by with little luggage for a longer time, thank you very much for that.

Great relaxing vacation
We traveled as a family with two children (13 and 16 years old). The house at Cala Romantica is perfect. It is a quiet place, without much hustle and bustle. The apartment itself has everything you need to feel comfortable. There are enough towels available, so we didn't need to bring our own. Washing machine, dryer, grill, etc., so very well equipped. Thank you very much again for your welcome greeting :-)) in the form of champagne, wine, and snacks. We can only recommend the apartment.

Summer, sun, beach - a relaxing family holiday!
We (husband 40, wife 37) were guests for a fortnight with two children (2.5 and 6 years old) and my parents (both 60 years old) in the well-equipped holiday flat in the beautiful "Cala Romantica". The flat is about an hour's drive from Palma airport in the very idyllic and quiet bay "Cala Romantica". The house is directly in front of the only hotel in the bay. Except for the transfer traffic, you hear almost nothing from the hotel. From the large terrace you have a wonderful view and sunshine all day long. The sun awning, under which you can find shade, is very nice. The terrace has a table with chairs and an outdoor sofa, which we rarely used. It would be nice to have cushions for the chairs. There is also a barbecue and accessories. If it gets too hot on the terrace, you can retreat to the courtyard and sit there. There is also a small pond with goldfish, which our children loved to feed. The outdoor shower in the courtyard is great. We showered almost exclusively there and could immediately hang the towels on the clothesline. It is great that there are plenty of towels and bed linen in the house. The washing machine and the dryer are also very helpful. The two bathrooms are fine. Unfortunately the drains were a bit blocked. But everything else was in top order. The air conditioning also provided sufficient cooling. The kitchen is well equipped. The dishwasher and the cooker and oven also worked perfectly. The fridge with freezer compartment had enough space for our food. The beds were extremely comfortable. We slept like a dream. It was great that there were even two travel baby cots. The TV was also fully functional and the kids were allowed to watch KiKa for a short while. We could also make phone calls! The reception with champagne, chips and olives was especially nice!

Wonderful vacation!
Two couples had wonderful days in a spacious holiday apartment with perfect amenities. Very good location to explore the island.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ca. 1 Stunde Fahrtzeit vom Flughafen entfernt. Sie liegt am Hang und bietet somit einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Bucht. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist top und bietet optimale Bedingungen für einen erholsamen Urlaub.
Sie verfügt über 2 Terrassen, 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder und einer genialen Außendusche. Wir haben ausschließlich diese Außendusche genutzt und genossen, somit blieb der Sand aus der Wohnung draußen :-) Es sind ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden. Bei Bedarf können diese in der neuen Waschmaschine gewaschen und im Trockner schnell wieder getrocknet werden.
Die Küche bietet einen sehr großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einen Herd und einen Backofen sowie eine Mikrowelle und eine Heißluftfriteuse und genügend Platz zum Kochen. Für Selbstversorger optimal geeignet und für eine Ferienwohnung bestens ausgestattet.
Das Frühstück haben wir auf der kleinen Terrasse vor dem Teich mit Goldfischen genossen und abends konnten wir auf der sehr geräumigen Terrasse mit Blick auf den Strand und das Meer gemütlich grillen und bis in die Nacht zusammensitzen. Das angrenzende Hotel ist nicht wirklich hörbar, so dass es abends und nachts sehr ruhig ist.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und der Vermieter ist äußerst aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr über den Willkommenskorb (Wein, Oliven und Snacks etc.) gefreut.
Wir können diese Ferienwohnung zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder.
Die zwei Bäder und zwei Klimaanlagen erleichtern das Leben im Haus. Fernseher, Telefon und Internetanschluss waren vorhanden und gut nutzbar - sofern man unter der spanischen Sonne darauf Lust hat.
Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und wir konnten normal kochen. Es gibt Bücher und Spiele im Haus. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren ausreichend vorhanden, die Waschmaschine und der Trockner helfen auch längere Zeit mit wenig Gepäck auszukommen, vielen Dank dafür.
Umsichtiger, sehr freundlicher Vermieter!
Es waren schöne Tage und wir haben uns erholt...soweit das mit 2 Kleimkindern möglich ist ;-)!!!
Zum Empfang stand ein Korb mit Kaffee,Sekt,Wein,Wasser,Oliver und Chips in der Küche.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, überrascht waren wir über die Anzahl der Handtücher.
Dafür gibt es nochmal ein dickes Plus.
Die Zimmer,Küche,Wohnecke und Badezimmer sind in einem sauberen und guten Zustand.
Die große Terrasse war unser bevorzugter Aufenthaltsort, Lounge-Ecke, Sonnenliegen,
Esstisch, Sonnensegel und Grill.
Wir haben gekocht, gegrillt und sind auswärts essen gegangen.
Hier möchten wir das "Vista Romantica in Cala Mandia" empfehlen.
Sehr gutes Essen zu einen fairen Preis.
Wir mieten uns immer gleich ein Auto vom Flugplatz aus, so brauchen wir keine große Auswahl an Geschäften vor Ort.
Zum Frühstück hat der kleine Laden, am Anfang der Strasse, alles was man braucht.
Für größere Einkäufe sind Porto Cristo und Manacor geeignet. Dort findet man alles
spanische Supermärkte, Lidl und Aldi.
Wir würden diese Ferienwohnug jeder Zeit wieder mieten.

Aber das i Tüpfelchen wäre gewesen ,wenn sich noch ein Whirlpool im Außenbereich oder auf der Terasse befunden hätte.
Der Vermieter war von Beginn sehr nett und hilfsbereit - gab uns Tipps und war jederzeit erreichbar. Bei Problemen war sofort der Hauswart vor Ort (deutschsprachig).
Man spürt, dass der Vermieter Freude an der Vermietung des Hauses hat und sich sehr um seine Gäste kümmert.
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr grosszügig ausgestattet und bietet tolle Räumlichkeiten sowie eine schöne Terrasse, teils mit Meersicht, sowie einen Sitzplatz mit Teich zum Entspannen und Verweilen. Die Terrasse ist ideal für mehrere Personen, da ein grosser Esstisch mit Grill und einige Liegestühlen vorhanden sind - ein leichter Wind, welchen man auf der Terrasse spürt, lässt das Geniessen der Terrasse trotz Hitze ermöglichen. Die Bucht liegt wenige Fussminuten vom Ferienhaus entfernt und hat ein gemütliches Strandrestaurant mit sehr gutem Essen.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 tolle Bäder.
Die große Terrasse hat bis zum Sonnenuntergang immer noch einen Sonnenplatz geboten.
Großer Fernseher, kostenlos WLan und Telefon.
Zur Begrüßung stand ein Korb mit Leckereien, Kaffee, Tee, Wasser und Wein für uns bereit. Was ein herzlicher Empfang.
Es war wirklich alles da, was man mal brauchen könnte.
Der Vermieter hat bei einem kleinen Problem gleich angerufen und sich gekümmert. Er ist immer erreichbar und sehr bemüht, zu helfen.
Die Wohnung ist sauber, geräumig und geschmackvoll !
Der Mini-Supermarkt am Ende der Straße hat nur das Notwendigste. Im nah gelegenen Nachbarort Cala Mandia gibt es da schon bessere Möglichkeiten, oder natürlich in Porto Cristo.
Wir sind von der Cala Romantica über die Cala Mandia zur Cala Anguila spaziert – wunderschön und unbedingt zu empfehlen.
Eine Bushaltestelle ist gleich neben dem Supermarkt, vormittags fährt 2 x ein Bus Richtung Porto Cristo, Taxikosten sind aber erträglich: bis Porto Cristo ca 8-9 Euro.
Wir können das Haus / die Wohnung nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder !
