After a change of ownership of this beautiful and very well maintained cottage is re-rented.

The apartment is just down the road, 100m from the sandy beach
The bay is well suited for family holidays.
From the house to the beautiful beach of Cala Romantica is only about 100m. (1 min walk)
From here you can continue to the two northern, also very beautiful, walk sister bays or for about 2km southern natural Cala Varques hike.
There are around the bay only 2 bungalow-hotels. The rest consists of private bungalows. The urbanization Playa Romantica is located on the east coast of Mallorca and is away from Porto Cristo 3 km. As an established port town of Porto Cristo has all-year life with perennial infrastructure.
Mallorca's second largest city, Manacor, is located only about 12 km away. Supermarket and several restaurants and bars are nearby to find in the urbanization. The image of urbanization is characterized by single-family homes. No skyscrapers!

We were on vacation as a family with 2 children (10 + 13 years old).
The apartment is located about 1 hour's drive from the airport. It is situated on a hillside and thus offers a wonderful view of the bay. The apartment is top equipped and offers optimal conditions for a relaxing vacation.
It has 2 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fantastic outdoor shower. We exclusively used and enjoyed this outdoor shower, so the sand stayed outside the apartment :-) There are enough towels available. If needed, they can be washed in the new washing machine and quickly dried in the dryer.
The kitchen offers a very large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove and an oven, as well as a microwave and an air fryer, and plenty of space for cooking. Perfectly suitable for self-catering and very well equipped for a vacation rental.
We enjoyed breakfast on the small terrace in front of the pond with goldfish and in the evenings we could comfortably barbecue and sit together until late at night on the very spacious terrace overlooking the beach and the sea. The adjacent hotel is not really audible, so it is very quiet in the evenings and at night.
The apartment is very clean and the landlord is extremely attentive and friendly. We were very happy about the welcome basket (wine, olives, and snacks, etc.).
We can highly recommend this vacation apartment and will definitely come back.

Beautiful holiday home on Cala Romantica
Very close to the beach of Cala Romantica is the beautiful holiday home with a very large terrace. We felt comfortable right away because of the good equipment of the house. Behind the house there is a practical outdoor shower, a fish pond, and shady spots if you are looking for them.
The two bathrooms and two air conditioning units make life in the house easier. There was a television, telephone, and internet connection available and usable - if you feel like it under the Spanish sun.
The kitchen was very well equipped and we could cook normally. There are books and games in the house. Towels and bed linen were sufficiently available, the washing machine and dryer also help to get by with little luggage for a longer time, thank you very much for that.

Great relaxing vacation
We traveled as a family with two children (13 and 16 years old). The house at Cala Romantica is perfect. It is a quiet place, without much hustle and bustle. The apartment itself has everything you need to feel comfortable. There are enough towels available, so we didn't need to bring our own. Washing machine, dryer, grill, etc., so very well equipped. Thank you very much again for your welcome greeting :-)) in the form of champagne, wine, and snacks. We can only recommend the apartment.

Summer, sun, beach - a relaxing family holiday!
We (husband 40, wife 37) were guests for a fortnight with two children (2.5 and 6 years old) and my parents (both 60 years old) in the well-equipped holiday flat in the beautiful "Cala Romantica". The flat is about an hour's drive from Palma airport in the very idyllic and quiet bay "Cala Romantica". The house is directly in front of the only hotel in the bay. Except for the transfer traffic, you hear almost nothing from the hotel. From the large terrace you have a wonderful view and sunshine all day long. The sun awning, under which you can find shade, is very nice. The terrace has a table with chairs and an outdoor sofa, which we rarely used. It would be nice to have cushions for the chairs. There is also a barbecue and accessories. If it gets too hot on the terrace, you can retreat to the courtyard and sit there. There is also a small pond with goldfish, which our children loved to feed. The outdoor shower in the courtyard is great. We showered almost exclusively there and could immediately hang the towels on the clothesline. It is great that there are plenty of towels and bed linen in the house. The washing machine and the dryer are also very helpful. The two bathrooms are fine. Unfortunately the drains were a bit blocked. But everything else was in top order. The air conditioning also provided sufficient cooling. The kitchen is well equipped. The dishwasher and the cooker and oven also worked perfectly. The fridge with freezer compartment had enough space for our food. The beds were extremely comfortable. We slept like a dream. It was great that there were even two travel baby cots. The TV was also fully functional and the kids were allowed to watch KiKa for a short while. We could also make phone calls! The reception with champagne, chips and olives was especially nice!

Wonderful vacation!
Two couples had wonderful days in a spacious holiday apartment with perfect amenities. Very good location to explore the island.
