Renovated in autumn 2015 House Albatros 161 provides the ideal setting for a beach holiday on the Dutch North Sea coast. Families with children, people who want to relax sometimes and nature lovers are our guests.
The two-storey, insulated building has three bedrooms, a living-dining area with kitchenette and fireplace, separate bathroom / WC and a spacious garden.
A fully equipped kitchen, Internet access and a washing machine for self-catering available.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the holiday park Strandslag. This is managed all year and has several playgrounds, a mini-golf course, a tennis court and two catering facilities.
The expansive, natural sandy beach is about 400 meters behind the dunes.
A golf course is also within walking distance we have some restaurants and pubs. The park Strandslag is situated directly behind the dunes of the North Sea coast in Julianadorp ann Zee. The nearest local shopping center is located in approx. 3 km in Julianadorp.
Den Helder is by car in approx. 10 minutes walking and offers a small regional center more shopping and cultural facilities.

a somewhat different evaluation
Dear Kählitz family,
we have awarded the full score even though we unfortunately could not take the booked holiday. . . CORONA and its consequences/restrictions prevented it.
We were still hoping until a week before departure, but unfortunately it did not work out and we had to cancel the holiday with a heavy heart. Despite the very short-term cancellation, they immediately refunded us the full price without hesitation, for which we would like to thank them again. This is not self-evident.
We will definitely book our next holiday in Julianadorp with them again.
Until then, stay healthy.

Great house in a kid-friendly park
We were there with our two sons (5,7) and the grandmother. The house is in very good condition. The rooms are tastefully furnished and designed in a friendly and bright manner. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. There is plenty of space.
The contact with the landlords was uncomplicated and professional. There was quick feedback for any questions.
Only with very small children should you accompany them to the garden as it is not fenced and is by the water. Older children particularly find the observation opportunities that this water offers very interesting. The large and great playground can be reached via a car-free access path in a minute.
We will gladly come back!

A place to relax.
A very tastefully furnished house with light and space to relax. Also cozy in the cold season. The kitchen equipment makes cooking easy and dining enjoyable.
