Description

The house is detached on a 400m2 plot. The large teak terrace is equipped with garden furniture and offers views of the dunes. Here you can enjoy the sun from the morning until the evening hours. The house has three bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, and a separate toilet. The modern kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, oven, dishwasher and two coffee machines. The spacious living and dining area has leather sofa and armchair. The large LED TV offers satellite reception. A stereo with Bluetooth reception is also available. In the storage room there is a washing machine, which can be used by them. In the garden shed there is a barbecue and wood for the open fireplace.
The house has gas central heating and is habitable all year round.

Highly recommended Top!!!

We booked the house at short notice before Christmas and had a top-notch process from the start.
Ms. Payerle was always reachable and open to all questions. A very nice and helpful landlord. ?
The house lacks nothing; the second toilet was pleasant.
The kitchen was well-equipped with everything; nothing was missing.
Decisive for us were the reviews, the price/performance ratio, and that our 2 dogs were welcome. The park is wonderful and the beach is within walking distance in a short time.
We would recommend the house 100% and would book again.

Thank you for enabling us to have a beautiful Christmas holiday.

The holiday accommodation in Julianadorp was lovingly furnished, clean, and well-equipped – nothing was missing. Our dog could move freely in the fenced property. The central location was ideal. We felt completely comfortable!

Well-equipped house with a fantastic terrace.

The house is very well furnished, everything you need is there (and in great quality). The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired (toaster, kettle, egg cooker - all available). The living area is very cozy, there are even books and games!
Our personal highlight: After swimming in the sea (just a 15-minute walk away) drinking tea on the dreamy terrace. And very important, when you are on vacation with adolescents/young adults like us: the WLAN works perfectly!!!

Very beautiful holiday house.

We had 2 wonderful weeks of vacation in this holiday home. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The house was clean, and the garden very well-maintained. Super cozy garden, ideal for dogs. I can only recommend it.

Vacation from 23.4 to 30.4.2023.

Once again, and for many years, I spent a wonderful week as a guest at Mrs. Payerle's house.
The house is beautiful... very well-maintained, and one always enjoys coming back there.

Relaxation with comfort

A very well-kept holiday home, especially a perfectly equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, something to read, plenty to play - even in rainy and dismal weather.
Very nice landlords who were also open to questions in advance. Great that you received answers very quickly.
Great for the dog is the fence. Generally, a great park with immediate proximity to the beach. Super dune hiking trails - hardly more sea possible!
I will gladly come back - even with more people! THANK YOU for a relaxing week! ! ! Enjoy your weekend!

Super cozy and perfectly equipped :-)

We were in the somewhat uncomfortable days at the beginning of March in the park, so we also made extensive use of the interior - everything is there that you need and even more ... Even underfloor heating in the bathroom !!! Wi-Fi works perfectly - we could stream movies smoothly in the evening hours. You immediately feel completely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and sizzling, the oven is equipped with a lot of additional functions. Dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and even a wok are available! You can shop for fresh ingredients excellently in the village - there is no lack of typical fresh ingredients for Nasi and Bami Goreng! Tea lights were there to make it cozy, books on the shelves, the system with great sound and USB connection leaves hardly anything to be desired. LED strips in the open living area can be used as lighting for the nightly way to the toilet ;-)

The bedrooms (this time we only used the master bedroom upstairs) are cozy and lovingly furnished with wooden furniture. We slept great. . .

In the garden (which is fenced and surrounded - great for the dog!!) there is a garden shed with firewood for the fireplace and a grill for summer enjoyment. A vacuum cleaner for removing daily amounts of sand is available, dishwasher tabs were present. The park is fantastic for families with young children - the playground by the lake (so supervision of toddlers is required!) offers pure adventure. A short walk through the dunes leads to the beach. With a dog (like us :-)), it's ideal - the Dutch are much more relaxed with dogs on the beach - but there is also no litter! The beach pavilion offers plenty of space with a glass-enclosed outdoor terrace for a relaxed view of the sea with coffee or similar. We have already booked our next stay in this beautifully equipped holiday home on site - that probably says it all :-)

Pure relaxation!

A very nice house, with everything that goes with it. Very nicely furnished, quiet location and yet so close to everything you need and want. From the kitchen to the bicycles. This is the second time we have been to the complex, but we definitely want to go back to this house. The house is big enough for six people and the park is ideal for single parents. The kids can run, mum can relax on the terrace. Or go cycling or fly kites together, or just laze on the beach...wonderful! Thank you very much!

Happy autumn holidays!!!

Four of us, with our dogs, had a lovely autumn week in Julianadorp.
The beautiful holiday home in Strandslag, directly behind the dunes, has everything that makes a holiday perfect. We found a clean, cosy and well-maintained house. The kitchen is fantastically equipped and lacks nothing. From dishwasher, oven, tupperware to garlic press etc., really everything is there
The living room is modern and cosy with a fireplace. There was even firewood in the shed
The garden is fenced and has a very nice wooden terrace.
The contact with the landlords was also very nice.
It was already our 4th holiday in Julianadorp and certainly not the last in this house. We will gladly come again!!!!

simply dreamlike

We found the house on the internet and booked it for a week at the end of April, it was just wonderful, the house corresponds 100% to the description, and we spent 7 wonderful days in Holland, in a few metres you are on the endlessly long sandy beach where you can visit everywhere with the dog, our Labrador Leo also liked it very much, the area is just brilliant, you are right on the island of Texel, in Alkmaar and even Amsterdam is only a stone's throw away, but not only the area is to be recommended also in the plant and in the holiday house itself is pure relaxation announced, also the landlady Mrs. Payerle is very nice, as said who loves the nature comes here to 100% at his expense, have booked for 2019 again, one can really only recommend. Wir waren in den etwas ungemütlichen Tagen Anfang März im Park, so dass wir auch die Innenausstattung ausführlich in Anspruch genommen haben - es ist alles da, was man braucht und noch mehr …. Sogar Fußbodenheizung im Bad!!! W-Lan funktioniert einwandfrei - wir konnten in den Abendstunden ruckelfrei Filme streamen. Man fühlt sich sofort rundum wohl. Die Küche hat alles, was man zum kochen und brutzeln braucht, der Backofen ist mit super vielen Zusatzfunktionen ausgestattet. Geschirr und Besteck, Küchenutensilien, Töpfe, Pfannen und sogar ein WOK ist vorhanden! Frisch einkaufen kann man super im Örtchen - da fehlt es nicht an typisch frischen Zutaten fürs Nasi- und Bamigoreng !! Teelichter waren da, um es sich gemütlich zu machen, Bücher in den Regalen, die Anlage mit super Sound und USB Anschluss lässt kaum Wünsche offen. LED Stripes im offenen Wohnbereich lassen sich gut als Beleuchtung für den nächtlichen Weg zur Toilette nutzen ;-) Die Schlafräume ( wir haben diesmal nur das Hauptschlafzimmer oben genutzt) sind gemütlich und liebevoll mit Holzmöbeln eingerichtet. Wir haben super geschlafen... Im Garten ( der umzäunt/umwachsen ist - super für den Hund!!) gibt es noch eine Gartenhütte mit Brennholz für den Kamin und einen Grill fürs sommerliche Vergnügen. Ein Staubsauger für die Beseitigung von täglich anfallenden Sandmengen steht bereit, Spülmaschinentabs waren vorhanden... Der Park ist genial für Familien mit kleineren Kindern - der Spielplatz am See ( also Kleinkinder müssen beaufsichtigt werden!!!) bietet Abenteuer pur. Zum Strand geht es auf kurzem Fußweg durch die Dünen. Mit Hund ( so wie wir :-) ) optimal - die Niederländer sind da viel entspannter mit Hunden am Strand - da liegt aber auch nix rum!!! Der Strandpavillon bietet mit Glasumfasster Aussenterrasse viel Platz für den entspannten Blick aufs Meer mit Kaffee o.ä. Wir haben direkt vor Ort den nächsten Aufenthalt in diesem toll ausgestatteten Ferienhaus gebucht - das sagt wohl alles :-)
