Renovated in autumn 2015 House Albatros 161 provides the ideal setting for a beach holiday on the Dutch North Sea coast. Families with children, people who want to relax sometimes and nature lovers are our guests.
The two-storey, insulated building has three bedrooms, a living-dining area with kitchenette and fireplace, separate bathroom / WC and a spacious garden.
A fully equipped kitchen, Internet access and a washing machine for self-catering available.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the holiday park Strandslag. This is managed all year and has several playgrounds, a mini-golf course, a tennis court and two catering facilities.
The expansive, natural sandy beach is about 400 meters behind the dunes.
A golf course is also within walking distance we have some restaurants and pubs. The park Strandslag is situated directly behind the dunes of the North Sea coast in Julianadorp ann Zee. The nearest local shopping center is located in approx. 3 km in Julianadorp.
Den Helder is by car in approx. 10 minutes walking and offers a small regional center more shopping and cultural facilities.

Liebe Familie Kählitz,
wir haben hier die volle Punktzahl vergeben obwohl wir leider den gebuchten Urlaub nicht antreten konnten...CORONA und seine Folgen/Beschränkungen haben das verhindert.
Wir haben ja bis eine Woche vor Antritt noch gehofft, aber leider wurde nichts daraus und wir mussten schweren Herzens den Urlaub absagen.
Trotz der so kurzfristigen Stornierung haben sie uns ohne zu zögern den vollen Preis sofort zurücküberwiesen, dafür möchten wir uns nochmal herzlich bei ihnen bedanken, denn das ist nicht selbstverständlich.
Ganz sicher werden wir den nächsten Urlaub in Julianadorp wieder bei ihnen buchen.

Tolles Haus in einem kinderfreundlichen Park
Wir waren mit unseren zwei Söhnen (5,7) und der Oma dort. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet und freundlich und hell gestaltet. Die Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen. Platz ist genug vorhanden.
Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern erfolgte unkompliziert und seriös. Bei Fragen kam schnell eine Rückmeldung.
Lediglich bei ganz kleinen Kindern sollte man mit in den Garten gehen, da er nicht umzäunt ist und am Wasser liegt. Ältere Kinder finden gerade die Beobachtungsmöglichkeiten, die dieses Wasser bietet sehr interessant. Der große und tolle Spielplatz ist über einen autofreien Stichweg in einer Minute zu erreichen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein Ort zum Erholen.
Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit Licht und Platz zum Erholen. Auch in der kalten Jahreszeit gemütlich. Die Ausstattung der Küche macht kochen leicht und essen angenehm.
