VILLA MAJA is a fully air-conditioned property and furnished to a high standard.
Private and heated 32m2 swimming pool is on a terrace dotted with 6 sun loungers and to complement this corner of paradise there is a hydro-massage Jacuzzi tub, on another side very comfortable outdoor furniture - all offer privacy and great, opened view.
There are an outdoor shower and a shaded area with tables and chairs next to the BBQ… Ideal for enjoying an evening drink while watching the sun
You have less than 10 minutes (4km) drive to the closest beach, restaurant, and shop - but the car is necessary because the villa is located up in hill that is why you have stunning sea views from almost every angle of the house and very quiet environment.

There is an outdoor BBQ and covered dining area with stylish, comfortable furniture and a beautiful circular dining table is ideal for dining ‘al fresco’ during those warm Mediterranean evenings. Villa Maja is located up in the hill, 4 km from the sea, shops, restaurants, sand and stone beach.
The location is in a quiet part of the village that has few holiday homes.
The position provides great sea views from every corner of the property.
Village Jesenice is settled between famous town Split (18km) and small Mediterranean town Omiš (10km), and both offer a lot of great locations to visit. In Omiš you can try daily boat tours to islands, rafting on river Cetina, zip-line over Cetina river canyon, just enjoying the clearest sea in the area and there is a lot of sand and stone beaches. On another hand, Split offers a lot of historical localities, a great old part that you must visit, a very alive town all day with a lot of great restaurants and small typical Mediterranean streets in the old part of town.

Car needed, but great experience! Beautiful villa, pool, sauna, grill, gym - everything you need, maybe more, in fact. Modern outside, a bit old-schooled inside, but that is just a matter of taste. I would definitely recommend it.
